From looking at the "estimated" invoice it showed the RSP (roadside) with a daily and weekly rate; below that was the XM radio with the same daily and weekly rates Below that was an estimated total optional service of $ I never was advised to accept or decline the Roadside I questioned the XM and Joshua reconfirmed it was only going to be $for the weekend and the rates listed were because of the "hold" they needed to put on my card.When I returned I attempted to resolve the issue that night, but was handed a card and told to call back tomorrow I am attaching the rental agreement that shows where I accepted the charges for the $48.95, again without knowledge of the RSP then the final receipt shows each XMR and RSP at a daily rate which doesn't equal the total charged

The billing issue for *** ***- We offer our products at time of rental every renter has the option to decline or accept these productsNothing is put on without the customers knowledge Of the products and/or total charges they initial by each one after they read

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If the items were OPTIONAL, I should consciously select them, and NOT declining them AFTER they are added to my contract UNSOLICITEDLike I said in my original complain, you agent was very rude and condenscending saying if I take the car outside of Indiana, thats breach of contract when your own policy states that bordering state is okWhile you are at it, you should add a provision saying we cannot drive the car in the snow/rain and if we do, thats breach of contract!
Also, your agent never answer my question as to if roadside assistant comes standard, why wasnt it included in the price quote WHILE RESERVING THRU YOUR OWN WEBSITE?

I booked a reservation two months in advanceI had a flight delay that caused me to be hours late for reservationI called the branch ahead of time to let them know about the flight problemsThe assured me that my reservation was safe for 24hr because they are a 24hr operationI arrived to be surprised and told my reservation had expiredI then called the number to the corporate customer service lineThey again verified that my reservation should be safe and currentThey ask to speak to the location agentThey then informed him that my reservation was in good standingHe replied by saying not according to the "local" policyThe customer service agent told him there is no local policy only a company wide policy and to rent me a carThe agent in a very rude and racist vibe then rejected the order from corporate and I was left without a car in the middle of the nightWe there being big events in town all the other rental places were sold outThis place is a nightmare STAY AWAYon the way back to the airport I was told by several unnamed people that they have had a racist negative experience with this place

fee.    Please understand that because of the nature of this industry we may not always have the specific vehicle that a guest has reserved, this could be caused by a previous guest not returning a vehicle on time, maintenance issues with a vehicle, or a host of other possibilities.  At Payless Car Rental we will always try our hardest to accommodate a guest and their needs to the best of our ability, even if that means transferring a vehicle to a different location or transferring a reservation to a location that can provide the vehicle that has been requested by the guest.    Finally, I have provided copies of the adjusted receipt, showing total charges.  I have also provided copies of receipts that show refunds for the desired settlement that the guest requested and a receipt for the refund that was given to the guest because they returned the vehicle early (which was another issue in their complaint).  The early return refund was refunded on the day that the guest returned the rental vehicle.   Once again we appreciate the opportunity to address this issue and to do right by all of our guests.    Respectfully, Payless Car Rental - Indianapolis
