We purchased three new vehicles from them within weeks of September 20, One of their Dodge Journey SUV they sold to us has a recall issue at the time of saleAt the time of signing the contract, dealership informed us the vehicle recall was full doneWithin days, we found out online the recall has not been completedI phone up the dealership and service department getting nothing done besides giving us the run aroundLastly, we scheduled an appointment twice with the dealership service departmentAs we arrived, my name wasn't input in the system, they said, I don't have any appointments with themMy time was greatly wasted driving back to their dealership twice because non of their staff there knows what their doing and giving customers informations

We contacted the gentleman this morning to look into this concernHe did not purchase his vehicle or service contract from us so we did not have any information on fileHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND SERVICE CONTRACT FROM [redacted] ***HE IS GOING TO CONTACT MY FINANCE MANAGER (*** ***) WITH HIS VIN NUMBER WITH HE HAS TIME AVAILABLEThank you [redacted] -General Manager [redacted]

We Sent Miss [redacted] to the banks we have available to try and obtain financing for her with her credit situation being what it is we have the consumers best interest at hand when we try and obtain financing for themWe explained to her we were unable to obtain financing on her own so then we tried again with her father as co signerIn all we sent Miss [redacted] to a total of banksWe are sorry we were unable to obtain financing but she signed a credit application online/electronically giving us permission to do what we deem necessary to try and obtain financing

The vehicle came in for engine noiseThe rocker assyswere bad so we replaced the cylinder heads under the service contractThe next day the check engine light came on, we diagnosed it at no charge and determined the EGR valve had failedIt is not covered under the warranty, so they were quoted for the repairThe customer called [redacted] who in turn called the adviser to get the diagnosis [redacted] confirmed that the repair is not covered and informed the customer that they would be responsible for the repairWe advised them that the cost of the repair would be approx$Customer claims we "damaged" the EGR which is not trueThe failure is in the EGR circuit is indicates an internal flow failure as confirmed by [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE PROOF THAT THE CONTRACT WAS CHANGED AFTER I SIGNED IT [redacted] IS ALSO IN AGREEMENT OF THIS.IS IT COMMON PRACTICE AND LEGAL TO MAKE CHANGES TO A CONTRACT AFTER THE CONSUMER HAS SIGNED IT?

I'm sorry to hear of this complaintI find it odd that *** and *** think this way because they recently purchased another vehicle from our store in November trading in the vehicle they purchased in 08/28/The store went through ownership/management change on 09/We are not
affiliated with *** *** *** that is who *** and *** purchased there vehicle from in 08/But again find it odd they felt like the dealership is dishonest but Purchased another vehicle from the same location. Sincerely *** ***

I was mistaken in the facts of who's who ..My mistake it was her husband not father co signingWe did only send you both to lenders according to our recordsLooking at your credit bureau inquires though we were not the only dealership you tried purchasing a car withThere are multiple other dealershipsAs far as your credit score dropping points due to Sacramento CDJR sending your application to lenders I'm sorry that is not possibleWe were within our legal rights to submit you and your husband though due to the fact of your electronic signatures stating we would try and obtain financing by any means necessary

Once I received a message from ***, the man I originally purchased my car from, he has been attentive and efficient in his resolution of the problem and excellent in communication with meThe ordeal in totality was inconvenient at best, but I feel they have resolved the issue in a manner acceptable

We tried to contact Mr.*** several times to discuss his issuesHe has now responded on 11/17/to come into the dealership to speak with *** *** on Monday or Tuesday(He is not sure what day works best for him) the 21st or 22nd of November We look forward to resolving this

THERE WAS AN ORIGINAL CONTRACT BUT IT WAS REWRITTEN TO QUALIFY TO *** BANKS APPROVAL IN WHICH YOU SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT AND RE WRITTEN CONTRACT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATING SOTHE BACK OF THE CONTRACT THE FINANCE MANAGER LINED OUT THE ORIGINAL BANK IT WAS GOING TO BE SENT TO FOR FUNDING AND ADDED IN *** BANK WHO IS FINANCING YOUR VEHICLEIT IS NOT NECESSARY TO GET A CONSUMERS INITIALS ON CHANGES MADE TO WHERE WE SEND A CONTRACT FOR FUNDINGYOU SIGNED ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT WE WERE TO SECURE YOUR FINANCING WITH ANY OF OUR MANY LENDERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE THANK YOU *** ***

To Whom in may Concern: Until this letter dated November 2, from your office we were unaware of any concerns that our customer had with the repairs of their vehicleAfter review on {*** *** vehicle history in our system we show that the vehicle has never returned to the
dealership.We will try to reach out to the customer and have them return to us and we will be more than happy to look at the vehicle and determine what the concern is the consumer is having at no charge to the customerIf you will pass along this information along to the customer as well and have them contact any of our consultants to make an appointment that would be great. because: The documents I submitted clearly shows a change on the last contract and a letter from *** bank informing me of the change Once I contacted ***, they informed me that the dealership made the changes and there contract does not match my contract
