Sabrina's Detox Tea

I placed an order with business over 3 months ago and never received the product. I have checked the order status MULTIPLE times for it to still says “awaiting processing “. I emailed the address that was listed on website the 1st time and was not answer; called the number listed on website; did not work. I went to the owners page on *** (where I found the product and saw the results) to see if other have had the same issues. After reading comments left by other customers with the same issues this showed my red flags. However, I decided to give it more time. The owner *** left a message on her page with a new email (***) with a few email exchanges of when I would be expecting the product I was still being told it’s still being processed. At this point patiently waiting 3 months with now real update I have reach a point where I’m fed up and if the product is not going to be sent I’d rather a refund. But to my surprise other customers who have not received their product have asked for a refund and never received it.

I ordered detox tea from par online and I haven’t received any merchandise in three months she doesn’t return any calls nor emails she took my money and my friends money bad for Business

I ordered detox tea from this business on 8/2/19. 3 weeks later still no tea. After complaining from different customers, she finally stated she was out and waiting on a shipment. She asked if I wanted a refund. I told her yes. Well, 2 months later and still no refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they temporarily waived the charge but has been unsuccessful in trying to reach the business. If no response, they will put the charge back on my card. I have left voice messages, emails, etc. Regarding my refund or my tea. She will not respond.

I have contacted *** several times about my tea order and never received a response from her or my money back, please help me!! She's unprofessional an if I had to grade her, she would get an F.

I placed an order for 7 tea bags on Aug 16,2016. It is Sept 17 and I still haven't received the tea bags. I've checked the status and it still shows " awaiting processing". I've called the number multiple times on. Different occasions and even left messages and emails but have not heard back from anyone. I'd like a refund if she isn't going to send the products or respond concerning shipping them out.

Order a detox tea on August 9 and to this day I have not received the product. Since an email on August 25 asking for a refund and have yet to get a replied back.

Worst business ever. will take your money .and never send you tracking information .never processand or never send you confirmation...im asking my bank to dispute the matter and issue me a refund and she never picks up her phone or answer emails but is on Instagram posting videos and chasing behind ***.

I paid for a detox tea that is being sold on the fitness website ***; the purchase was made on August 5th and I have not received my merchandise nor have I recieved a reply to the multiple enquiries I made to find out what the status of the order is. I have called several times and have bern unsuccessful reaching anyone by phone. At this point I just want my money back, the services this website claims to have are bogus.

I ordered a detox tea product from Get Up to Parr on 8/3/19. The money was debited from my bank account the same day. The website states it will take 10 business days to receive my order. I checked the status of my order on 8/9/19 and it says “awaiting processing.” I emailed them the same day to cancel my order and requested a refund. I never received a correspondence or product. I called the number on the company website and it is not a working number. I emailed the company again on 8/15/19 and I am still waiting on a response.

I ordered a product from *** website, Get Up To Parr, but never received my product. However she did take my money from my account on 8/5/19. I have attempted to reach her several times - 5+, to see the status to no avail. She doesn’t respond to emails and her phone number is no longer working.

ORDER #*** WAS FOR A 5 WEEK SUPPLY OF DETOX TEA AND I ONLY RECEIVED 19 TEA BAGS. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES, EMAILED MANY TIMES, SENT MANY DIRECT MESSAGES ON *** TO *** AT GETUPTOPARR.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM ***.

I placed an order online July 13, 2018, for a 10 day meal prep for $364.72. No one ever reached out to me regarding my online order. So I ended up texting *** on her cellphone to find out what was going on with my order. Over the next few weeks I continued to reach out to *** and she said that she could have my meals to me on Friday, August 17, 2018, so I said okay that day will work for me. The morning of Friday, August 17, 2018, I got a text message saying that she read her itinerary wrong and she had to fly her son out earlier than what she anticipated and that she would do my meals fresh and compensate me when she got back into town. I reached out to *** again on August 28, 2018, and I didn't hear anything back from her. I reached out to *** again on September 9, 2018, and I never got a response. So on September 10, 2018, I went onto Instagram and sent her a message and I didn't hear anything back so I noticed that her website was down so I send *** another message on September 11, 2018, to inquire about her website being down just to see if she would respond and she did within minutes. So I reached out to her again about my meals and no response. Again, messages go back and forth and *** tells me she's still able to prepare my meals and she never did so finally on September 24, 2018, I send *** another message about my refund and she said that she would refund me my $364.72. So weeks go by and still not refund so I reach out to *** for weeks/months and no response from her until I inquired about her detox tea on November 3, 2018,(just to see if she would respond to my message) she did stating she wasn't ignoring me and there were other people that monitor her IG account. I asked her about how much a months supply of the detox would cost and she was like I owe you money how much do you want so I said a month's supply but she only sent 14 per made bottles and still no refund.
