information. Relief Solutions International has been working actively on the clients behalf. On May 9, 2017 Mr [redacted]'s file was finished being prepared with the required information and sent to our Legal Team to complete getting Mr [redacted] out of his Timeshare. As we explained to Mr [redacted] that this is the most effective way to guarantee him everything is Legally taken care of for his benefit. Mr. [redacted] has not yet sent all paperwork back to the Legal Team as of June 16, 2017 that is required to finish up getting his name Legally taken off of his contract with the Timeshare. Mr. [redacted] is not answering any calls from our Legal Team which is on his contract that this is a requirement as this process take cooperation from the clients behalf with RSI and our Legal Teams.

In conclusion RSI would have been able to complete this process for this client as hired to do, however, the client will need to return all necessary paperwork that is required to move forward.
If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 22, 2016/09/28) */
I did NOT hear from the company regarding my Revdex.com claim, but continued to contact them on my own and have worked out a resolution. I would like to close my case, but am still...

disappointed they did not acknowledge or respond to the actual Revdex.com claim. Thank you for the help and you can close the complaint.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/02/10) */
While we did sign agreements with this individual's parents, the allegations in this complaint are completely unfounded. 1) We never cold called this client. They contacted us about being relieved of their burdensome timeshares. 2) We never...

offered to sell their timeshares. 3) We did not take advantage of them, or anyone else. 4) We did not separate her mother from her father to charge his American Express. 4) We have never claimed to be accredited with the Revdex.com. We are registered, but have not paid to become accredited. 5) We are uncertain how to respond to this explanation of her dealings with American Express and what they told her. It has nothing to do with our company or practices. 6) Our records indicate numerous attempts on our part to explain the answers to this individual's concerns, but were only successful in talking with her brother; who agrees that his sister's claims against RSI are not valid. We have fulfilled our obligation to our client and their daughter's inaccurate opinion(s) should have no bearing on our company. We are in business to help people in need. It is unfortunate to be portrayed in this manner by someone who clearly does not know who we are and what we do.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/08/18) */
We entered into an agreement with the consumer to liquidate their timeshare interests, on 10/27/2015. Since that time, RSI has 74 entries recorded in the consumer's file from our internal staff working on their case. Her claim that we have...

done nothing but ask for more money to close the deal is not accurate. By asking the owner to pay their transfer fee, this is an indication that we have reached the point in the process that we are ready to take their case to the resort level; and finalize the termination of their obligations to the resort. This is something that is clearly outlined in the contract that the consumer signed, as well as in the letter of what to expect that was sent home with them from our seminar, and was reiterated again in a follow up letter to the client immediately after they signed their agreement. RSI has done everything that we can to fulfill our agreement with this consumer, however we cannot complete the liquidation without the client's agreed upon involvement. This client's case was moving along fine in the beginning, but things were held up in February, 2016 when they disputed the charge they authorized on their Discover card to RSI. After submitting all of the information about the client's card transaction, as well as the documentation of our work on their file, Discover agreed that they did not have a right to dispute the charge. Once the dispute was settled, we began working on the client's liquidation again. We have been waiting for the client to return the needed paperwork and transfer fee to be able to move forward any further with their case. While we cannot be certain, without the client taking our phone calls or returning them, what their reason is for being non-compliant in their agreement with us, or for filing inaccurate complaints and disputes against us could be; we can only make the experienced assumption that someone who would like to keep our client in the realm of timeshare ownership has convinced them that RSI is not to be trusted. We would like to remind the consumer of the reasons they signed up with RSI in the first place. The untruths that the resort told them to get them to buy their fraudulent product initially, should be a pretty clear indication of which organization has their best interest at heart. Please advise the consumer to call our office at their earliest convenience to resolve this matter.

