AVOID THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS!!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Just like this previous feedback : “After you pay, they ask for more money and they’d ghost you. Promises 24 hour turnaround on the second week and calling daily when being promised daily that my part will be shipped, up to now I haven’t received my airbag module, better off going somewhere.”

Safety Restore did everything they promised on their website and stuck to the prices quoted Turn around time was excellent Quality was wonderful I would recommend to anyone needing this type of service

I had the shoulder harnesses re-webbed on my Fand Cadillac DeVilleThe Deville webbing color was unobtainable so the guys sent me photos of alternativesEasy to work with, quick turn aroundThanks!

seat belts were promptly rebuilt and returned as promised

An excellent company to work with, product was quickly fixed and returned- even in a bad winter storm- and worked properly once reinstalled in car

I was very happy with their service and recommend them to anyone that could use their services Thanks LeRoy

Safety restore saved me hundreds when 2 other companies failed. Call me old school but I need to have a good old voice to go along with a business. Jeff's been my to-go man that guided me through every step until I mailed my belts out and I'm happy I did and will continue to do so from here on on. After a nightmare experience with a company from NY who had my parts for over 2 weeks and couldn't do anything and another who posed to be safety restore, I am glad I found the real deal and can now stick with the guys I trust. Another set on the way after a successful repair.

Excellent service fast turn around I would highly recommend this company

Haven't repaired seatbelt, giving me the runaround as to when I can expect it. As per their ad on ebay, SRS stated they would repair the seatbelt from my Toyota Tundra with a 1-2 day turnaround time. They received the belt on 4/22/13, and today it is 5/14/13 and I have not received my seatbelt. At first SRS wouldn't reply to my emails, then they said the belt was shipped but wouldn't provide me with a tracking number, then they said the store was closed for repairs and they hadn't had a chance to repair it, and they would repair once they re-opened, but they don't provide me with a date as to when they will re-open. They have said for the last three weeks that the seatbelt will be shipped at the end of the week, but that obviously has not happened. I am out the $60. I paid for the repair to be done, and now I am also out a seatbelt which will cost more than $250 to replace, plus I am out $35 per day for the rental car I have had to drive since I can't drive my Toyota truck without the driver's side seatbelt. Desired Settlementrefund of charges to repair seatbelt, return of my seatbelt, or refund the cost of replacing my seatbelt and it this continues for much longer I will also seek reimbursement of cost of rental car.Business' Initial Response USPS Delivered package on May 16, Tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Business' Initial Response [redacted], We certainly apologize for the unpleasant experience you had. The reason there was a delay, is because we needed additional parts that were critically needed in order to successfully repair the seat belts. As soon as these parts came, we EXPRESSED the package over to you. It was our goal to safely and professionally repair the seat belts, and we did our best to do so. According to USPS tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXYour package was delivered on April 12, 2013 and signed by [redacted]. Repair not performed.I sent a seatbelt to Safety Restore for repair. Was received by Safety Restore FedX No. [redacted]. Seat belt returned after about 6 weeks not repaired. Numerous contacts with SR have resulted in nothing. I am requesting a total of $91.96 credited to my AMEX account. $70.00 for repair charges and $21.96 for original packaging and shipping to SR.Desired SettlementTotal of $91.96 for shipping and repair not completed.

paid for seatbelt tensioner repair, payment cleared, item shipped and recieved via usps company now claims they have no knowledge of me or my item.sept 16, 2013 I paid $59 for seatbelt tensioner repair with company "safety restore", payment cleared on Sept 17, 2013. Shipped my item to be repaired on Sept 17 via usps and "safety restore" recieved item on Sept 19, 2013. I have contacted this company approx 6 times to find info on my product and company claims to have no knowledge of me or my item and refuses to return my calls or offer any kind of refund or replacement.Desired Settlementrefund AND replacementBusiness Response According to our records, Mr. [redacted] was a Safety Restore customer under the previous owner. The company has been bought since, excluding all liabilities. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide any assistance to orders that are not ours.We appreciate your understanding.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The companies excuse is not acceptable and more so probably a lie, if they somehow did acquire this company then they are responsible for previous orders as this was an open order at time. This is nothing more than an excuse by them to try and avoid responsibilty and by doing so they are ripping people off. According to my bank this company has refunded my purchase price but I have still not had my original item returned or replaced.

