Our companies policy has not changed!!!! The consumer purchased a Wood Destroying Insect PROGRAM and HOME WARRANTY. It is exactly that, sometimes it can take many different treatments to exterminate all colonies of Ants and Termites!! Pest Control is a science, we have to keep working at it and trying different products to be successful.PEST CONTROL DOES NOT HAVE A MONEY BACK WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, THE CHEMICAL IS IN THE GROUND, WE CAN'T TAKE IT BACK. HOWEVER, OUR OFFER TO EXTEND THIS CONSUMES HOME WARRANTY FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR REMAINS IN EFFECT. THE PROPERTY IS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY!!!!WE HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE THIS A HAPPY CONSUMER!!! WE DO NOT REFUND MONIES.Kevin R[redacted]

We were also id to remove JUNK harborage under the deck in the rear of [redacted]'s property. We have in fact received a letter from [redacted]...

[redacted]'s counsel stating we stole bikes from under his deck. we the notified [redacted] that we have turned his folder over to our counsel, we have not hear anything more from [redacted]'s counsel. We do NO have these type of issues with our company and it is clear [redacted] is attempting to use every avenue possible to be refunded. Monies were spent on [redacted]'s property and his warranties remain in effect. R[redacted] Termite and Pest Control will NOT be intimidated under these false pretenses. We even have been notified the letter received from [redacted]'s counsel was sent as an attempt to scare us into giving a refund. Russ Termite and Pest Control llc is currently investigating the consumers complaints, we wish to deal with all honest comments and reviews. The consumer did in fact go to the DLLR in the State and because we used caulk for exclusion purposes for bees, the DLLR thought it would be best to...

settle the claim rather then further investigation. We believe CAULKING is a vital method for Pest Controllers to help keep insects out of consumers property. Review: I contacted Russ Pest Control to rid our house of ants and termites. We made payment with a check for $750 immediately. We continue to see ants and the other services listed on the estimate were not performed, including removing the debris from under our deck. We received little to no communication about treatment visits or updates on progress. We also did not receive the wood destroying insect certificate listed on the estimate. I wanted and asked several times to resolve this peacefully.Desired Settlement: I don't know if anything was ever done to treat the ants and termites. We continue to see ants in our kitchen. I would like a full refund.

Please see the attached estimate. Russ Termite and Pest Control did not complete the work listed on this estimate that we accepted. The ants were not controlled to our satisfaction, all debris was not removed from under our desk, the dryer vent was not replaced, and we did not receive a wood destroying insect certificate. I have pictures to confirm this. Russ Termite and Pest Control took a gas grill that we agreed they could take, but they didn't take any of the wood debris that Mr. Russ said was causing the ants and termites! If we are confused about how the industry works, it is because Russ Termite and Pest Control did a poor job of explaining it. Communication in general was poor. I called Mr. Russ several times and specifically asked for a call back, and never received one. I seriously regret paying for this service in full on day one. I got the feeling that since they had our money, it didn't matter how we were treated. We are not trying to scare anyone into doing anything. As I mentioned before, we tried several times to resolve this peacefully. We believe in getting what we paid for and we did not get what we paid for.Regards,[redacted]

Review: I called the company about a problem with a sawtooth grain beetle infestation in the bathroom over the garage, bedroom over the garage, the upstairs Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and the pantry. I have a service agreement that stipulates treatments for six weeks every two weeks for $525. That would be a total of four treatments. The company asked for full payment in advance. I'd dealt with the company twice before with no problems, so I paid the fee. Before the company treated my property for the first time, I found and removed the food source for the beetles, which was a bag of corn gluten-based weed control in the garage. I still wanted to proceed with treatment to eradicate any beetles that had infested the walls and floors between the garage and the locations where I'd observed the beetles. The company provided two treatments but never provided any subsequent treatments. I scheduled the third treatment five times, but the service technician either arrived too late after the end of the agreed-upon service window such that no one was at the property or did not show at all. Finally, I requested a partial refund, and the technician referred me to the owner, [redacted] Russ. I spoke to him by phone, and Mr. Russ said they do not provide refunds. He said he wanted to discuss the matter with the technician and would get back to me within the hour. However, he never called me back. I left a follow-up voice mail, but again, Mr. Russ never called me back. The service agreement does not articulate a refund policy at all. However, it does say, "We agree to apply chemicals to control above-named pests in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement," which the company did not do.Desired Settlement: Since I did not receive two of four treatments, I seek a refund of $262.50, which is 50% of the fee paid.

