Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Salesforce has not been able to provide any proof that I signed up for an annual contract, despite multiple requestsThey do not have a signed contract, or any sort of electronic signature from meThey claim that I was informed that I was agreeing to an annual contract, but I was told otherwise by the rep, and they have yet to produce any documentation that indicates that I agreed to a year contractI have asked for a recording of the sales phone call where the rep told me that I was entering into a quarterly agreement, but they have yet to produce that eitherSincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I would like to know when I can expect this matter to be resolved. It is going on almost two months since Hyland Motors was made aware of the problem and request for reimbursement for repairs on the baler was made. Also would like a response on getting the pto shaft for the Ford which we were supposed to get and didn't get when the tractor was delivered and also response to the hour parts/labor and engine repair bill as mentioned in my complaint. Thank you
