*** The order was processed by University of California, Santa Cruz on February 20th, and the transcript was mailed on February 23rd, via USPS 1st class mail. Mr*** contacted Credentials on March 13, due to the recipient not receiving the transcript. Per UCSC policy, Mr*** was instructed to contact the Registrar’s office to request a resend. Following up further on this request, UCSC and Credentials reached out to the recipient directly, today March 27, and confirmed with the Admissions office at Georgia Institute of Technology that they are in receipt of the student’s transcript. Since the transcript did reach the intended destination no duplicate transcript will be sent or refund given
