We have received and reviewed the consumer response to our initial response in complaint #***In her response, the complainant states she rejects our responseWhile the complainant may be unhappy with the factual circumstances of her situation, our response remains unchanged
Sacor Financial holds a judgment against the complainant originally awarded in Sacor financial has made attempts to enforce that judgment through methods afforded to it under the laws of the State of Michigan, where the judgement was issued and the complainant residesThose enforcement actions have been filed by Sacor Financial’s legal counsel in Michigan and the efforts have been executed by an authorized officer appointed by the court
The complainant may be unhappy with the fact that a judgment was issued and is being enforced but that dissatisfaction in no way makes the enforcement actions improperThe complainant again implies that Sacor Financial has an employee named *** *** ***Sacor Financial does not, nor has it ever, had an employee by that nameIt is possible that the officer appointed by the Michigan court has that name but Sacor Financial does not appoint nor deal directly with the officers involved in the judgment enforcementAs stated above and in our prior responseAll judgment enforcement actions are filed by Sacor Financial’s legal counsel in Michigan and then executed by an officer appointed by the court The rest of the complainant’s response contains statements that might be interpreted as questions but they are difficult to understand and are likely fully addressed by restating the facts that Sacor Financial holds a valid judgment against the complainant and has only used legal means to enforce the judgmentWe remain open to discussing a reasonable repayment program with the complainant and have made several efforts to discuss that with her
Please feel free to contact Sacor Financial should you have further questions

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke to them finally in February, however they are still researching my account because they could not give me the information that I requestedThey told me that all of my payments have been going to interest only and not principle yet my account balance that they are collecting has almost doubled since they took the account on which makes no sense if my payments have been paying the interestI questioned this and was told that they need to research it and I would receive a call back in two weeks after the manager had been brought into thisI have not heard back from them still to this day I also asked for a print out of my account to see what payments have been made and how it has been applied to my balances and I was told they don't provide that to customers

I am rejecting this response because:
They are saying I am lyingThe calls they made hours a day every minutes were robo callsA machine made those callsThe original debt was $12,and that has been paid plus $8,dollars because they have a judgement they can continue to collect the payments and threaten to garnish my wages if I do not make the payments on timeThey keep adding interest on the original amount by 24%If my payments are late he is calling me saying "Do I need to take you back to court"That is why I contacted an attorney. They need to be reasonableWhen my daughter died he was still calling meThey have gotten $20,from me on an original debt of $12,Greedy people...Why can you not settle? I agreed to make payments until it was paid and then they kept adding interestIt will never be paidThe original amount has been paid

We have received and reviewed Revdex.com consumer complaint # The complaint contains several inaccurate statementsMs*** starts the complaint with the statement "I have paid what was owed to Sacor Financial." Later in the complaint Ms*** states "They need to respond to my Attorney so
we can settle this." Sacor Financial, Inc is the owner of a civil judgement against Ms***, the balance of which has not yet been paidMs*** seems to acknowledge the fact a balance remains by requesting a response to her settlement offer: Ms*** also states Sacor was calling her "every minutes hours a day." Sacor has a policy which does not allow for more than one call per day and only allows calls within the hours of 9am to 6pm Pacific timeSacor does not have staff working outside of those hoursIt would not be possible for Sacor Financial to have made calls at the frequency and hours claimed by Ms***Ms*** also states that the calls were "threatening all of the time" and that "when I made the payment that was hours late they were threatening." Sacor Financial has a strict standard regarding conduct with consumers on the phone and threats of any kind are forbiddenA review of our internal notes not support the claim that the calls were threatening in any wayA review of the account record shows that Ms*** retained legal counsel in October No representative for Sacor Financial has attempted to call Ms*** since that timeDue to the fact that Ms*** is represented by legal counsel, we are not able to contact her directly under federal and state debt collection callsWe will reach out to Ms***'s attorney to discuss the balance reduction offer she has made but Sacor Financial is the holder of a valid judgement against Ms*** and is in no way obligated to provide a balance reductionPlease feel free to contact Sacor Financial, Incshould your office have further questions

