To Whom It May Concern: Mr [redacted] filled out our cancellation paperwork on January 29, It was faxed to the [redacted] company on February 7, They issued a check to us on February 12, and we in tum issued Mr [redacted] a check on March 11, At the bottom of our cancellation form it states to please allow to weeks to process He only received money for the [redacted] policy He was over on mileage on the service warranty policy The policy he purchased was for months or 30,miles At the tine of the purchase he had 52,miles and when he cancelled he had 97,miles That is 45, miles Ihave attached copies of all the documentation Salazar Kia has been out of business since July 15, We do our best to process cancellation requests in a timely mannerWe feel we have done so in this case Please contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any questionsSincerely, [redacted] Controller [redacted] Tolleson, AZ

Scam !!!My husband received in the mail a sale flyer from Salazar Used Cars in AvondaleYou know the type, where if you match six symbols on one side of the flyer it tells you what you won on the other side of the flyerMy husband was going to surprise me, because according to the game he had won $5,He read all the fine print several times & tried to not get his hopes upOnce he was inside the store he was told to come over to this board & see if his confirmation number matchedThe salesperson informed him that the game piece did not matter that it was the confirmation number that determined if you won anythingWell of course his confirmation code did not matchThe numbers on the board were nowhere closeWe have never win anything & he was hoping to have won so he could pay for a trip for our wedding anniversarySo this whole game is nothing more than a cruel deception & misrepresentation to lure people into the businessThis is the way the owner of the store gets people in and tries to guilt & pressure you into buying a carThis is why people HATE car dealerships, they play these games with youShame on you Salazar! I would love to see the picture of the person that does win, but I bet you that there is no winner on any of the cash prizes!

Great vehicle, great service! Stood behind service scheduling I was promised with respect to my detailing and oil change Appointment and completed within hours I would recommend this business to friends or family

*** *** The maintenance service warrantee deemed especially egregious, immediately after our vehicle is paid for, my son has gone there several times to have the vehicle service and he discovereed some problems afterward, that the Aveo was not function as it suppose to be after the pay-off....And he staled somewhere in Mesa and have it towed to one of the garage there and get it fix which cause lots of monies, and not only that, it was almost simultaneously another thing went wrong with the Aveo, The (A/C) went out immediately after it was paid for in January It concernes me big time, why? and how come car problem happen and occurred simultaneously! Which meant, the service was not providing accordingly, but faking everytime they worked on itJust for your information wise, after this Aveo was py-off and problems started to show accordingly to sy service had been performed to this vehicle ultimately

To be honest, my experience was completely SATISFACTORY in the end. My car deal got a little bumpy to say the least. However, Fabian V[redacted] and Angel H[redacted] were the most kindest, caring, and overall perfect duo! They were so honest and payed close attention to all my needs and wants. I could not have asked for more. I got the total VIP treatment!! They made me feel like I was the only client on their minds from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend Salazar Used Cars to any and all who do not want the usual hustle and bustle. Ask for my dynamic duo. They are sure not to disappoint!!!

salazars sent me a pokemoney scratch it card like a lot of consumers got in the mail I scratched it and it shows I won a 55 in TV but walked out with a $5 Target gift card. I still have card an am showing it to all my friends and work associates so see how deceiving it is to customers. the date of the scam was oct.25 thur oct 30 // 2016

Ive had great experience with Salazar Used cars. I just got out of a bad situation and my credit wasnt the greatest. My car salesman, Fabian Villalobos, went above and beyond to help me find a lien holder that financially beneficial to me as well as keeping rates I could afford. Fabian helped made it possible to get into my 2016 Jeep Patriot that I am so proud off.
The service was so great that I had my son go to Salazar's when he was ready to purchase a vehicle. Fabian was able to find a great car for my son as well as a great deal.
Salazar Used Cars was a great experience and Fabian Villalobos is a great manager.

Great dealership. Fabian Villalobos gave us A+ service. Was patient with us till we got what we were looking for. If you want great customer service I recommend you to visit this dealership and ask for Fabian.

Mr. [redacted] original complaint has been completed to the satisfaction of the [redacted] AND Mr [redacted] back in April 2014.  His response has nothing to do with the original complaint. We have closed this issue and will not respond further.

Unfortunately Ms [redacted] could not provide the information required by the Finance Company to fund her loan for the car.  She drove the vehicle at no charge during this process.  Her vehicle was returned to her.

AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE 5/2/2015 CUSTOMER PURCHASED 2004 SEBRING WITH 79,267 MILES. AT THAT TIME, CUSTOMER PURCHASED A FIDELITY TWO YEAR/24,000 MILE POWER TRAIN WARRANTY. ONE YEAR AFTER PURCHASE (JUNE 17, 2016) THE WARRANTY COMPANY PAID $168.62 TO HAVE THE THERMOSTAT REPLACED, OUR DEALERSHIP...

PAID THE $100 DEDUCTIBLE. ON JUNE 27,2016 VEHICLE RETURNED TO SERVICE FOR TRANSMISSION LEAK. THE WARRANTY COMPANY ONCE AGAIN PAID $493.92 TO REPLACE THE SOLENOID AND WE ONCE AGAIN PAID THE $100 DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER. ON SEPT 16, 2016 OIL SENDING UNIT WAS LEAKING, NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. CUSTOMER PAID $222.03. OCTOBER 14,2016 CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WAS OVERHEATING. WE PRESSURE TESTED THE SYSTEM AND FOUND NO LEAKS, PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT. NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER.  OCTOBER 20, 2016 VEHICLE TOWED IN, TECH PERFORMED BLOCK TEST - FOUND BLOWN HEADGASKET NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIR. OUR COMPANY PAID THE $80 TOW BILL. OUR COMPANY HAS PAID THE CUSTOMERS DEDUCTIBLE TWICE AND ALSO PAID A TOW BILL. ONE YEAR AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, WE FEEL WE HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER AND NO ADDITIONAL REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE ISSUED.

Mr [redacted] was suppose to come to the Dealership this past weekend and did not.  We have left several messages, but he has not returned them. He needs to call and speak directly to our General Manager, Della A[redacted] so she can address the issues he is having with the vehicle.
