This company was originally suppose to move us on the 1st of January from Omaha, Ne to Grand Junction Colorado and the latest date was the 2nd. First they couldn't do it on the first and we absolutely had to be out by the 2nd. Everything was set and the morning of the 2nd dispatch called and said that the drivers truck broke down the day before and wanted to push our date back to the 4th. I told him no that absolutely could not happen that we had to be out that day or we would have to pay another months rent. He said to give him a couple of hours to see what he could do and after two and a half hours never heard back so I called them back and they said they were still trying to give them more time. I Informed them that I didnt have time that I would have to do it myself if they couldn't. I gave them plenty of time and they never called back I was always the one that had to call. Needless to say I ended up telling them I was going to do it myself and canceled them. I ended getting uhaul and having to find people to help pack until at least midnight and then someone to drive it because I had a 5th wheel camper to pull and another vehicle with a moving trailer to pull. I ended up having to leave a lot of things behind as well because I did not have the room. I have been trying to get my money back because they could not do what they were suppose to on the day I had contracted for. The deposit was over $3000. I have called several times and accounting is either out of the office or sick and nobody ever calls me back. Yes I cancelled but they basically canceled first because they could not be there the day the contract stated and I couldn't wait.

The company was contracted to find a moving company for this customer to move their house hold goods. The contractual agreement that was signed for was for the company to find an appropriate carrier for the customer to be picked up within the time frame requested by the customer. The carrier in question had explained to the customer that they were doing everything in their power to get to the customer by the 2nd of January. There were events that were out of the control of the company in order to pick up the customer. When the information was explained to the customer according to the dispatcher, the customer cancelled to find other means of moving the house hold goods. Dispatch explained to the customer that it would have to be more towards the 4th of January and the customer found other means to move their belongings. The company was in process of re-routing another truck for this customer. The customer was requesting a full refund and was transferred to speak with the operations manager and the accounting department. The operations was in process of getting another truck when the customer decided to cancel and find other means of moving. This was explained to the customer that a claim would have to be filed with the claims department of the other company in question. Once the claims department receives the information they will process the claim further and notify the customer of any updates accordance with a refund. Any other information needed from the customer can be directed to the company email for further processing. Just to note the claims process can take up to 120 days from the open date.

This company overcharged my family by claiming the square footage was roughly 800 sq footage. Ironically enough when the truck they used to haul my items didn't fit in my development, they rented a van to deliver my belongings (that I had to pay for on top of the signed quote) and the sq footage of the van was 277 sq ft. I have repeatedly contacted them for an explanation to which they have no responded. I originally contacted them on the 10th of December where I spoke to someone who claimed that he was having a meeting to get to the bottom of the issue, and that he would absolutely call me back and he never did. Yesterday, 12/19 I called, pressed 1 to speak to sales because they didn't return the voicemails I was leaving on the customer service machine, and I was told that someone was writing me an email "soon" and I haven't received it 24 hours later. I promised them that if they attempted to ignore me that I would reach out and write on every message board that I could find in reference to their terrible business practices, and even worse customer service skills. I hope that people can check these messages and use another company. I honestly have no idea how they have achieved such a good rating on here, because this was the reason I chose them, and I regret it.

Please do not consider this company for your move. They are horrible. No good customer service, false information, never call you back when they say they will. Had my move on Nov 8 today to Nov 26 and still no furniture no call backs nothing. They are very quick to take your deposit, your money when they pick up your merchandiser but after that you are on your own..
Have spoke to Mgr, sells, customer service and get the same answer nothing.
Unfortunately I have to give it a one star because it won't let me give it least which I rate a -----0.
