As we tried early to refund this Customer through our Gateway but being the old transaction it only allows us to 3 months back .If the customer wants we can send him the company check for the refund amount. Pl update us with current mailing address and phone no he can be reached at .

Hi First of All customer called us having issue with her computer, we did not call her, we fix the customer make her understand there is some charge to fix the customer, customer agreed and there is proof of receipt as well which is attached,  on 5th of feb she called us again and told us...

customer paid us $399.99 for online technical support for one year that is right. but in customer statment customer said we called him after six months and told him you have virus on his computer that is not truth. may be customer received call from scamers as per company procedure we can;t not...

charge customer any single pany dusring one long year and after one year it is customers choice is he want to countinmue the support or not. if customer will check authorization of that time when he paid us we mentioned that we will provide one year online technical support free. then how it is possible that we will call him. we are requesting you please cancel the complaint and if you need any proof for that we will send you that as well. .

I do not know why she complained as per this complaint first I would like to inform you that we did not stole any information on her computer and she was there when we took remote of her computer to check the problem and she has option, anytime she will close the remote, This is big lie and...

None of these documents address my concerns.  First the calls to my parents to get more money from them.  In this day in age to misrepresent the harassing calls in simply unacceptable.  I only had 6 days to respond but given more time I could ask my phone provider to show the number of calls this company made to my parents to the point of which they would not answer their phone.  If they want to play the game of he said she said fine.  I will obtain those records if you would provide me with more time and I can provide them to you and every other website including [redacted] to alert them of their illegal business practices against senior citizens. Second, he informed them that he was unsatisfied with their service and demanded his money back to which they did not address.  They have the payment confirmation of what he paid but have they provided proof of what service they provided?  They installed MALWARE to which my father could not access his computer. I had to reformat the drive in order to get them to stop changing his password.  They would call him and demand more money so that they could help him get to his computer.  I am sure if I contacted AOL they could provide a transcript of who changed the password from what IP address.  Again if you would give me more time I will contact AOL and as like in my prior point provide that information to you, AARP and to any organization that protects citizens from scams like this company.Lastly, we are NOT the only people who have been victims of this company.  Proof is on the internet. Simply [redacted] their name and contact and you will see hundreds of other victims and their stories.  They should have their business licenses revoked.  But as of today all I want is my fathers money back as he requested.  We don't want their continued "protection" scam  through March 2017, we cut them off when we reformatted his computer.

Horrific scammers

Review: I purched for $149.99 with RW Global service to make sure my computer would not get hacked into and to fix any problems that might occur with my computer. I had a problem with my keyboard called them on 11/**/15 to fix they reassured the problem would be fixed and I let them get into my computer to fix.. They got back to me a day later asked how my computer was working. They actually made the problem worse. My computer is going crazy now.I called them back told them I Do Not Authorize them to touch my computer and I want A Full refund for $149.00 they told me that a Supvisor would be calling me back within 2 hrs. low and behold....... No return call I then called them today 11/**/15 they reassured me agin the supervisor would call back within 2 hour's regarding my refund no calls Nothing.. I want my refund returned to me as soon as possible...Desired Settlement: A full Refund

RW Global stated they credited my account for $149.99 as of TODAY 11/**/15 They have NOT!! I just got off the phone with my backhand asked if there was a credit for $149.99 it is Not there!

You should call the police. They tried with my mom as well. She did not pay anything. I called the police and they can't do anything because I did not pay for it. They said that had I been scammed, I could report them. PLEASE do this. They have a B+ with Revdex.com in New York. I will be calling Revdex.com next week. I contacted Google maps as well to tell them that they are running this fraud business out of a home. They are also using... "brothers tech".....and saying that they are one in the same of brothers printer Co.
