to nonpayment. When the policy cancelled there was still a balance due for insurance provided from the date of last payment through the cancellation date. Notwithstanding the above, we have closed this account with our office and forwarded a copy of the complaint to our client to review. As a courtesy, we have instructed the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) to delete the account. Please note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA will act upon our request and recommend giving him at least thirty (30) days to update their records. We trust this resolves your concerns.

then. We have no reason to believe she did not receive our letters because the letters were not returned by the post office as undeliverable. Furthermore, please be assured that we have not placed multiple telephone calls to her place of employment. Please be advised that we called Ms. [redacted] only one time since receiving her account in December 2017. Please be advised that the account in question revolves around an insurance policy that cancelled on 10/04/17 due to nonpayment of the first payment. When the policy cancelled there was still a balance due for insurance provided from the date of last payment through the cancellation date. Notwithstanding, we have agreed with Ms. [redacted]’s request to stop contacting her and have closed this account with our office. We are also forwarding a copy of the complaint to our creditor-client to review. Please be assured that we did not send this account to any Credit Reporting Agency (CRA).   We trust this resolves your concerns.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I would like a letter notifying me that this account has been closed and stated you would remove this from my account. Also I have yet to receive a phone call or a letter regarding this debt. If you simply called before you put it on my credit and proved it was my debt, we could have worked out a deal.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond. Contrary to [redacted] concerns, we did not contact her 17 time a day between 7:00am and 9:30pm. Furthermore, we did not leave any voice messages- threatening or otherwise. Furthermore, our telephone agents were polite and professional. Notwithstanding, we have closed this account with our office and the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) was instructed to delete the account. Please note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA acts upon our request and recommend giving them at least thirty (30) days to update their records. We trust this resolves your concerns.

responsible for the balance. However, if Ms. [redacted] is disputing the charges, our client can determine if an adjustment is due if she could provide proof she lived at a different address during the time frame of 5/29/2012 to 4/30/2013. An acceptable form of proof would be a utility bill from that time period.   Notwithstanding the above, we have closed this account with our office and we are instructing the CRA to delete the account. Please note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA acts upon our request and we recommend giving at least thirty (30) days to update their records.    We trust this resolves your concerns.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
The letter sent to my home from this so-called collection company was address to Mr. [redacted], not Mrs. [redacted]. It also made no mention of whom they were representing or what the debt was in lue of, which I'm sure is illegal and violates a few consumer rights acts. So it seems incredibly unlikely that I nor anyone in my family was involved in this event which makes sending a bogus demand letter to my home a direct violation of the FDCPA collection acts and practices. I do not accept this response because the company is trying to deny ties to another division within its company hence trying to duck responsibility for sending out a bogus claim letter violating my rights as a consumer. So an apology letter to Mr. [redacted] is still in order!
Regards,
[redacted]

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond. As a preliminary matter, please be advised that this account was previously closed with our office in April 2018. We had received Mr. [redacted]’s dispute and when we did not...

receive a response from our creditor-client within the applicable time period, we had closed the account with our office and advised Mr. [redacted] of the same. We also advised that the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA) were instructed to delete the account. Notwithstanding the above, Mr. [redacted] indicates he was the victim of identity theft. Accordingly, if he could please provide a police report and completed identity theft affidavit we would be happy to provide the documentation to our creditor-client to review. We trust this resolves your concerns.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond.   Contrary to Mr. [redacted]’s concerns, please be assured that validation for both accounts was provided to him on 9/21/16 after we received his request for validation.  We have no reason to believe he did not receive the letters because the letters were never returned by the post office as undeliverable Notwithstanding the above, we have closed these accounts with our office and forwarded a copy of the complaint to our client to review. Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond.   Please be advised that we previously conducted a reasonable investigation that determined that the information reported to the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) was accurate....

That being said, on 6/10/16, we instructed the CRA to delete the account as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted].   We trust this resolves your concerns.

We would like to thank [redacted] for providing us with additional documents. We will forward the documentation to our client to determine if an adjustment is due. Notwithstanding, the account is closed with our office, as indicated in our previous response. We trust this resolves your concerns.

Our office is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We greatly appreciate this opportunity to respond.   Please be advised that prior to receiving Mr. [redacted]’s complaint, our creditor-client instructed us to close the account in question. The account was closed with our office...

at that time and Mr. [redacted] has heard nothing further from us since that time. Notwithstanding, please be assured that our creditor-client placed the account with our office for collections. We have forwarded a copy of the complaint to them to review.   We trust this resolves your concerns.

We regret that our previous response was not satisfactory to Mr. [redacted].   We would like to thank Mr. [redacted] for providing us with additional documentation. After reviewing the documentation, it appears Mr. [redacted] is confusing two accounts with our office. The initial $20.00 payment made by his bank was in regard to a [redacted] account. That payment was received and posted to that account. The other $20.00 payment that he sent us directly was for the [redacted] account with our office.   Contrary to Mr. [redacted]’s assertion, [redacted] did not sell the account to our office. [redacted] placed the account with our office for collections and we have closed and returned the account to them.   We trust this resolves your concerns.
