I have contacted the costumer to solve this matter, we scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, she will receive a full refundWe apologized for her bad experienceShe is now happy and satisfied

I went to the Adore store on April and met with a young lady there to try to return my products and obtain a refund The woman, who was very nice, responded, “Absolutely not; don’t you understand this is a medical product We have never given a refund Can we make you happy with a different type of our product? Can I help you in any other way.”I said if they could not give me a refund, there was nothing more they could do for me, and I left the store

Our team tried to reach out to the customer several times since she went to the mall office instead of just come in and talk to one of our associatesWe left voice mails asking her to come back and get a full refundThe offer still standsHowever, we cant help if the customer dont answer our calls nor giving us a chance to make things right

I want to help this person I was there in the time of sale She was told before she purchased anything there was no refund, exchanges only Her daughter didn't like the items when she brought them home We scheduled an appointment and he daughter said she refuses to meet us and is going to dispute this charge They don't want to hear what I have to say, but I am trying to help her

We reached out to customer and found out she never made an attempt to return products, we offer a full refund within days, so she is more than welcome to returnobligations

Customer service will contact customer after the holidays and solve this matter.

Our team sat down with customer yesterday, and resolved the matter.

I tried to call her to resolve the issue, and I left her a voicemail. She has not called me back. Our receipt says no refunds, and she never came back to the store to return or exchange. She needs to contact us so we can resolve this issue. ...
