I had a couple bad experiences with this company, so I feel it worthwhile to warn others. The company is grossly unresponsive and when confronted with this, they become hostile and unapologetic. Their communication is only to send out invoices. The last situation resulted in a house being without a furnace for several weeks in the winter. And I had to eventually pay another contractor to fix and finish the job. So my jobs with Ryan Heating have taken longer and cost more than anyone else.
