That is because I loved the car. However, the way I was treated by the salesman [redacted], is unacceptable. I have not even received an apology.  I almost didn't buy the car because I was so disgusted with the service I received from that salesman. When talking to another employee of Russ Darrow Kia of Waukesha, it was stated that this happens often and that he is just an angry guy. I still wouldn't recommend Russ Darrow because of my experience with your sales tactics.

 Just very poor customer service. Nasty attitude to customer and not giving Chryslers claim specialist  return phone calls tells me you really don't want to work with Chrysler. My problem was under warranty.and you could clearly see what the issue was. The I'm sorry only used the manual, didn't care for customer service..

One when you buy an auto you pay a service fee and before you drive ths auto off the lot the sales person says they take the auto to check it over so everything works(so they say ) and yes if the auto sits on the lot thing may happens that is why it should be looked over before delivery.This dealership just wants to take your money and send you down the road!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICEThis is how this experience left an impressionI am an older adult that has purchased many vehicles in my years and this was the worst experience I have ever encountered.

I am sorry you feel Russ Darrow broke a tab on your glove box during a routine oil change, however, this would be next to impossible.  The tool that they use to gain access to the filter is a plastic tool which slides in and releases immediately.  There is no jarring or pulling on any part...

of the glove box.  The part is a normal maintenance item and can fail at any point.  The amount of items in the glove box can also cause the failure of this piece.  There is no telling what happened, especially since you brought this to our attention approximately 6 months after the oil change.  Also, when you brought this to our attention, we gave you an estimate in excess of $1,000.  In lieu of you paying to replace the entire glove box, we put a screw in place of the tab which as of your last service, last week, was still in full operating standards with no issues.[redacted], Corporate Paralegal

is not Russ Darrow's responsibility to make sure that your vehicle is kept in working order when the vehicle is abandoned for greater than 6 months on our lot.  The maintenance on your vehicle is your responsibility solely.  The vehicle sat for a great length of time and as such your battery was dead and your brakes were locked up.  We had not touched the vehicle nor are we liable for anything that happened to your vehicle.  As such, we will not be reimbursing you for any work that was necessary to drive your vehicle on Wisconsin roadways.[redacted]

I have reviewed your complaint with the Service and Parts Manager at the dealership and have determined that we ordered the correct memory card from Kia directly, based on the VIN.  We delivered the memory card to you, installed it and showed you how to work it.  At the time you left the...

I am sorry that you did not have a positive service appointment in June at the new Russ Darrow Volkswagon store.  I did reach out to the service manager Mark at EVS and he stated that he would not be participating in anything relating to your vehicle.  Russ Darrow also will be taking the...

same position as the vehicle is 15 years old and has in excess of 190k miles.  Parts over time break down and become normal maintenance items.  This seems to be the case.  As a potential resolution, if you would like for Russ Darrow to fix the stripped plug, there are two options.  We could try and re-thread the plug and that would cost approximately $150.  If that does not work the only other fix would be to swap out the oil pan, which would run about $500.  We would offer you a 15% discount on the parts for whatever service you would like to try.Outside of that, Russ Darrow and or Motorville is unable to accept expired Castro oil checks.  We do not get reimbursed for expired checks.Please let me know if you would like to utilize the discount that I have offered.[redacted], Corporate Paralegal

[redacted]  My issue is the quality of the brakes and rotors why they didn't last that long the front brakes and rotors, and the rear brakes and rotors  never lasted past 12 months that's my concern they keep giving me the same diagnosis of needing brakes and rotors , I should not have to keep getting the same repairs every year plus I don't have a lot of miles on my car , when I bought the car from Russ Darrow August 2013 it had approx. 34,000 miles and now currently I have 55,000 miles so please investigate this issue Revdex.com.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Why would the dealership say that their records show we were never at dealership on February 18th when they never responded to my letter or my voice mail message I left for the general manager.  We were approached by a salesperson who introduced himself, we responded that we are [redacted] and Sue.  No one ever asked for our last name or other information so that they could record it for their records.  So the paralegal response is totally unacceptable, we were at the Russ Darrow dealership on February 18, 2017 in response to an advertisement that we received in the mail.

I'm sorry that you still feel that we are liable to pay for damages to your vehicle, however, as I stated earlier, the letter from Honda after turn in goes directly to the customer 30-60 days after the transaction is done.  If Russ Darrow takes the vehicle in on a trade-in we issue a payoff to Honda and keep the vehicle.  In your case, the vehicle was the property of Honda as it was not a trade in.  We do not get involved in the excess wear and tear charges under these circumstances and would not have known what was going to be charged until after Honda picks up the vehicle, thereby leaving the potential damages open ended.
