Company did a great job being an advocate for me with insurance process. No issues with insurance claim and company was available and responsive when needing to reschedule due to weather delays. Workers arrived as expected and were respectful and hard working to complete the job on time.

Mike D and team at Rugh?s remodeling was excellent. Mike listened to my concerns and address all of them. I was extremely surprised how quickly they replace my roof with top quality!!! I recommend Rugh?s if you need your roof replaced!

Would definitely recommend Rughs for my friends and family. The workers showed up on time, cleaned up all of the mess in the yard before they left, and did a great job. They were very easy to work with and Rughs too care of the entire process for us.

I called Rugh for a free inspection after storm damage to my roof. They discovered missing and damaged shingles and told me that the roof needed to be replaced. After carefully documenting the damage they assisted me with the process of submitting the insurance claim, and even met the claims adjuster when he came to assess the damage so they could show him the exact nature of the damage. Insurance approved the claim and the roof was replaced a couple weeks later. The crew did an excellent job on the new roof. They put tarps over my flowers so none of them were killed during the construction. They did a nice job of cleaning up after the job which I am happy to report was all done in one day (old roof removal and new roof installation). The project manager was in communication throughout the entire process, which was new to me, so it was nice to have someone explain each step of the way. I am happy with the overall result and would recommend them to others.

Rugh's work team was extremely careful with our landscaping and deck during the installation process- our roof was done in just one day and it looks beautiful! They were very detail-oriented and helpful during the whole process.

Recently had my roof replaced by Rugh Restoration. My project manager, Mike was great. He walked me through the process while addressing all my questions and concerns. He was patient and accessible. The roofing team was professional and efficient. They put in a long day on my house, gazebo and shed roofs. The all the roofs look GREAT! The team even went the extra mile and fixed a board on my gazebo that wasn’t part of the project. Rugh sent someone out the next day to look over the yard and pick up any nails or etc that may have been missed and to make sure I was happy. The process was painless and I would even say pleasant. We worked with Mike after the recent storms. He came over, inspected our roof and ran tests on it, no cost. He then thoroughly walked us through the process of filing a claim and working with insurance. Everything was transparent and up front. They got our roof done quickly and without troubles, and it looks great! Mike has been wonderful to work with too! Lastly, they're listed as a contractor for Owens Corning shingles, so there's absolutely no doubt they use great product and have an excellent reputation. Highly recommend them!!

They did a great job on my insurance claim and fought for me to get the claim paid. I had out of date shingles that the insurance company wanted to get close but not quite match. Under Ohio code, the roof has to match itself. In other words, no checkerboards. Once the insurance claim paid, the new roof was done in less than a day. Would for sure do business with them again.

Rughs is the best! They took the time to come and do a free estimate and our product manager walked us through the whole process. Very easy to work with. They did a wonderful job on our roof. It was done in one day. Their crew was hard working and friendly. They cared for all my plants and shrubs and cleaned up the whole property. I highly recommend and am so impressed with this company.

If you are planning to have some exterior work performed on your home, look no further than Rugh's Remodeling based out of Hilliard, Ohio. Eric R, the owner, makes everything easy. His office staff and installers are top-notch. They perform all of their work on time; and, they follow up to make sure that everything was done to your liking. if you have an issue, which I did, Eric and his team are very responsive. At the completion of your work, Rhonda, Eric's Office Manager, provides you with an invoice, labor warranty and manufacturer's warranty. I could not be more happy with my new roof, siding, trim, gutters, downspouts and garage door. I would use Rugh's Remodeling again; and, I encourage you to call them for an estimate next time you have an exterior project.

Rugh’s Michael was super. Guided me right from the start till the end of the process. Rugh’s workmen did everything super efficiently finishing the roof in one day. Michael then worked with Insurance provider to get claim addendums added for gutter and downspouts. Overall I am super satisfied and can trust them for any such job in the future

As part of the roof replacement, Rugh’s remolding agreed to also replace a small piece of siding on our garage. They have taken 2 pieces of my siding for color and style leaving my garage exposed to the weather elements for months. This was part of the contract agreement. My spouse has stopped by their offices on two different occasions to inquire about the siding. He is always given a time frame of a week. They have not responded? I just wonder why? We hired them in good faith!

They are awesome at working with you insurance to get a claim and get their $. After that all down hill

Positive experience from the first contact & scheduled the roof inspection with Matt. He assisted in the coordination with my insurance company and answered many questions I had re shingles & the process for the next step. We were kept update to schedule the day of installation.
The team that was sent to my home was a group of no nonsense hard working roofers that did an amazing job. They completed the roof and clean up. There was a visit the next day by the Quality person to inspect and he was very polite. Job well done!!! Thanks!

Throughout the entire process, they maintained terrific contact and were always punctual. They were very good on pricing and worked well with adjusters and insurance. They also managed the multiple work scope and subcontractors well. Everything was great and they are definitely at the top of my list for any future work. I only give a small ding for quality due to some items such as poor exterior outlet initial installation and gutter getting damaged/bent after painting. However, once I informed of the issue, they resolved as with anything to which I wasn't satisfied. They also went the extra mile to get our exterior water faucets replaced which ultimately required a plumber. This level of work was not initially thought to be required and was not quoted, but was completed at no extra cost to me. They will take care of you.

Rugh’s replaced my old roof due to hail damage. They did a great job! Completed it one day. They also cleaned up after themselves including nails/screws! The project manager was easy to work with and helped working with the insurance company. Very efficient from the beginning to the end.

Rugh's just recently installed a new roof on my house. It was a great experience. Everyone that we dealt with at Rugh's made sure that we understood the process and not only gave us the typical shingles sample book, they also gave us addresses to check out their work on other houses. We got to see what color of shingles that we wanted on a house which really helped. They also helped us through the process while working with our insurance company which was nice.
Once our roof installation was scheduled, they were on time on the date that they gave us and you wouldn't know that they were there after they finished. The grew did a great job with the clean up as well.

Rughs was amazing! From start to finish, the process of getting a new roof was a breeze! Eric did our estimate, and was fabulous in helping us pick a new shingle color, even providing homes for us to look at to see the colors before we picked! Rughs arrived right on time to start the install, and it look less than 11 hours! I would recommend Rughs to
