Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I sent RV Auto Parts, Amazon, and Revdex.com an email today along with the same attachment enclosed The item was shipped to me at a 12# rate and we were returning at correct weight of 54# Shipping to our second option given to us in Austell, GA via [redacted] would have been $ UPS advised companies with accounts would have been no more than $ Having worked for a global freight forwarder I know this to be true Keystone Returns in Memphis, TN accepted and scanned the item into the system as we emerge told to do by RV Auto Parts I contacted [redacted] Automotive on 3/27/and spoke to Jane after I saw they had a crossdock in Memphis, minutes from my home She told me to take it, and they would handle the return in Memphis No need to send to Austell I left a message at RV Auto yesterday with no response as of this writing.We are accepting this response based on RV Auto Parts' refund to our account for the $ We have now fulfilled RV Auto Parts' requirement for a refund after much time and personal frustration Regards, [redacted]

Attached are the copies of the carriers bill of lading and the copy of their return to the shipper It shows the items were refused and not accepted I never had any of the items they all were returnd on the carrier.Their response is not true RL Carriers sent me the copies showing the goods were returned ALL of them [redacted]

I ordered gallons of rubber roofing adhesive on September 17, and received it on September 18, Not only did I receive it the day after ordering, I saved over $per gallon (including shipping costs) compared to what my local RV dealer was chargingThis was my first order from them but I don't think it will be my lastI give this business a star rating all the way

The Customer received a full refund of $1,for everything, including the protect all he kept, on August 2nd The 2nd shipment didn't include the protect all because he had kept it from the first shipmentHe also received shipping charges back as well

The customer stated no longer needed item, so we sent her an RMA# *** for return on the same dayOn 03/she stated her husband left UPS and they wanted for shipping, so we gave her an alternate address to ship item back toThe item is a large item, considered oversized, for
shipping. Right after we sent her the alternate address email she filed an A-to-Z guarantee claim with ***, which she lost the caseShe needs to pay to return the item back to us, as stated in our policies and ***s policiesWe are not an *** Prime Seller, meaning we ship items from *** warehouses, and even if we were she would still need to pay to ship the item backIf an item states free shipping on any website, the shipping is included in the product price somehowIf I were to send her a return label, it would cost us just as much as she was quoted from UPSWe do not get any special discounts from UPSWe have done everything we could to help her outShe needs to follow our policies and ***s policiesWe gladly accept returns but she doesn’t like the policy we/*** have in place to return the itemThis is a standard policy with most retailersThis item was bought on *** and not our websiteNowhere on our website or *** does it say a 30% re-stock fee, as she has claimedAll items are SUBJECT to a restock feeUsually if item isn’t returned as new conditionThe customer is responsible for the shipping charges out to them and back*** didn’t rule in her favor, and this is not a situation for the Revdex.comCustomer can return the item, and we have given her ever means to do so, even with a closer address to her locationShe refuses to do so, and we shouldn’t have to pay for the return if she decided she didn’t want the tankWe don’t get breaks on shipping, as she assumesWe have done everything we could for the customerThe customer needs to take on her own responsibilities as a consumer

Hello,We do not have any record of any voicemails, coming into us.I am not sure why this one feel through the cracks, but it did I have given the customer a full refund minus the shipping charges out to him, as per our policy Refund transaction # ***Sorry for the

Hello, Customer refused his shipment with *** *** after it had been shipped out via LTL freightline. CUstomer has part of the product and refused shipment after we had sent it out because he wanted black. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and product he has
kept.Customer already filed complaint with Google, and his credit card company and now the Revdex.comCustomer lost on all accountsWe will refund him for product he refused and not for shipping charges incurred.. He has a dispute in process with his credit card company : Using the information you provided, we are in the process of disputing this chargeback with the buyer's credit card companyPlease note that this dispute process can take days or more and that there is no guarantee that we will be successful in our attempt to recover your fundsIf we are successful, we will promptly return to your account any recovered funds that we previously debited for this chargebackWe will notify you of any updates about this case by email and in the Resolution CenterThis matter has been resolved and no funds were debited from your account for this chargebackWe were charged a fee for processing this chargeback and have debited your account a Chargeback Settlement Fee

We did resolve the complaintCustomer finally returned the product a couple of weeks ago after he used it for several months We issued credit to the customer in full and paid for the product to be shipped back to us Even after he used the product for several months on his trailer
We cannot resale this product Original order was on 03/26/On 05/04/is when he first complained to us and we were in the process of resolving.Thank you,***Manager
