I am rejecting this response because:
I am not receiving a bill from [redacted] anymore my bill is through Safe Home Security therefore I am very much confused who is my alarm company. The response is coming from [redacted] but the bill I receive and telephone harassment are from Safe Home. I also did not receive any advance notice that they were switching to bill quarterly.

COMPLAINT [redacted] SAFE HOME MONITORING. Jerry R[redacted] a manager from our company offered service to this client on several occasions in which the customer declined. The client refuse to pay for service, will not accept the service and refused service. The client is being uncooperative. We at Safe Guard are not adverse to working with client but we need cooperation on both side to resolve this issue. The system belongs to the client and we are more than willing to setup in clients new home. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] brother and informed him we cannot locate this customer in our databases. Mr. [redacted] does seem to have debits from our processor but we are unable to link this. Mr. [redacted] should place stops on this account with his bank and provide us full detail copies of all bank...
statements in question as well as the account and routing number for us to further research.
