This is the exact email I sent to her company on January 26, 2022 after placing a $119.00 order for Ms. Parr’s Detox Tea on December 31, 2021

Yes, who would I need to speak with about a product I purchased from you on 12/30/21. I have not received anything from your company. Please respond to this message to discuss. Have a great day.

Hi! I just got your message on my page and I am also just now seeing your previous dm.

I reply with:

Thank you for responding. I placed an order on 12/30/21 for two orders of your detox tea totaling $119.96. I've tracked the package also placed a call to USPS, and I'm told there is not a package for the tracking number. Please advise what I need to do from here. Thank you.

She responds about an hour later on 1/26/22 with

Let me check on your order and get back to you to tomorrow If that’s ok?

I sent another email with the same info a few days later. It is going on two months, and I haven't received any product or my money. She’s shady and will take your money. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING AND BUSINESS PRACTICES

I purchased tea from this individual tried to contact her on social media with no luck so I commented on one of her posts about my order she finally messaged me asking what was my order number I sent to her didn’t her back from her that evening so I messaged her again the next day and she didn’t respond I received an email the next several days saying the order was shipped I went to usps to track the package and the shipping says that the shipment was preconfirmed whatever that meant and still no updated information yet so please do yourself a favor and do not buy from her

I had already ordered a detox tea last April 18th,2020 and paid $26.12 but never received it then. Also I had emailed her twice and never respond me back.

I ordered a detox tea from this company on april 30th 2020 till today time I have not received my product. I have emailed the company asking for a refund no one responds to it. I have sent message on social media still no response. I was ask for the order number give it and still nothing after that. I have told them I will report them to the Revdex.com in my last email and still no response from the company. I want a refund from this company.

I placed an order for a *** on May 1 2020. 17 days later I received pre shipment. Now over a month later my purchase, at which the total amount was deducted from my account on May 1 has not been received by the USPS. I have emailed multiple times with no response.

I ordered a sports bra from this business's website in September of 2019. I emailed about a week later to let them know I still hadn't received my order. I received a reply back the next day apologizing for the delay and that the sports bras were on back order. So I wait until November to reach out again and then received an automated response apologizing again for the delay and to allow 10-25 business days from when I placed my order and to reply to the email if it had been 25 days and they would immediately resend the issue. I replied right away and received the same automated response about the 10-25 business days. I waited and waited until February I reached out again and received the same email. Waited and waited and reached out again March 1st and received no response whatsoever and it is now June. I understand that Covid has heavily affected shipping, but again I ordered almost 8 months ago and have even started reaching out to the owner on her Instagram platform and I get no response or acknowledgement of my unsolved and very frustrating issue. I just want my money back. She posts on her social media multiple times a day and seems to have plenty of time on her hands and I don't know why she even still has a business.

On May 2,2020 I order detox tea from Get Up To Parr now known as ***. I paid $89.83. On May 17,2020 I got notice that my order was shipped but when I pulled up the tracking number it has the a label was created and USPS awaits item. I emailed Sabrina on May 29,2020asking about my order. No reply. She Then put a post on *** stating they were having shipping issued. On June 6, 2020 I emailed Sabrina again requesting a refund because on the tracking it still has USPS awaits item. Still no reply. On May 15,2020 I went on *** and sent a message requesting a refund and advising I do not want the tea, I want my money. Still no reply. Finally I went on *** again and sent another message, yet again no reply. She is a fraud and she is playing with people money.

I ordered the product on website (2 week tea), but never received such product. I've emailed the business twice and I have attached invoices showing my account was charged. I have not heard back nor have I been given a refund.

Ordered a product from *** / $100 April 30th 2020 never received the product she states is due to covid-19 the product has not left Atlanta Georgia I have had several women contact me asking me if I have received my product because they have not received theirs since February and March she is scamming women out of money

I placed an order on May 2, 2020 for a 21 day supply of tea bags. My order was processed and I was charged on May 5, 2020 for $31.32. Approximately 14 days later, I still hadn't received my order. On May 23rd I reached out to the vendor to inquire about my order. I received a response on May 24th that my order had been shipped and is delayed because of USPS. I asked for my tracking number and was told they would get back to me. On May 26th, I request a tracking number and didn't get a response. On May 27th I again requested a tracking number and was told they would get back to me. There was a post on Instagram about a delay with shipping for up to 18 days but at this point my order is well passed the 18 day window. I sent a message on May 31st again requesting a tracking number and was told that they would see if they could get a tracking number. It is now June 3rd, I have not yet gotten a tracking number, I have requested a refund and have not gotten a response.

I placed an order with *** and the business failed to deliver product and refused to refund money.

I purchased a product from this company on April 21, 2020. The website says shipping will take 3 days. I sent an email and they responded with a shipping email on 4/30.The tracking information still shows that shipping label has been created. I sent two more email inquires on 5/11 and 5/24. I have yet to receive a response from them.

I made an order on 8/18/2019. I’ve sent several emails and messages via Instagram and no response.. not a sorry for the delay. Nothing. At this point I want my money back

I ordered a 7 day supply of the detox tea on 11/29/2019 and revived confirmation that my order#1650 has been processed and will be shipped out in 10-25 days. It has been over that time frame and I have emailed customer service three times requesting a refund due to no response back to my emails and not receiving the product I paid for. It is now February 2020 and I would just like my money back due poor customer service and not receiving my purchase at all. This is highly unacceptable from any company.

January 6, 2019 I ordered tea. $94.06 to be exact. I haven’t received any feed back for my order.

I never received my order. I placed the Order on Jan 11,2020. I received email stating that orders are delayed because shipping and it should take 10-20 days. I believed is business is out of business and this business is taking people money. This business should not be able to keep doing this and the website should be taking down!!

I ordered the tea on 12/04/2019. The fine print stated the shipment could take between 5 to 25 days. I have sent six messages (***), and Instagram accounts '***' and '***') inquiring when the product will be delivered and if they are unable to deliver to refund $42.84 back to me - no response.

I purchased the product over a month ago no one has responded with a tracking. Or if I will receive my product. I have reach out to the owner on her business page on instagram still no help. I have emailed and yet no response, at this point I would like a refund.

I ordered a product from this business 3-4 months ago and still has not received it. I called and left a message on more than one occasion and still have not received any type of response. The page did not advertise a delay when I placed my order. Even if it had, 3/4 months is rather ridiculous. I just want a refund at this point.

I placed an order for 2 orders of detox tea in August 2019 and the website continued to say, "Waiting to process." I contact customer service after not receiving my product as promised in September, then I contacted *** through what I thought was her personal email. She responded to ask for verification and I sent it, but I did not receive any additional responses. I tried requesting a fraud investigation through my bank, but was informed that due to me authorizing the payment my request could not granted. I have since sent this company another email last week to inform her that this would be my last email giving her a chance to make this right, but no response. At this point, I want my money back because I don't believe the product will stand up to its name or deliver. She cant be trust!
