Review: Sacor Financial came to our house in 2010 broke our garage door forcefully getting our cars out which they never care, on top of that my husband paid them $5,000 towards the loan to get the cars out. 2nd was in April, 2014 took his car lucky mine wasn't there, he could not get it out that time because he was out of job. And now 10/09/15 at 8:30pm third time they came for only car I am using to take my kids back and forth to school and going round looking for jobs which I already have, was going to start in 10/13/15. I have to drop off that offer because of no car it is a Home health aid job off course I need a care, I can't be drop off and pick up. Now I am stranded, finding it very very hard with my kids schooling, how to work and pay for my monthly rent. I even applied for rental assistance thru the State, I was denied because I have to have an income. Now I did my Credit Report, it states that (we) me and my husband [redacted]) who actually took the MBNA Credit Card Loan thru Comerica Bank without my knowledge that we owed only $2,764 on the loan. Sacor Financial inc represntative called Officer [redacted] who took my car email me a judegement at the amount of $16,560 against me that I was served but I did not show up in court only my name with the address I no longer lived for almost 2 years. What I read about them is, they are a RipOff and fraud company which was one time closed by the state and they reopened by this name called Sacor Financial Inc.Desired Settlement: I want Officer [redacted] aka Sacor Financial Inc to give me my property back and pay for the emotional distress they cost me and to also pay for my job lost because of their fault and for my apartment, it's because of them I cannot pay for it, also to leave me alone I already have enough stress life with my husband which leads to our separation.

We have received and reviewed Revdex.com consumer complaint # [redacted]. The complaint starts with the claim that our company “came to our house in 2010 broke our garage door forcefully getting our cars out.” The consumer lives in Michigan and we have no employees or offices in Michigan. The complaint states a similar incident occurred in 2014 and a third time last month with “Sacor Financial inc representative called Officer [redacted].” Sacor Financial, Inc has no employee by that name. Sacor Financial, Inc. does hold a judgement against the complainant originally awarded in 2007 to Sacor Financial, Inc’s predecessor in interest Columbia Credit Services, Inc. Sacor Financial has elected to enforce that judgement by means of a seizure of property. The request and order to seize property was properly filed by Sacor Financial, Inc’s legal counsel in Michigan, was filed in the State Court of Michigan in the 3rd Judicial District, and was executed by an authorized Officer of the Court. Sacor Financial, Inc has full legal authority to enforce the judgment it holds against the complainant and has done so only through means afforded to it under the laws of the State of Michigan. We have attempted to reach a repayment agreement with the complainant in the past but have been unable to do so. We are certainly open to discussing a reasonable repayment program with the complainant and will contact her to discuss. Please feel free to contact Sacor Financial, Inc. should your office have further questions.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: If Sacor Financial does not have an employee call officer john [redacted] then why is he calling me attempting to collect payments on behalf of Sacor financial and why he's the only one always coming after our cars. He's not the only one working for the court house, if our cars are been seized by the court on behalf of Sacor financial why by him only, how's that possible any ways????Did Sacor financial serve [redacted] any court documents showing that they are suing, also a judgment that was entered in 2007 is still valid for 8 good years after all why would Sacor financial put only [redacted] name acting like that's the only name on the credit card loan.Secondly why would Sacor financial be lying acting like they summoned me in court that I refused to show up.Thirdly, did Revdex.com read the judgement documents I attached to my complaint the address on the judgment is it the same address to where I lived that my car taken from. Why didn't Sacor did the same thing finding my new address to served me with the court summon documents.Last but not least the time frame this officer called john [redacted] contacted me about the loan payment I told him [redacted] that I am not working, I cannot come up with any kind of payment, before I know it he text me on my phone that they had seized my car, I have to pay $2000 for hin to release my car, the question is how can I come up with $2000.Also I checked our credit report we only owed $2300 together towards that particular credit card debt.

