Review: I placed an order for two sets of locks on 7/**/13 through the website [redacted]. After waiting two weeks with no delivery, I decided to check the status of my order online.

To my surprise, my order was cancelled without notice or explanation. I immediately called thier customer service, but was not able to get a live person on the phone. I sent them an email

through thier website, but have not received a response. My order # is [redacted].

Firstly, we would like to apologize for our delay in responding to this complaint.

We take our relationship with the Revdex.com very seriously, which is reflected in our A+ rating.

We are writing to inform you that after a diligent search, we could not locate an actual order placed by this complainant, furthermore their credit card was never charged. Unfortunately, we have not had the pleasure of making this complainant our customer; We are currently out-of-stock with the merchandise referenced in this customer complaint. As a gesture of good faith an overseas luggage lock distributor shipped this merchandise directly to the complainant (without Safe Skies' involvement), at no charge to the complainant, simply as a good faith courtesy.

We ask the Revdex.com to please make note that Safe Skies did not profit at all from this transaction. We pride ourselves in our customer service efforts and that reflects on our A+ rating with the Revdex.com, which is extremely important to us. THERFORE, PLEASE CLOSE THIS COMPLAINT AND MAINTAIN OUR "A+" RATING WITH Revdex.com.

Review: I originally place my order(#[redacted]) on ** Feb. My credit card was debited US$29.95 almost immediately but that is as fast as this company has moved so far. As of today's date, * April I have still not seen the locks I ordered. On ** March I sent an email to this company requesting an idea of delivery times to New Zealand. This email has been ignored. On ** March I sent another email requesting a refund as I do not think this order will ever arrive (if it was even sent in the first place) This email has also been ignored.Desired Settlement: A total refund of the amount debited to my credit card within the next week would be great. It looks like, thanks to the total inefficiency of this company, that I will be travelling with unlocked suitcases on my upcoming trip. I am far from happy with this outcome and would certainly not recommend anyone, based on my experience, dealing with this company.

Thank you for your fax today. As discussed, we were contacted by Revdex.com regarding this complaint by telephone but only received a copy of this complaint today. We have taken immediate action to solve this issue.

This order was apparently shipped by us on February **, 2014 based on our records, although since the customer is located in New Zealand and we ship from NYC there could have been international delivery issues outside of our control. However in response to your notification we have taken the following action:

a. We have credited USD $29.95 back to the customer's American Express card today. We want the customer to have only a positive experience with us.

b. We have reshipped this order with compliments to the customer, at our own expense. A copy of the shipping label is attached for your records.

Our positive record with Revdex.com is important to us. Since we only received a copy of this complaint today, kindly ensure that our Accredited Business Rating is not affected by this.
