Safe Deposit Coins LLC

Recently won 4 see deposits in an action, all was fine in the bidding process to the winning bidder however at the last 100 of 55 bids I made the same force the bid up more which lead me to belive they were gouging me live streaming.
Nonetheless after getting my safe deposit boxs I found out its just scrap junk coins, bills (from lots, africa) I spent total of 400.00u.s and got maybe 12.00 in return.
Sure it's my fault for bidding an action but surely stealing isn't what people stay in business for.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have proved the company has mislead and lied to me and won't acknowledge that fact.
As long as my package is here by 3-5-16.  This company will be a blip in the online auction world.
Give me a tracking number as I have asked for and I will accept the response.  This is a new experience with a company that calls their customers liars repeatedly and ignores the proof right in front of them.

Terrible experience with an auctioneer ([redacted]) and the company. In April I won two small auctions to get familiar with the company, a total of less than $10.00.
It took nearly 2 months to get one of the items after prodding and repeated emails to [redacted].
The last item ($5.50) I still have never received nor has there been any communication from [redacted].
The software company( Icollector)that hosts Safe Deposit Coins LLC has been trying their best to get my item, as they cannot refund, but to no avail.

First off I would like for Eric M[redacted] to show where on their site that it says to allow 7 – 10 weeks on shipments, I have copied their terms and conditions and their shipping information in my complaint and I do not see it anywhere.  If Eric M[redacted] cannot show where it is found then I cannot see how any of his answers have any integrity.I hope the reviewer was able to see the discrepancy in the tracking numbers, amount of auctions and the total invoices won.  As I stated in my complaint there was 6 auctions and the total was $536.07.  Eric M[redacted] intentionally left one auction off and I guess when he is questioned about it he will come back with something like “oh my, I guess I missed that one” , I am sure he did not because it is the one I have told him all along it had been stolen.  I gave him all the contact information for the post office and to date I believe he has not contacted them.  Another fact about the list of tracking numbers that he provided is that I was never given a list like this until 8/23/15.  Before 8/23/15 I was only given two tracking numbers to try to work with the post office to find six packages.  Eric M[redacted] would not give me any others no matter how many times I asked for them.  Also for invoice [redacted] Safe Deposit Coins LLC states “Invoice [redacted] in the amount of $21.06.........Mailed Letter delivered on 8/17/15 confirmed by [redacted]” I would like to know how Eric M[redacted] confirmed delivery on this package because he has never produced any information on how anyone else can do it (not even you at the Revdex.com).  I also believe the statement made by Eric M[redacted] were he said “I would have a talk with your Post Man and ask why they did not leave you a 2nd and or 3rd notice?? So why has he not done this?Eric M[redacted] is only picking and choosing what he wants to reply back to.  I made a specific point in my complaint about how Safe Deposit Coins is misleading bidders with false descriptions and pictures of the lots and that they are sending out trash coins.  In Safe Deposit Coins LLC terms and conditions they repeatedly say that they are not responsible for the coins and they cannot be inspected and all conditions and grades should be determined between bidder and seller, problem is they refuse to tell anyone who the supposed cosigner is nor how to get a hold of them.  This leaves you with what Safe Deposit describes and pictures.  Nowhere in their descriptions does it say what they are selling and shipping to you is trash coins.  Safe Deposit Coins LLC should be able to tell a bidder who the supposed cosigner is because they are selling the same trash over and over every day.  They do not have a vast client list, at best I believe they only have two sellers if that many and their buyers I believe are the auction house and the sellers.In closing I would like to state Safe Deposit Coins LLC is a small, fairly new collectibles shop in Loveland, Colorado. It opened in 2012 and now has an estimated $69,000 in yearly revenue (not profits) and approximately 2 employees.  So when Eric M[redacted] says they do hundreds of auctions a year with a huge seller’s base and have been open for 10 – 12 years please everyone be very wary of them.

I am rejecting this response because:
The rolls of Buffalo nickels are unseeable on the site.  Just a picture of a roll.  I relied on SDC LLC statement at sale"unseasrched mixed dates & grades".  To have a grade you must be able to read the date!  Mixed dates means there are dates on all 40 coins!  So miss represented and miss advertised on the site!  I expected at least that all 40 coins would have a readable date.  440 coins and 287 of these have no legiable/readable date.  That is 65.23% of the coins.
I will also file complaints with the Colorade Attorney Generals Office and the US Department of Justice(wire fraud) along with the Canadian counter part.

We have communicated with [redacted] and just called and left another message on his voice mail. We have emailed several times letting him know that product would arrive by 3/5/16 and was originally shipped put with in 3 weeks, however there was an incorrect zip code registered when we shipped this...

package and therefore was returned to us as "Undeliverable" We have corrected Zip and have forwarded package to his address and will arrive by 3/5/16 as we have tried to communicate to him via email and phone.

Finally received the credit back to my MC account in the amount of $365.53 on 7/22/14.   Only took since 5/2/14 to finally get this mess completed.   Thanks for your help.  I will notify the  Revdex.com of Northern Colorado & Wyoming(SDC LLC) and Revdex.com of Mainland British Columbia([redacted]).    [redacted]

participated in six auctions with this company, at this point have received items from five. it has taken repeated prodding to get anything, to the point of emailing all other auction companies using the icollector platform and telling them of my problem, explaining that I can no longer bid through icollector,because my trust in this company and icollector customer service is shot (that did get some results).
most of what I recieved was crap(no date buffalo sold as specific date, obviously search ed rolls sold as unsearched) BEWARE this company has recently changed their name to estate liquidators...same address, same people

We have honestly tried to call multiple times but I show here leaving messages. Package is being delivered as stated in last response and we apologize that we have not been able to talk to you verbally by phone. We have copied and pasted a response also below that we just emailed on February 16, 2016 so we are not understanding why [redacted] is stating we have never communicated with him:

I am rejecting this response because:
First let me state that I had 11 different rolls(440 coins), 287 with no readable dates and of the 153 with readable dates no rare dates.  No dates with any noteable value.  But that is OK my risk as long as I can see the dates and they are grateable coins. SDC LLC emailed me 5/28/14 asking what could do to settle this.  I emailed him back and CC you that email.
