[redacted] The business has a policy in place stating no refunds. Business is closing after completing all orders. The customer did not ask for return policy before placing order and did not request a written contract. The policy is and was...
available on demand. Timelines are not guaranteed and that is in the policy as well. The business has full intentions on completing customers order. Business has offered to build and resell the furniture to provide the refund if the furniture is no longer needed. Materials have been purchased as per customers specifications. The business no longer needs these materials and has no use for them as it is closing.
