Review: I have contacted SMUD several times regarding 8 smartmeters installed to the main wall. There is a constant buzzing sound at all times.

Hi! I live in an apartment complex at [redacted] rd, [redacted] ca XXXXX. Unfortunately, the master bedroom main wall has 8 smart meters installed and produces this very loud humming noise. It is so irritating that I cannot go to sleep at night without turning on a fan and humidifier to mask the humming sound. It drives me crazy that I can't enjoy sleeping in my own bedroom without being disturbed at night. I have also noticed that I get very bad migraine headaches since moving to this new complex. I believe it is due to the lack of sleep from not being able to sleep in a peaceful environment. I am familiar with acoustic values. The night time noise level is around 40db in my room at night around 1 am. The frequency is constant at 120 hz. Loud street noise once in awhile doesn't bother me but the constant humming and buzzing is disturbing. I would really appreciate if someone can look into this. Perhaps find a way to insulate the meters. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Need to have this issue resolved.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. In order to protect customer privacy we cannot discuss customer complaints with a third party. This issue has been resolved with the customer.

Review: There is a solar system panel on the roof of my mother's property. It was never approved by any company and she is being over charger for services. This matter has being going on science 2005 I would like this problem to be reversed and pay it forward to a senior citizen in full refund. If you have any questions contact me Mr.[redacted] regarding my mother affairs. at this Number [redacted] I have power of attorney over her. She has health issue and can't answer any questions. So I will speak on her behalf.I have not seen any one come out to check the meter, I have had my wife call several times regarding this matter and still the same thing. What can be done to fix this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like for my mother to be paid in full for all over chargers to her account by [redacted] as soon as possible. She is getting ripped off and taking advance of as a senior citizen. This is systematic abuse to the elderly by smud company this matter needs to be settled soon.

Review: I recently moved into my home about a month and a half ago and started new service they didn't credited my account to the credit department a guy by the name of [redacted] ask me to bring my lease in my ID down to the Smud office I did that and they still refuse to turn my service on they want me to pay the previous tenants $1,400 bill I have a 2 year old that was hospitalized when she was born for 3 months for her lungs being undeveloped and in case of an emergency she would need a breathing treatment [redacted] laughed at me then ask me if I filled out a medical form and said he still was not going to restore serviceDesired Settlement: I would like my service to be turned on I do not owe them any money I have the right as a new tenant and Customer to have a habitable living environment for my child and my family

I am rejecting this response because: My power has not been restored and I feel this just keeps going in a circle! I have givin them the necessary documintation and identification for service nor do I owe any money! I just want my power restored!

We need to ask some direct questions that are not explained in the documents.