I am rejecting this response because:
If Sacor Financial does not have an employee call officer john *** *** then why is he calling me attempting to collect payments on behalf of Sacor financial and why he's the only one always coming after our carsHe's not the only one working for the court house, if our cars are been seized by the court on behalf of Sacor financial why by him only, how's that possible any ways????
Did Sacor financial serve *** *** any court documents showing that they are suing, also a judgment that was entered in is still valid for good years after all why would Sacor financial put only *** *** name acting like that's the only name on the credit card loanSecondly why would Sacor financial be lying acting like they summoned me in court that I refused to show upThirdly, did Revdex.com read the judgement documents I attached to my complaint the address on the judgment is it the same address to where I lived that my car taken from. Why didn't Sacor did the same thing finding my new address to served me with the court summon documentsLast but not least the time frame this officer called john *** *** contacted me about the loan payment I told him *** *** *** that I am not working, I cannot come up with any kind of payment, before I know it he text me on my phone that they had seized my car, I have to pay $for hin to release my car, the question is how can I come up with $Also I checked our credit report we only owed $together towards that particular credit card debt

I am rejecting this response because:no such thing as allowed by fcra.please provide your explanation in your reply here or else remove and correct my credit report. thank you!

We understand the complaint in question involves a matter that has already been litigated in courtWe understand that the Revdex.com's publications provide that the Revdex.com does not handle matters that have already been litigated
While we must refrain from disclosing specific information, please be assured that any legal action that Sacor has taken to enforce a lawfully entered judgment was only after careful review by counsel for Sacor and in accordance with the applicable provisions of State and Federal law
California Stat Law provides for a number of enforcement actions that a judgment creditor may pursue when the non-prevailing party does not comply with the terms of the judgment entered by the CourtFor example, a judgment creditor may typically seek a court order for the garnishment of wages or the seizure of funds held in a bank account held by the judgment debtorThese are examples of some of the legal tools available under the law in California which may be utilized by a judgment creditor only after requesting and obtaining a Court order fro the same.
Sacor Financial always prefers to pursue a mutually agreeable solution whenever feasibleWe welcome and generally prefer to receive voluntary payment directly and without the additional delay and expense of taking further legal action to enforce an already issued legal order to payUnfortunately, it is not always possible for both parties to reach an agreement and we must rely on the law to provide an objective mechanism for addressing an resolving such conflicts in a consistent and orderly manner

We now understand the consumer involved has concerns regarding the speed at which we responded to her inquiry regarding the payments remitted to our company.

We understood the consumer's concerns were addressed during telephone conversations with our staff in February of this year and the consumer did not require additional information or further response.

a return call from a supervisor.
We understand that the complainant initially believed she did not receive credit for a $200 payment made 11/28/11, as the payment was not noted on the written payment history we provided to her on 9/24/14, and was unhappy that the representative did not correct the perceived error or agree to correct the perceived error but instead attempted to explain the payment on 11/28/11, was returned unpaid from the complainant's bank and, thus, credit could not be given for a dishonored check returned unpaid.
Our goal is to return requested telephone messages promptly. In this case, the complainant requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor received the request on a Thursday and did return the call and responded in writing the following Monday.
We supplied the complaint with a copy of the dishonored payment from 11/28/11. Although a dishonored payment would typically be a breach of any agreement to discount the balance owing, we waived return payment fees charged to us by our bank and allowed complainant to continue on with her discounted installment agreement despite the breached agreement.
Complainant indicated verbally she accepted the reasoning (check returned unpaid from her bank) behind the representative's inability to provide her with immediate credit for the dishonored 11/28/11 payment of $200. Complainant indicated she accepted the balance provided to her in writing 9/24/14 did not contain errors and that she had received credit for all payments made. We apologize for the delay in returning the telephone call she requested.

I am rejecting this response because: I want to know what kind of enforcement did sacor financial did also to issue paper works concerning about the loan, the amount of money sacor financial sold [redacted]  Toyota 4runner what percentage of the loan it does cover; plus according to [redacted] who said my Honda Odyssey is been sold, I wanted Sacor financial to prove all those paper works.  Prove, prove all those paper works let's see.

Review: In my recent bankruptcy, I was to surrender a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire to Wells Fargo. When I go to the bank to surrender the car, I discover that they sold the loan to Sacor Financial. So I first contacted Sacor Financial 11/7/13, the day I found out. They are located in CA, so I contact them about getting the car picked up, as was paying $30/mo. for extra garage spot for the car. My contact person, [redacted], had me email pictures and indicated they would send someone to pick up the car. After 1 1/2 months of no progress, I told him that the car had to be moved out of the garage within 1 week for new tenant. Once again, he was unwilling to help or respond to repeated calls/voicemails/emails. I haven't heard from him in over a month, and the unregistered, uninsured vehicle is now parked on the street. If not picked up by Sacor, it will soon get another abandonment notice & be towed off the street by the city. I do not want to be held responsible when this happens...Desired Settlement: I would like Sacor Financial to stop giving me the run around & come pick up their car. If that is not possible, I would like the title to take it to the junkyard myself.
