I was so impressed, I asked to book them right away. Not only did his team do a remarkable job, but they were able to take my last minute booking and make it painless. Could not have asked for a more professional, harder working team. Would recommend to anyone. Well worth it.

While searching for a reliable moving company I came across the name of Unified Moving Services LLC. I contacted this company and was immediately impressed with their explanation of what services, etc. would be provided. Since both my husband and I are in our 70's it was important to know exactly how they would handle the moving of our furniture, as well as fragile items collected over the years. After talking with Marc, our decision was made to hire Unified Moving. All I can say is that it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Everyone knows how stressful a move can be and, when your up in age it is even worse. The 3 man crew sent to facilitate our move couldn't have been more pleasant, professional, considerate, or sensitive to our needs. Their work was outstanding and they took excellent care of our belongings. I would recommend hiring this company to anyone who wants a stress free move. In fact, I've already recommended the company to all my family and friends (young and old). Another great thing about this company was the cost. I'm so glad our decision regarding a mover was to hire Unified Moving Services LLC!

I have recently had the need to receive help in moving my belonings from one apartment to another. I usually just ask friends and family, but~~ I was out of luck this time. I had packed up about 20 boxes or more and that only put a small dent in the process. My daughter recommended using a moving company. So I started calling around and was satisfied with "Marc's" quote. After we sealed the deal on moving my stuff, I made the comment that now I had to find a storage place to put my stuff until my new apartment was ready. Marc then informed me that they were also a storage company. God was truly opening doors for me.
When the guys got there I told them that I would pack boxes as quick as I could. "Chris" told me to have a seat and they would take care of everything!!
I have the utmost respect for the company head and its employees. They were courteous, efficient, dependable, careful and knowledgeable.
When I hired Unified Movers & Storage I was not aware that they would pack everything and move and store it.
I can't remember all of the guys names but Marc, Derrick and Chris are the names that I remember.
I recently became handicapped so this was a Godsend to find this company.
I HIGHLY recommend this company and have and will continue to pass their good name on to other families.

Lack of communication unanswered calls unanswered emails cannot receive our household and personal items that they had picked up and packed gave them three weeks heads up on addresses and delivery date no reply from ordinator or dispatch cannot speak with a manager or supervisor they keep telling us they'll call us back with answers we have still not heard from them we have not received any answers on where our stuff is at we have been in our house since Sunday this is March 16th today and we are still waiting on our household goods to be delivered scheduled delivery date was the 16th we've been in contact with them every day for a week and a half with no resolution all's they tell us is they will contact dispatch and get back with us and we still have not had a resolution. We feel that they are trying to hold her items for 45 days so we have to pay their storage fee after the 45 days. We moved from Indiana to Tennessee and are living in our living room with lawn chairs and sleeping on an air mattress we have no kitchen items no bathroom items none of our summer clothing

3 gentlemen arrived to pack up my home for storage. They were polite, courteous and helpful in packing up my things. I would recommend Unified Moving Services to anyone.

The movers were polite,fast,knew what they had to do,put things where needed put together our beds They were also fast,they also tried to save us time and money on this move-would use them again.They were more careful than 1st movers,who did not care about how they packed,and put us into storage.Unified tried to undo what was done,which was very helpful to us

Mr. Z from beginning to end of setting up the move, the movers coming to my home and packing my belonging, was always willing to help me with whatever issue I had come up. And I had a few. I would use them again and again. The men that came to my home were respectful of me and my belongings. I recommend them highly.

December 14, 2017, UMC movers broke the leg on my chaise lounge during my move. The movers tried to repair it with a screw without my knowlege. It was further damaged because the wood was chipped.

I was all set to write a glowing review. Setting up the move and getting the truck packed was very friendly and efficient. And then my items arrived, or at least some of them did. My tv came in wet, many boxes crushed or damaged. I'm missing things like a new HP printer, a new electric roaster, and a lot of kitchen and pet items, just to name a few things. But now that I'm completely unpacked I just realized I'm also missing a box of cards given to me by my sons over the years. Two of those sons are gone so those cards have a lot of value to me. I can only suspect that some items were just ditched (or dare I think STOLEN)? I tried repeatedly to ask Operations to find my boxes but they have yet to reply to a single email. The last phone call said I should hear something by 5 December. As of today, I have not heard anything. PS. I have a box of someone else's kitchen items and no idea what to do with them. If you are missing a box labeled MISC KITCHEN, let me know. If you watch the video on how they crate your items is misleading. How could so many of my items be missing?

Staff did a great job correcting minor issues that did arise, in a prompt and friendly manor. The moving team was fast but efficient. I will use UMS again.
