RSI Enterprises, Inc. Reviews (60)

Mr***,Thank you for taking the time to talk to me today. Per our conversation and your conversation with Tashara J*** at the DC Office of Tax and Revenue, MsJ*** has advised that she has received the information needed to update your account to a "non-filer" status. She has
advised me to close the collections account as they are going to adjust the balance to zero. We now consider the matter closed. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at ***.We thank you for your Military service.Sincerely,John Z***Regional ManagerRSI Enterprises, Inc

In reviewing the call that took place with the consumer as well as correspondence received by and sent from our office in response, we can not see how the consumer would have been led to believe this would be requested removed from creditWe received a request for a settlement and to be removed
from credit on 10/8/14, on 10/9/we mailed a reply stating that we would update as Paid In Full if paid, but we cannot remove from credit as it was properly reported and we would update the status of the account accurately as a paid collectionFurthermore in the conversation on 1/5/the consumer asked again if could be deleted from credit, it was explained that we cannot and would update to Paid In Full, which we have done.In full review of this situation it seems the situation was made quite clear in both writing and by phone what that we would only accurately report the status of the account, not remove it in exchange for paymentThe Fair Credit Reporting Act is very clear in that it requires fair and accurate credit reporting and reporting this matter as anything other than a paid collection item would not be fair or accurateWe consider this matter to be resolved and the dispute adequately responded to

In reviewing this customer's account information, this account was placed with us on April 1, 2014, by our client *** *** ***. On July 28, 2014, we received a formal dispute from this customer. We confirmed with our client that this was an accurate item and provided an itemized
statement of charges to the customer. *** *** again contacted our office disputing the validity of this matter on August 6, 2014. We requested and received the signed condition of admittance from our client with *** ***'s signature on it and we provided that to him. RSI has appropriately responded to and provided validation of this matter to *** *** on two occasions. RSI has acted appropriately at all stages of this account and has met all regulatory requirements, this item will remain an open and active account.RSI feels that we've properly addressed the customer's concerns in this complaint and consider this matter with the Revdex.com resolved

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have read the response from the business and I still don't agree with them, they didn't not provide me with any paperwork that shows the I owe that debt that thire clamingI think they have been given misleading information from theire client, Because I called the *** *** *** and I spoke to a women name *** that works at their billing office and she informed me that I don't owe them any money for that visitI called (***) The client of RSI Enterprises and she refused to comment on that, and she said she didn't want to have anything to do with this matter and advised me to deal with the collection agencyI really don't understand whats going on here and who this people are and what are they trying to accomplish, but I want them to explain and prove that this debt is mine and if I agreed to pay it, and at least provide me with some kind of paperwork that I signedIf this charges a legit and there not fraudulent, I believe they won't have any problem providing me with the basic information I requested if they can't prove and provide me me this information I want this matter to be closed and I want all the negative feedback from RSI Enterprises to be removed from All Credit bureaus.
Best Regards,
*** ***

This complaint has also been reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (***) on 1/4/and responded to on 1/5/17, with details and clarification for the consumer on the relevant section of the ***The consumer also again today did another dispute with the *** which we have responded
to as a duplicate as no additional information or allegations were made and validation of the debt were mailed. Here is the response given to the *** and consumer, which should satisfy this complaint as well:There are a number of allegations from the complainant, but it seems the crux of the matter is that the consumer feels we must send a letter within days of receiving an account, which is not trueThe *** states in section 809(a) that a written communication must be sent within days of initial communicationRSI received this account 9/26/and sent a letter 10/3/to the address on file (*** * *** ** *** *** ** ***) and received no return mail for that correspondence, it is the same address in this complaint minus the unit numberWe reported to the credit bureaus on 12/1/The consumer alleges a conversation and request for validation, but we have no record of thatThe only attempted communication beyond this was a call made to the number on file 9/28/and it did not allow a voicemail to be leftSection of the *** does require we report accurately and RSI Enterprises has done thatWe will take this communication from the consumer as a request for validation and send that via US Mail at this time.A letter was sent well before the day rule (in this case the "communication" being the reporting to the credit bureas) and we have proof of this in multiple formsValidation has been mailed to the consumer at the verified mailing address. At this time we feel we have reviewed the dispute, done investigation into the claims, found them without merit as we have complied with the law in full, and we find this matter to be closed

RSI Enterprises, Incis in receipt of this complaint and has done a thorough investigation which included contacting our clientThe following is what we received from the client: Hi *** No insurance was billed as no insurance was given @TOSWe billed the patient guarantor
statements and a final notice, with no responseAttached statements Statement dated 11-30-2015Statement dated 12-29-2015Statement dated 01-28-2016Statement dated 02-27-2016Last statement showing pt adjusted to collections 04-30-16 Attached find statements and ledger. We have mailed to the complainant a copy of these items and a validation of the debt letter responseWe consider the dispute to now be closed as the debt has been validated and we have followed up with our client for more information, which we are providing to the consumer by mail

