I want to help this person.  I was there in the time of sale.  She was told before she purchased anything there was no refund, exchanges only.  Her daughter didn't like the items when she brought them home.  We scheduled an appointment and he daughter said she refuses to meet us...

I have no missed calls, voicemails or emails from either the store or customer service. My last phone conversation with [redacted] was on December 28. She promised to contact the store manager about issuing my refund. She said she would contact me on the 29th so that I could arrange to go to the store on the 30th to get my refund. I received no call.