I don't want to discuss it with them anymore.
No further discussion with RSI. They have robbed us of $4000 and have not done anything. How many other people have they [redacted] They need to be shut down as a business.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2016/08/19) */
These accusations are simply untrue. We are in business to help those who have been the victim of fraudulent sales practices in the timeshare industry, the exact opposite of what the consumer is alleging. Their refusal to comply with, or even speak to us since they signed their agreement with RSI, is the only reason they still own their timeshare. We also have the paperwork and the phone records that show how much work has gone into their case. We are still willing to help the client, however they will have to cooperate by participating in the process, as they originally agreed to do.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2016/06/03) */
The consumer signed up with our company to liquidate two timeshares. We successfully completed the liquidation of one of his properties. His [redacted] could not be transferred out of his name without the appropriate documents, which...

the client failed to provide in spite of multiple requests made to him by phone, email & mail. These allegations are false.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/29) */
We entered into an agreement with this client to liquidate their timeshares, not to sell them. The progress of both liquidations did become delayed, due to the client's failure to comply with our requests for documents. While we handle the...

majority of everything required to liquidate a timeshare, the owner's participation is required to a certain extent. This is clearly outlined with the client before they enter into our agreement; as well as clearly outlined in the agreement that they signed. Despite the numerous requests and follow ups required in order for the client to comply; we were able to work together and complete the necessary steps to be able to terminate their obligation to their resorts. Their liquidations were finally nearing completion when we received this complaint. Although the last step in the liquidation process had not yet been completed, the client was not responsible for the financial obligation when they decided to file this complaint. We have spoken with our client and believe we have satisfied their concerns completely. She indicated to us that she would be removing this complaint from your website.

To Whom it May Concern,Thank you for reaching out to our office as our clients satisfaction is very important to us. This Consumer Signed up for our Services on 2/19/2016. This process can take approximately 12-18 months as each resort works differently. We also give a 100% money back guarantee if...

we are unable to get them released from their Timeshare as long as they cooperate through the whole process. The Consumer was sent her documents to fill out to allow our office to start building their file on 4/26/2016.  Due to a virus on the Consumer's Computer we had to mail out a hard copy to their home address. On 5/4/2016 the Consumer called and due to personal reasons they would be getting these notarized and sent in the next week. RSI thanked them for this as we understand life happens sometimes. On 5/9/2016 RSI received the required documents from the Consumer to start working on the client's Legal File. On 12/5/2016 The Consumer's file was sent to our Legal Team to start corresponding with their Resort. On 12/13/2016 The Consumer was contacted to let them know that our Legal Team was working on this file and requested to send us a copy  of their most recent Maintenance Fee Bill as this was needed to keep everything updated. On 12/30/2016 We contacted the Consumer and let them know that we received this document and will be contacting them every 60 days from here on out, unless something is needed sooner.Currently the Legal Team is in negotiations with the Resort and working on an Exit opportunity. This process sometimes goes longer than any parties involved would like. However we are at the Mercy of the Resort and will continue to push for an Exit. In Conclusion RSI has spoken to the client and informed them that we are working on their file and they are happy and eager to get out of their TImeshare If we are unable to get them out of their Timeshare which we do not foresee being an issue we will refund 100% as our contract states. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.Thank you,[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/11/04) */
We have attempted to contact the consumer to discuss her concerns. The statements in her complaint make it very clear that there has been a breakdown in our communication with her, which is something we take full responsibility for. We would...

like to explain our position on the matter and resolve this with her. Our seminar is not deceptive, nor do we prey on the elderly. The reason that this client and all of our other clients sign an agreement with us is to get out of a legally binding contract that was sold to them under false pretenses. We wouldn't be in business if timeshare resorts were honest and upfront about their product, services and business practices. We are thrilled that this client is out of her timeshare. That is our goal and it has been reached, albeit under very different circumstances than normal, we feel good about the fact that she is no longer saddled with the burden of owning a timeshare. Our opinion is that the reason the client's resort offered to let her out of the contract she has with them is a direct result of our involvement in her case. The resort is not going to speak highly of a company who does what we do; and we understand how the client could come to the conclusions that she did. We have canceled our agreement with the client in full. At the end of it all, we are happy with the end result of this individual being free and clear of her timeshare.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2016/11/15) */
They have refunded my money in total. Thanks you for getting involved, they had no intention of refunding the money before your inquiry.