We are in receipt of Mr***s complaint and have reviewed the account with our client, USC Medical Group. Our client has confirmed that the insurance company was billed and they applied $to the patient's deductible. This was placed with our company 8/30/and we've not heard
from Mr*** until receiving this complaint. We have notated his dispute, but have confirmed this balance is valid and would advise him to contact his insurance provider if he disagrees with how they processed the claim

RSI Enterprises has received and done a thorough investigation of the complaintWe do find some inaccuracies with the complaint which we will attempt to lay to rest in this response: The patient claimed to be unaware of the balances, but there was a conversation with our client in March of
about the balances before they came to collections, she said that she would call back after talking to her insurance, but there was no return callAfter the accounts came to RSI Enterprises, Incnotices were sent and call attempts madeWe pulled call recordings for the contacts and found at no time was there an agreement to delete, in fact in conversation on 1/12/the consumer was told quite clearly there is no grounds to delete, the consumer claimed to have a letter from the post office about a mail problem and would send it to us, but it was not receivedWhen the balances were settled on 3/9/she was told it was reporting and the consumer mentioned nothing other than how she could prevent the unreported account for reporting (which she did by paying)The last conversation on 4/26/consumer called asking about deletion at the advice of her loan officer, she was told we had sent notice with no mail being returned and multiple calls were made for the account, again no mention of deletion. With these facts considered we find no merit to the assertion that a trade was discussed to remove from credit for payment, which is a practice RSI Enterprises, Inc does not follow as we find it to fall outside the bounds of the Fair Credit Reporting ActHaving done an investigation of the complaint and having call recordings in possession of the facts of the contact calls, we find this matter to be closed

RSI Enterprises, Incis a legally licensed and contracted collection agent for the *** ** *** *** *** in the District of ColumbiaThis case was sent to RSI by our client, the DC *** ** *** *** *** for collection; as such, RSI is acting above-board and is not a scam, which can be verified by Ms*** counselUpon receipt of the original complaint through the Revdex.com, RSI Enterprises, Incimmediately contacted its client, the DC *** ** *** * *** to verify case statusAt that time, they advised for RSI to cease all activity, close and return the account to the DC OTR (our client) for further follow upAs stated in our last response, RSI did just thatWe have ceased all communication with Ms*** and marked her account as closed and returned to DC OTR on our host systemThis complies with Ms*** original request to cease & desistRSI Enterprises, Incis no longer working this account nor is it contractually obligated to do so, as the account is owned by DC OTR not RSIRSI has complied with all of its legal and contractual obligations, including promptly responding to the dispute/this compliant, ceasing all efforts/calls and returning this account to the original creditor, the DC *** ** *** * ***At this time and as a contracted agent of the District, RSI is no longer involved in this case and cannot, therefore, assist Ms*** furtherWe are no longer in a position to take further action on this case and all further communication on this account will need to be between Ms*** and the original creditor, the DC *** ** *** * ***, as outlined in the original response, which includes direct contact information for the DC *** ** *** * ***RSI considers the matter against RSI Enterprises, Incclosed, as we have complied with all requests and taken appropriate legal/contractual steps required

This consumer called multiple times yesterday and was offered a supervisor, but the consumer did not want that supervisor, he wanted her supervisor who unfortunately was not availableAs noted this was the Operations Manager, who was not in his office at the timeAfter repeated calls and
terminations by the consumer, the Ops Manager became available and spoke with himThe consumer listed his qualifications and repeatedly asserted that he would file legal action and after listening for some time, the manager asked why the consumer was upset and what law he felt was brokenThe consumers only reply was that they wanted no further contact by phone and only by mail if RSI changed the name to his, which cannot be done unfortunatelyThe Operations Manager replied that the first representative he spoke with had marked the account to not contact so there didn't seem to be an issueAt this time if the consumer felt there was any other problems or concerns they could have been addressed of course, but the consumer said "Great" and hung up.In looking over the consumer's account everything seems to be in order, the amount due is a deductible from insurance with most of the original balance satisfied by them, bills were sent from both our client and RSI Enterprises, as well as callsAs the consumer's original complaint has been satisfied by ceasing further contact and the insurance situation has been addressed, we feel this matter to be resolved and closedRSI will no longer further contact the consumer

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Attached, is written correspondence (04.09.2013) directly with *** *** staff requesting a corrected amount for services renderedI followed up with phone calls and emails, and no one from the billing department rectified this issueTherefore, I am disputing the validitiy of this charge and would like it to be removed from my credit reportRegards,*** ***

I was not made awear of this balance until I pulled my credit reportI made initial contact with the company to verify the reason for the debtI was not made awear of this the account until it was already in collectionsThe original company sanora quest did not contact me prior to send to collectionsAll of the calls address in the response were after the account was on my credit and they’d refused to remove

