I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

The Customer received a full refund of $1,246.52 for everything, including the protect all he kept, on August 2nd.  The 2nd shipment didn't include the protect all because he had kept it from the first shipment. He also received shipping charges back as well.

Attached are the copies of the carriers bill of lading and the copy of their return to the shipper.  It shows the items were refused and not accepted.  I never had any of the items they all were returnd on the carrier.
Their response is not true.  RL Carriers sent me the copies showing the goods were returned ALL of them

I ordered 2 gallons of rubber roofing adhesive on September 17, 2015 and received it on September 18, 2015. Not only did I receive it the day after ordering, I saved over $30 per gallon (including shipping costs) compared to what my local RV dealer was charging. This was my first order from them but I don't think it will be my last. I give this business a 5 star rating all the way.

I ordered a trailer cover from rv autoparts.com the website said it was in stock, they proceeded to withdrawal the money from my account (nearly three hundred dollars) a few days later I receive a email that these covers are out of stock until mid December (over a month) then tried to upsell me to a more expensive cover, I said I would wait..so I did....mid December came and no word, so I wrote a email checking on the cover, they sent a reply, saying yeah you and 85 others... Okay really? this is what pisses me off, why would take mine and 85 others money or not disclose on the website if these where out of stock! Well I finally received my package in January over two months after from ordering. Need less to say I will not use them anymore.

charges and product he has kept.Customer already filed complaint with Google, and his credit card company and now the Revdex.com. Customer lost on all accounts. We will refund him for product he refused and not for shipping charges incurred.. 
 
He has a dispute in process with his credit card company :

Please note that this dispute process can take 75 days or more and that there is no guarantee that we will be successful in our attempt to recover your funds. We were charged a fee for processing this chargeback and have debited your account a Chargeback Settlement Fee.

We did resolve the complaint. Customer finally returned the product a couple of weeks ago after he used it for several months.  We issued credit to the customer in full and paid for the product to be shipped back to us.  Even after he used the product for several months on his trailer....

 We cannot resale this product.  Original order was on 03/26/2015. On 05/04/2015 is when he first complained to us and we were in the process of resolving.Thank you,[redacted]Manager
