Our companies policy has not changed!!!! The consumer purchased a Wood Destroying Insect PROGRAM and HOME WARRANTYIt is exactly that, sometimes it can take many different treatments to exterminate all colonies of Ants and Termites!! Pest Control is a science, we have to keep working at it and trying different products to be successful.PEST CONTROL DOES NOT HAVE A MONEY BACK WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, THE CHEMICAL IS IN THE GROUND, WE CAN'T TAKE IT BACKHOWEVER, OUR OFFER TO EXTEND THIS CONSUMES HOME WARRANTY FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR REMAINS IN EFFECTTHE PROPERTY IS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY!!!!WE HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE THIS A HAPPY CONSUMER!!! We have record of treatments at this property for perimeter control this Spring 2015, however, if the consumer wishes they may pick a Day in the Month of September and we will treat again the entire property.It must be in the Month of September Stephanie R***

Control*** *** entered into this contract on her own and we understand has had several issues with the landlord, to blame our company for these issue is absurdThere is no money back warranty in Pest Control, we will gladly provide the services in our warranty

I am rejecting this response because: I will make an appointment as long as RUSS & RUSS provides the Revdex.com with all previously requested documentation and photo that I have been trying to obtain since July, August and September 2016. Requesting that Revdex.com forward this information to me via email as I believe they will be fair in ensuring that I have what I requested. Please have the business provide this information within the next business days or less so that an appointment can be made and hopefully we can resolve this matter. Until then I will keep this complaint open.

I am rejecting this response because: Russ Pest Control has not come to our home to look into the matter and there are still holes leading under my porch It's fine for them to say they are sending someone but someone has to actually show up and do the work

Please see the attached estimate. Russ Termite and Pest Control did not complete the work listed on this estimate that we accepted. The ants were not controlled to our satisfaction, all debris was not removed from under our desk, the dryer vent was not replaced, and we did not receive a wood destroying insect certificate. I have pictures to confirm this. Russ Termite and Pest Control took a gas grill that we agreed they could take, but they didn't take any of the wood debris that Mr. Russ said was causing the ants and termites! If we are confused about how the industry works, it is because Russ Termite and Pest Control did a poor job of explaining it. Communication in general was poor. I called MrRuss several times and specifically asked for a call back, and never received one. I seriously regret paying for this service in full on day one. I got the feeling that since they had our money, it didn't matter how we were treated. We are not trying to scare anyone into doing anything. As I mentioned before, we tried several times to resolve this peacefully. We believe in getting what we paid for and we did not get what we paid for.Regards,*** ***

The remark Paid Cash was added by be at a later time for my records, I did not think to have Brian provide a receipt, and that remark was not on the original contractAlso Keith says Brian told him there were no signs of rats, but he told us the rats dug holes under our fence - those are the holes referenced in the contract that were to be filled inWe can provide other e-mails between us and Keith where the multiple excuses come in to playMy whole reason for contacting Revdex.com is to prevent others from going through what we didWe have no interest in any work they wish to provide in lieu of the contract, as we simply don't trust them

I'm SORRY, we will start the program over if that what is needed here, I will add services at NO COST to you, the issue remains the same, we do not have a REFUND POLICY in Pest Control, Our Time, Fuel, Products have already been used, I will Give you an annual program for free, there is just no refunds.I am making every effort to work with you, It just wasn't all on us , we never heard from you here in the office until after the problem began.Kevin R[redacted]

This complaint is under review from our company, we need more time to evaluate and to produce Text, Emails etc from consumer. We are willing to work with consumer through our many different policies and warranties. This consumer has used the word and phrase "DISHONEST" we have no recourse but to...

IO had a supervisor on the job 03/23/2017 and it has been completed

After researching the agreement and the Services performed and Paid for I am satisfied that we most certainly did our job. It is not our fault the consumer wished to pay cash. On the other hand, this is a PROGRAM, the consumer has a 1 Year Warranty, we do not have a refund policy, It has NO BEARING...

in this matter, all of our Services and products are warrantied for 1 YEAR. I would encourage the consumer to use warranty process. Kevin R[redacted]
