I have received my refund from safe auto glass, with in hours of my complaint being sent to the businessThank you!

The smaller amount was for the Groupon they bought That has nothing to do with me.My installer called the customer to say he was on his way and the customer told him not to come; they wanted to cancel My installer related this to me; the customer did not call me I then called the customer to find out if they wanted to cancel or reschedule, but I did not reach them I left a voicemail They never returned my call and I did not follow up When I never heard from the customer, I refunded his money less my $cancellation fee which is clearly printed on all of my email receipts and the customer surely received (whether they admit it or not) So, to me this matter is closed.Jon M***PresidentSafe Auto Glass

I do not recognize the phone number this customer says she called, nor do I have any idea about the order she claims to have placed I think she might have the wrong company as a lot of glass companies have the word "safe" in their nameThank you, J

Lifetime warranty is limited Arrangements were made to investigate the issue, but then customer filed this complaint That action voids all warranties

Called Safe Auto Glass after finding it on GrouponScheduled and paid for them to come out and replace my windshield on WednesdayThey told me they would request morning but couldn't guarantee they would be there in the morning but that they would call me mins before they would comeI live at least an hour away from anything so I was unable to leave my houseWhich is fine I stayed home to get it done todayI got a confirmation email saying they would be here WednesdayI didn't hear anything from them all day, I called about 2pm to check if they had a time frame for me and they said they would be there within a few hours5:45pm rolls around and I still haven't heard from themMy husband calls and they told him that they missed the delivery of our windshield at noonThey could be here tomorrow sometimeI am unable to stay home all day tomorrow after staying home all day waiting todayAnd why didn't they tell me this at when I called? And why did I have to call them at 5:to be told they were not coming todayWhen we told them tomorrow doesn't work for us we requested our money back and the guy said fine and hung up on usCompletely unprofessional, will never recommend them to anybodyWe'll see if I actually get my money back

I am rejecting this response because: if my auto insurance covers this damage created by the man that Auto Safe Glass USA and Jonathan M [redacted] sent to replace my windshield will cost me my deductible of $ The damage in the preliminary estimate is $ not only am I out $241, I will now be out an additional $and that's only if my auto insurance covers the damage caused by Jonathan M [redacted] employee/associate/ or whatever he called himAttached are photos of preliminary estimate Regards, [redacted]

I sent a technician out to do a leak test when she first requested it. He found no evidence that any leak was coming from the windshield. As a precaution, he re-sealed the windshield all the way around. Any leak this customer is having is coming from somewhere other than the

I don't know when this was filed, but we have a man attending to her this Thursday

As usual, customer's complaint is full of lies and inaccuracies. My installer actually did make a mistake in reading his work order and thought it was an afternoon appointment
rather than morning. Customer could have been nicer and more accommodating, but instead chose to be abusive and uncooperative. The order was cancelled and the money was refunded in full last week.Thank you,Jon M***

I included a copy of this email in my information as well when I submitted all of my documentation for my claimHowever if you note all of my enclosed documents from him, you will see that he charged me first, then several minutes later sent the email that noted the Cancellation policyPlease review my documents again and advise if you need copies or ask him to furnish all copies of emails sent

I have already responded. This is a duplicate.

The leak is not from the sun roof.  You asked about it only after I requested a reseal. If the tech thought it was not the windshield he would have stated it.  He did not. And no evidence of a sun roof leak is seen in this vehicle. I do not believe the tech did a full reseal.  It is leaking from the windshield on the passenger side.    e did not. The repair person for the blower can verify where the leak is coming from. I do not believe the repair person did a full reseal as it is leaking from the winshield on the passenger side.

No receipt was ever given to us via email and definitely no refund was issued. Chase bank also confirms no refund was ever issued. We have a certified letter from Chase stating that no refund was ever issued, so owner is clearly not telling the truth on the matter, We have proof, he has none. The owner refuses to provide proof of anything. He will not give proof of the refund or even provide proof of the receipt. He will have his day in court since we have filed it in small claims.

cus[redacted]eraccused us of charging her for 3.5 hours of labor but if you look at the charges we only charged her for1 hour which if you look at it shows quantity on the receipt for everything.It appears [redacted] said that we changed the price 3 times but I’m looking at the quote that [redacted] hadcreated after he got off the phone with her. We try very hard to give cus[redacted]ers the lowest price toput their vehicle back to the way it was before they called us.In regards to the appointment time we don’t give exact time only a rough estimate because of thetravel time to get to people’s homes and work offices. We also explain that they (the cus[redacted]er) willget a call 20 minutes before arrival by our mobile technician, that way the cus[redacted]er doesn’t have towait all day for it to get completed. We apologize for any confusion.It also was not smart for [redacted]’s boyfriend to make threats of violence to us, they know about thisbecause the Germantown Police contacted them about the threat they made. the past few days I've received several Restricted calls, that I have not answered.  July 14, 2015, I answered the call, at first there was no one speaking and then he said, I'm trying to reach (hung up), like he did the last time I spoke to him.  I recognized his voice like he no doubt recognized mine...the same person that took my order for the glass and my debt card information.I called ###-###-#### and got Safe Auto Glass on the line.  This is the call back number I got from [redacted], the person I spoke to, ###-###-####.  After my bank did some checking per my angry request, they found this number to which my debit card was charged...Safe Auto, located in Columbus.Ohio. This location is probably a distribution site for that company I make an order with.This morning I checked my bank account and my refund is there, from the man that doesn't know who I am.  I'm sure that contacting Revdex.com and Ohio Attorney General had a lot to do with getting my refund due 3 months ago.Thank for your help.
