New Consumer Information received on June 9, 2016: On 7/12/15, I had won an auction through Safe Deposit Coins LLC and the online site ***The company was shut down on the *** site for internet fraud but was allowed to restart as Prospector Estate Assets LLCProspector
Estate Assets LLC advertises their items as still being Safe Deposit Coins, including the same contact informationI have attempted multiple times to contact the company, contact Live Auction Group, the Loveland Police, my local police, credit card company and a group claiming to be the Federal Government about this issue but have had little successOf the $1255.24, they have delivered all but $197.80.After days and multiple requests for the same thing, I still would like a refund as the company has not been able to provide the services promised and even groups profiting from the company has stated they are guilty of internet fraud

Responding to your email below Since these rolls are not "unsearched" To consider your offer, I would need you to list the dates/mint marks of the Buffalo Nickels you are proposing to send me for replacement I would also need the specific grades(*there are five grades) listed as G-"Good" thru EF-"Extremely Fine" and the number of nickels of each year/mint mark My concern is you send me buffalo nickels(or the like value), all at a G-grade(lowest possible grade and value-that would equal a value of $100.45-US Coins Blue Book*) I would not fax you a letter of my satisfaction prior to receiving the coins Let me know by 7/1/14.

I understand what you are saying "We do not know every Buffalo Nickel in every roll if they have dates or not."  Then you should not list the rolls of nickels as "mixed dates and grades".  If they have " mixed dates" then there would be a date on each coin.  Coin books list as lowest value grade "G-4 Good: Legends and date readable.  Buffalo's horn does not show."  The lowest rating says has date readable.  Therefore 65.23% of these nickels are not even gradable.  You should not advertise on the sale as "Mixed dates and grades."  Whether you knew or not is irrelevant.  I trusted you and [redacted] as the sellers to deliver as listed and advertised!  If you have no knowledge of the content of the rolls, then you should list and advertise accordingly.  If another party misrepresented the rolls to you(unknown to me) then you should pursue those parties to get the money back.
 
If you do not want all the rolls returned as I received them for a full refund of $359.73(plus the return shipping).  Then I would be happy with 65.23% of the monies I paid for the 11 rolls.  Which 
represents the 153 Buffalo Nickels I received with dates.  If you wish that I send you back the worthless 287 Nickels, simply send me the prepaid postage.  That amount is $234.65.
 
Two choices to resolve this matter.  1).  Full refund of the $359.73 I paid for the 11 rolls + return shipping/postage to you.  I return all 11 rolls as received.  
2)  Partial refund of $234.65(represents the 65.23% of what I paid) and I keep 153 coins with readable dates.  If you want the worthless 287 nickels returned, send prepaid postage label.  
 
As of this date I have not filed complaints with your states Attorney General Office and the US Department of Justice.  Nor Have filed against [redacted] with the exception of the  Revdex.com.  I will withhold those filing for 7 days to hear from you or [redacted] to see if you are going to resolve this matter.

this package and therefore was returned to us as "Undeliverable" We have corrected Zip and have forwarded package to his address and will arrive by 3/5/16 as we have tried to communicate to him via email and phone.