We also were at [redacted] property on 2 separate occasions where he was not available.

I am rejecting this response, because the vendor's offer is for a credit toward future services. Based on recent performance, I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. It may be true that the company arrived at my house twice to find no one there, but that was because they arrived late, outside the agreed-upon window for them to provide service.

They did not show up at all for three other appointments, and they eventually stopped returning my phone calls. While I had a high opinion of this company from previous interactions, I no longer have faith that the company will honor its agreements.

As the company only rendered 50% of the contractual services documented in the service agreement (two of four treatments), I reiterate my request for a 50% refund of the fee paid ($262.50).

Our company as previously stated will provide a $250.00 credit to this account.

In this case, the consumer wishes for us to take the responsibility of such a refund.

I am rejecting this response, because the company is again offering a credit toward future services. I do not wish to receive or agree to any services with this company, as past performance suggests that I cannot rely on it to provide service as agreed. I do not wish to do business with this company again.

As I acknowledged in my original complaint, I did find and remove the food source for the beetles. However, after discussing the matter with the technician, I proceeded with the treatment in order to ensure eradication of any and all remaining pests, which I suspected were (and still are) living throughout the walls of my property. The service agreement stipulated that the

company would provide four treatments, yet they only provided two. The

reason the company did not provide the agreed-upon treatments was not

due to a lack of effort on my part. I scheduled the third treatment

five times and the technician either showed up too late for anyone to let them in the house, or did not show altogether.

Also, I reject that it is "impossible" to provide a refund to me. The

company breached the terms of the service agreement, the presence of

which trumps the absence of a written refund policy. The company can

simply cut a check for 50% of the amount paid in the service agreement

($262.50) to rectify the breach.

Mr. Russ states that this situation is not fair to his company; however, I am not in breach of the service agreement. Mr. Russ's company is. So if this situation is not fair to anyone, I submit it is to me.

Review: I hired [redacted] Russ from Russ Termite and Pest Control after discovering there was a mice infestation in my attic. Mr. Russ came by the house, estimated the amount of work that needed to be completed, and wrote up a contact. He dropped off four traps and that was the first and only time he would come by the house. The contract stated that there was to be a mice clean out, a letter written to [redacted] (who built the townhouse) stating that there was a level 10 health hazard because the mice were breeding and living in the attic insulation, and Mr. Russ would be a consultant on our behalf. These events never took place. As I mentioned, the first and only time I saw Mr. Russ was the first consultation. I have tried contacting Mr. Russ on multiple occasions and I have either left messages with no return or Mr. Russ has stated that he does not want to speak about the matter. I feel contacting the Revdex.com was my only other option in order to get my money back because he did not uphold the contract.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back because none of the contracted services were provided. This amount totals to $675.00.

[redacted] is in fact covered for Mice at his property, [redacted] missed at least three appointments with our technician. [redacted] went another direction and was able to get the builder or someone else to deal with his construction issues, that were letting the mice enter his attic. [redacted] is entitled to a refund for $225.00 for a letter of confirmation that was never written. We were never given the in formation ffor the builder to write the certificate.

[redacted] is difficult to reach, we have [redacted] who was at [redacted]'s residence for scheduled appointment and he was not home or did not answer the door.

I am rejecting this response because I feel that I paid for

services that I never received. I was not difficult to reach and gave the

technician three different numbers to reach me. On multiple occasions, I never

received a call back or any updated information regarding my contract. As I

mentioned before, the technician only stopped by my house one time and dropped

off mouse traps and took full payment.

Signed up and paid for Gold Service to cover all pests. it tool over two months to receive my paid invoice and I still have not received any documentation on what is or is not covered despite calling (4 times) and emailing them (5-6 times). Every time I call I get the its in the mail or will be delivered promise.