Safety Restore lost the product that I sent them for repair now they are not responding to my attempts to contact them. On October 01, 2013 I sent Safety Restore my damaged driver and passenger seat belts from 2013 Nissan Sentra for repair along with a check of $100.00 for payment. On October 04, 2013 I received a call from Safety Restore that additional payment will be needed to repair the seat belts. I agreed and paid an additional $40.00 over the phone with my credit card. [redacted] told me that the fixed seat belts will be sent out that day. On October 16, 2013 I called Safety Restore because I still didn't receive the fixed seat belts. [redacted] told that someone never changer the status of the seat belts to paid that's why they were never sent out. He told me that he made the change to paid and that they will be sent out that day. On October 24, 2013 I called again and spoke to [redacted] from customer service to find out what happened to the seat belts. He didn't know if they were sent out so he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. One hour later I called back and [redacted] still couldn't give me an answer as to what happened to the seat belts. I asked to talk to [redacted] ([redacted]) and he promised to find out what happened to the seat belts and call me back. After calling [redacted] again he told me that they lost the seat belts and that they need to wait a couple of days to see if they show up. Now every time I call they put me on hold and disconnect me or they are busy. New seat belts are going to cost me $320.00 from the dealer a cost I can't afford. Not to mention I can't drive my car for a month now because it is not road safe with no seat belts in the front. Desired SettlementI would like Safety Restore to pay for a replacement of the seat belts that they lost. My cost to replace the seat belts would be $320.00. Business Response Hi [redacted],Unfortunately if the seat belts are lost, there is nothing we can do. As it clearly states in our "Terms & Conditions:""You agree to ship all items to us at your own expense & risk. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages, as well as lost, stolen and damaged items. It is your responsibility to insure your package. Your shipping expense is not refundable, no exceptions. If a refund is to be issued anytime in the future, it will only include the service cost you paid to us - "Safety Restore", your shipping expense will not be reimbursed. We ship all of the items back UNINSURED. It is your responsibility to request that your items are shipped back INSURED in WRITTEN FORM. We are not responsible for any undelivered packages to you, as well as lost, stolen and damaged items."We believe this is also very fair for the point being that the items you send in are always damaged, and it is us who repair them. Was it not for the repair company, there would only be the choice of having them replaced with new ones.We do sincerely apologize about this happening, and wish you can understand the terms and conditions of a company policy.I do believe there was a manager who was going out of his way to try to help you locate replacement belts, but unfortunately because there was no mutual cooperation, that did not happen.Thank YouFinal Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)As to your explanation to your "terms & conditions". You just stated the Shipping term and conditions from your website, I Took the liberty to copy and paste the same terms you did without leaving out the mast important detail. That it only pertains to packages lost or damaged in SHIPPING. That is why the big word SHIPPING is on top of the terms and conditions. I would imagine a company would have knowledge of their own Terms and conditions, but I forgot with whom I was dealing with. As to who lost the seat belts, on Oct 24, 2013 [redacted] told me that your repair department scanned them out and your shipping department scanned them in and newer sent them to me. I recorded the conversation with [redacted]s permission if you would like to hear it. ShippingYou agree to ship all items to us at your own expense & risk. We are not responsible for any undelivered packages to you, as well as lost, stolen and damaged items. As to the value of the product you lost, it is the actual value to replace the lost seatbelts which s $320. If not for your company losing them it would only cost me $120 to repair them through various reputable companies unlike your company. Now you lost the product that would only cost me $120 to repair so I have to buy brand new ones from the dealer for $320. As to [redacted] that was going out of his way to help. He was never there, I called numerous time which I have a record of through my cellular phone bill and he was never there or available. And the only reason [redacted] stopped mutually cooperation with me was because I filled a Revdex.com complaint and [redacted] made that perfectly clear in our last 22 minute conversation which was also recorded.I'm doing my due diligence with trying to resolve this case. This company is costing me time, money, and now I have to rent a car because my car has no seatbelts. All of which I caused by this company lack of cooperation and service. I have numerous conversations and phone records proving how much their lack of responsibility, accountability and trustworthiness. Final Business Response Mr. [redacted], I can certainly understand your frustration regarding this issue, however you are excluding a lot of things and taking much out of context. To start off, our explanation of "Terms & Conditions" does not only consist of a "Shipping" section. The page can be found here:http://www.safetyrestore.com/content/3-terms-conditionsYou may find a better explanation under the "Repairs" section. I took the liberty to copy and paste the terms without leaving out the most important detail:REPAIRSThe repair of your items is carried out by our highly trained & SR-Certified technicians. They follow strict regulations set by Safety Restore and various U.S. Departments. However, human-errors occur. For this reason, our 100% guarantee is valid to the point of granting a full refund. The maximum reversal for any purchase or "order" you're placing with us, is equal to the total monies paid to us - "Safety Restore". You understand and agree not to pursue any legal action, or personal demand, or any claims of any kind that is greater than the monies you paid to us for the services. We are not responsible for any missing property pertaining to the original contents shipped to us. Including bolts, nuts, screws, wiring harness, plugs, and etc. Here is a highlight:"We are not responsible for any missing property pertaining to the original contents shipped to us."I did confirm with a very reputable law attorney, that this would indeed include the actual seat belts in the box. Here is a definition of "Property" - "a thing or things belonging to someone; possessions collectively."Like discussed multiple times, by our Terms & Conditions we are obligated to refund the monies you paid. But nothing greater. We are truly sorry for your loss. Thank You!

Sent air bag module for reset. service not performed, money not refunded. On aug. 22, 2013, I sent 2 seat belts and 1 air bag module to SRS for repairs. They advertise for 24 hr. turnaround. Six days later I received seat belt but no module. I called and was told it would be 3-5 days to get a part, 3-5 shipping, well beyond the 24 hr. time. I informed them that was not acceptable to please credit my pay pal the $49 and I would make other arrangements. They agreed but after weeks of calls and excuses changing stories, still no return of my money. I reported this problem to pay pal and my credit card co. Will not be using this business again. Also 1 seat belt repair failed after 3 wks. They claim to guarantee it but I will not be dealing with SRS again. Desired Settlement$49 refund for services not performed.Business Response There is no [redacted] in our database. Perhaps he was dealing with the previous owner, or a competitor. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks

I paid for a service online through Safety Restore websiteand now they do not answerI paid for their service on April 8th 2013 and spoke with a staff person on 2 occasions. First on April 6th regarding what I needed and that they could provide that service. The second around May 12th at that time he told me my part would be ready to shop by the end of the week. I have called back every week since and get their message that all orders will ship by the end of the week. I have called and emailed but get no reply. I have ask for my part back and refund or ship my completed part. My order number is #00331 for repair of 1 seat belt for a 1996 Toyota Camary. I sent my seat belts for my truck 3 weeks ago. The company has not repaired them or sent them back.I sent my seat belts to have the webbing replaced. They have 154 dollars of mine. I have no seat belts and no way of knowing if I will ever get them. I called and they apologized and said it was a error and I sent them back. They have had them for another week and a half and still have not sent them back. I have even ask for them to send them back as they are and I will have them repaired somewhere else and they just tell me they are already fixed and in the shipping department but cant give a day or a time when they will ship.
