I sent seatbelts to the company to be repaired. I had to open an investigation with the Post Office because the company said they didn't receive them. Then they said they did receive them and would repair and mail back. No package came. They couldn't locate the seatbelts, again. They sent a picture of seatbelts and asked if they looked like ours. They did, so the company mailed them to us. They were not repaired. They will not respond to my emails. Spoke with "[redacted]" on 7/6/13, no results. Spoke with "[redacted]" on 7/12/13, said he would refund my money; did not. Filed a dispute with [redacted] they initiated a chargeback. So the dispute went to [redacted] In October, the company said they sent the seatbelts back, so [redacted] did not do a chargeback. Now the time has expired to do anything with Discover. I called the company on 12/5/13, and "[redacted]" says they do not have a record of my name, my address, my order number or my invoice number. I have been locked out of my account on their website.Product_Or_Service: Seatbelt RepairOrder_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like to get my $134.00 refunded. I do not want to, nor can I send the seatbelts back.