Response:

We have received and reviewed the consumer response to our initial response in complaint #[redacted]. In her response, the complainant states she rejects our response. While the complainant may be unhappy with the factual circumstances of her situation, our response remains unchanged. Sacor Financial holds a judgment against the complainant originally awarded in 2007. Sacor financial has made attempts to enforce that judgment through methods afforded to it under the laws of the State of Michigan, where the judgement was issued and the complainant resides. Those enforcement actions have been filed by Sacor Financial’s legal counsel in Michigan and the efforts have been executed by an authorized officer appointed by the court. The complainant may be unhappy with the fact that a judgment was issued and is being enforced but that dissatisfaction in no way makes the enforcement actions improper. The complainant again implies that Sacor Financial has an employee named [redacted]. Sacor Financial does not, nor has it ever, had an employee by that name. It is possible that the officer appointed by the Michigan court has that name but Sacor Financial does not appoint nor deal directly with the officers involved in the judgment enforcement. As stated above and in our prior response. All judgment enforcement actions are filed by Sacor Financial’s legal counsel in Michigan and then executed by an officer appointed by the court. The rest of the complainant’s response contains statements that might be interpreted as questions but they are difficult to understand and are likely fully addressed by restating the facts that Sacor Financial holds a valid judgment against the complainant and has only used legal means to enforce the judgment. We remain open to discussing a reasonable repayment program with the complainant and have made several efforts to discuss that with her. Please feel free to contact Sacor Financial should you have further questions.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: I want to know what kind of enforcement did sacor financial did also to issue paper works concerning about the loan, the amount of money sacor financial sold [redacted] Toyota 4runner what percentage of the loan it does cover; plus according to [redacted] who said my Honda Odyssey is been sold, I wanted Sacor financial to prove all those paper works. Prove, prove all those paper works let's see.

Review: In March, 2013, I started making payments to Sacor Financial in the amount of $400/month. They continued to charge interest at 26%, meaning roughly $13.00/month was being taken off of the balance. I decided to quit paying the monthly payment, and ask for verification. They have never given me verification of the debt, and they REFUSE to return the monthly payments that they withdrew from my bank account without written authorization. I have paid them $3,200.00 over the course of 8 months without any proof that this was even my debt. To date, they still have not proven this was my debt. After sending a formal written request for the money they took without authorization, they have refused to respond.Desired Settlement: I want the money they wrongfully took from my account to be refunded to me. They did not have written authorization to remove money from my checking account. If they have all the necessary paperwork to prove this is my debt, I will gladly make payment arrangements.

Review: I feel that this company is running a shady business. I have requested an account print out several times showing what the amount is that is being collected on and how much has been paid to date. When I request this information I am told that my file will need to be reviewed in order for me to have that information and that they will get back to me in 7-10 business days. I have been trying to get this information for over a year now and still have not received it. As of today they are still withdrawing money out of my account. If they are a collection company I don't understand why I can't have access to my information.Desired Settlement: I have seen several complaints on the internet associated to bad business practices with this company. I would like someone to hold them accountable for there bad business practices. For me personally I want access to my information and I find out what my current balance is. I find it strange that it is such a big task for them to figure it out.

We have received and reviewed Revdex.com consumer complaint case #[redacted]. Thank you for your time in addressing this matter. We do appreciate the economic difficulties faced by many consumers presently and it is our goal to reach a mutually agreeable resolution whenever feasible.

Review: Sacor is trying to collect past debt that I have no idea what the debt is. From what they are saying it's over 15 years ago and originally from NCA collection. Sacor has somehow got court orders to contact my bank accounts and mortgage company and to get our bank routing numbers and all other bank info about us. This doesn't seem like a legal way to collect past debt. After researching Sacor they have done this to others and taken money out of others bank accounts without authorization.Desired Settlement: I am afraid to put any money in our bank account. They have caused a great deal of stress in my family and beliefs in our state's collection polices. I would like them penalized and fines placed on them. And compensate me for my time lost and the stress and worry placed in our family. I feel they should be put in prison for this type of business practices. I will be fighting them until all of this is given to them. I want them out of business.
