Review: I bought a [redacted] through them. So many things went wrong. They told me this machine would clean my hardwood floors and does not. Through negotiations we were promised a brand new machine and received a test model. I have now 2 days to cancel my order but no one picks up there or would even return a call about a simple question prior to me deciding to return the item. As well after my husband said he didn't want to buy it aggressive tactics were used. We also told there were no other after market toola to be purchased for this machine, and what we were paying for is all there was, which we found out was a lie. A 30 minute demonstration turned into 2 hours. Overall I'm annoyed I am being hard balled into keeping this and am delivering their product to them directly due to them not allowing me to cancel my order in the way I was promisedDesired Settlement: For this company to be looked into for their lack of costumer service and business tactics

We could not disagree more about this complaint. The presentation went great Miss [redacted] loved it. The [redacted] machine does a beautiful job on hard wood floors and there are no after market products that you can purchase. She bought the [redacted] on the 1/7/2015 showed up at our office in [redacted] the very next morning wanting to return the equipment. Without hesitation we said no problem cancelled the purchase and she was never charged. However we had to make several phone calls back to Mr and Mrs [redacted] since they did not return all the equipment that was left in her home.

I am rejecting this response because: you made one phone call notifying I forgot to return one piece of the equipment and returned it the next day. You guys on the other hand only returned one phone call after I told you I would report this to the Revdex.com. Then returned no other phone call which is why I showed up the next day to return the product. At which time I was told I should have called for help with the machine. I did that 7 times. I was able to return in with no problem and was never charged, the customer service is lacking to the extreme. I was told it would clean my floors and all I got was a foam bath, which is why I was calling for help and never received it. Due to the lack of customer service and only had 3 days to return it I was not willing to keep it. There was no information in the manual for this use, and couldn't find information on the Internet. Then no call back from you when I left a message saying I needed and help and had some questions. After I missed the call from you and tried to call back I still had not received a call back 12 hours later.
