Safeway Insurance

The worse insurance company I ever encountered!!!! Customer service reps have no intent or want to help you with your claim. Safeway insurance group will not pay the body shop for repairs, pay for a rental car, or even send you a check for damages. Leaving customers without vehicles for days.

this isssue but it is not as of yet resolved one way or the other.  The issue clearly does not involve idenity theft.

Tracy h[redacted] is the worse costumer service agent I ever spoken with. Her demeanor was insulting. She accused me of recording the conversation when I put her on speaker to read off the claim number. I called back a few days later to speak to a Jesse D[redacted] her supervisor to bring it to his attention, he could care less. I asked him to bring it to her attention and have Tracy call me or email me with an apology. Which he replied that isn\'t going to happen. Well I hope others read this review and think twice before paying an insurance company that does not have any remorse for an accident. These people need to be trained or not work with the public.

My car with in a accident with a individual that carries Safeway insurance. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this company in resolving my claim. First I was told that I need to go to the South Side of Chicago in to get repairs done on the vehicle. This is at minimum 50 miles from my home. I am not even able to go to work or school per Doctors orders and to make such a trip is not possible. I was also told that I could only rent a car from [redacted] at $25.00 a day. Not that I can drive anywhere besides doctors office but considering my car that was damaged is a [redacted], I should receive a similar vehicle. I contacted [redacted] and gave them the claim number and they told me I have to rent a car at my own expense and that Safeway is not going to pay. At this point I called Safeway again and they are closed on Saturdays with no emergency lines. I have also dealt with very rude employees one was Christina that has language barrier issues and hung up on me. The body shop I took my car to, they are telling me Safeway is only authorizing used parts to be placed on my new vehicle.

This insurance company should be closed. I have already been dealt a traumatic experience and I feel by putting this review on the Revdex.com that I can help others make a educated decision on choosing a insurance company