RSI again stands by its original review and responseRSI has done its due diligence in reviewing the details of this case and has done so in compliance with all laws, regulations and governing statutesIt is unfortunate that your experience has been less than satisfactory, as RSI prides itself on resolving all accounts amicably; however, RSI is unable to bend or break laws in order to meet the requested resolution demandsOur secondary review revealed no new information that would necessitate a change in process or response; however, we would be happy to discuss other, possible alternative resolutions that may be to your satisfaction as well as ensure privacy / legal compliance for all partiesFeel free to reach out to us for discussion of a mutually beneficial resolutionThank you

We have reviewed the consumer's response, though the issue brought forward now was partially addressed in our last response and after investigation also is not factualThe consumer spoke to the client in March of before referral to RSI Enterprises for collections, she was aware of the balanceAfter referral RSI Enterprises, there were four contacts made with the consumer as well as notices sent before it reported to creditIn each contact the consumer expressed that she needed to check with her insurance or that she was not able to talk at that time and would follow up laterWe believe this resolves this newest assertion and our records show adequately an accurate and factual timeline of matters

that is a LIE...my second phone call I had with RSI was with the rude lady regarding my secondary insurance when she tried to tell me it wasnt necessary for Sonora Quest to send it over because it was already reviewed by the insurance...and I told her she was wrong because only my PRIMARY REVIEWED IT, NOT MY SECONDARY. I made this phone call directly from my office, on a recorded line. So if they want to continue to lie like they did nothing wrong then I will have that call pulled and send it directly to my lawyer and cfpb, and Revdex.com.. The very last time I talked to someone prior to escalating the first complaint, I was told a bill would be forwarded back to sonora and they would send it to my secondary insurance (also on a recorded line). So again, if you dont want to take ownership for your incompetent employees not doing their job. Thats fine. I have the proof. This is the ONLY collection on my credit report. I have a proven track record of takimg very good care of my bills. I have been paying out of pocket thousands of dollars for my fettility treatments.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of, I no doubt am "a difficult caller" for that business - as I own a business that protects customer data. Thus, I did scrutinize the procedures the business operated under - and as such, no doubt the business would call me a "difficult" caller. I did refuse to provide my private information to them without proper procedure for the business verification.  I never said I did not.The claim that they were trying to collect upon - was not an issue. Their way of contacting customers was. Also, I remember VERY VIVIDLY that the second person I spoke to, whose conversation probably never got recorded  -the supervisor- did imply that he indeed on the board of Revdex.com. I am surprised to hear that not only he misrepresented himself, as probably a scare tactic, but also that he currently denies his statement. I would request our recording and get an expert opinion on possible "correction" of the recording, to tell you the truth. I did after conversation verify the legality of the business and called them, however, they NEVER called me back. I did not even know that it was a bogus complaint. There is a standard procedure posted on the [redacted]'s site - as well as the request  for the people to call [redacted] in case they suspect fishing. What the business did indeed sounded as fishing. The fact that the business would not acknowledge that they indeed tried to elicit my private inforamtion is WRONG. This is the nature of my Revdex.com complain- not the fact that they contacted me in the first place, or that there is ( now ) no complaint for my name - I will note it for my records if indeed it turns out that I have something on my credit report. The nature of the claim was their way of verifying my identity.I would consider the issue closed if all the recordings will be indeed asked for, and the business changes the way they contact the customers. Thanks!

In reviewing this matter, we see that this account was placed with our office 5/23/16 and we sent our first notice.  We also made several call attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter.  This account met all requirements to report to the credit bureaus at the time.  Once...

this item was paid, it was scheduled to be updated to a paid in full item as of 9/2/16.  As of 9/19/16, our client [redacted] reached out to us in regards to this item and asked that it be removed from the credit bureau.  That update has been completed and a letter was put in today's mail for Mr. [redacted].We consider this matter closed.

In reviewing this complaint it is quite clear the consumer knew that RSI Enterprises, Inc. would not remove this from the credit bureaus, but would update the account accurately as Paid In Full. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires data furnishers to fairly and accurately report the standing of...

accounts and that is exactly what RSI has done. The consumer was told this in writing after receiving a request to do so on 10/09/14. This was also told by phone on 1/5/15 when the account was settled. RSI has been very clear throughout that this would not be deleted, but would be reported as paid in full, which has been accurately completed.

Ms. [redacted],Our client, the [redacted] has reviewed your complaint and shows that your account is valid, but falls under a "non-filer" status.  My contact, Ms. [redacted] has advised RSI Enterprises, Inc. to cancel the account as a non-filer and cease all...

collections activity, which we are happy to comply.  They have advised that they will reach out to you directly with more of an explanation as to where the account generated from.  At this point, we consider the matter closed and have returned the account to our client.  Any additional questions can be directed to [redacted], Supervisory Revenue Officer with the [redacted] at ###-###-####.Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
