I purchased fleece face shields and I was very surprised at both the service and qualityThe shipping was fast and shipped with care in the packaging and the quality of the masks are amazing!!! I have a group of friends that I ice fish with and these shields were loved by each one of them The graphics had us laughing when we put them one and they also kept each of us warm when we were on the ice in negative temperatures I am very happy with the product and the company I will most certainly buy for them with any future needsHighly recommend!!!

I am so beyond disappointed with this companyI placed an order on 11/17/I did not receive this order at the time because the computer did not save all of my addy info, why their system would let me continue to place order without it...IDK...however I did pay for order through PayPal so it should have my info and addy regardlessI I then called back on 11/29/didn't get an invoice but rather en email to pay $for shipping againThis was not an error on my behalf, so why was I being asked by this company to pay for shipping again?? I paid it because I wanted these face shields for my husband and figured since I spoke to someone within the company they would be reshippedI was assured by the CSR that it would be expedited to me within 2-daysIDK how this is an expedited when originally that was the shipping time frameI have tried to call to be on hold for over minutes trying to speak to someone with no one answeringI have tried multiple emails that are on the website as well as emails that are listed on automatic generated response to purchases and have not had any lucky with that either, cause no one monitors themI am told to call or I can live chat through a link that was sent...GUESS WHAT NO ONE IS ON THE LIVE CHAT!?!?!? I finally received this package a month laterI believe the only reason at this time I received it was because I did a complaint through PayPalThis seller is unpredictable and if you do not use PayPal you may not get the packageNo explanation to me why it was never shipped the 2nd time on 11/29/Just a bunch of I am sorryWill never order from them again...EVER!

The face shields I bought for my son are terrificWalking up a hill to school everyday with the wind in your face can be so annoying, but with the face shield on he is doing fineOnce I ordered them they came in a timely fashion and my son stopped complaining about the wind in his faceThe designs are pretty cool as wellI'm really glad I bought them for him and he tells all his friends where he got them [redacted]

After seeing this company on Facebook I decided to try their productsOn April I ordered face shields, which was promptly followed up with a paid invoice and receipt via email from SA on same dayAfter days I inquired about my order via email, and they responded that the shipment left on May 5th, but no tracking info was availableI waited working days, nothing came in so I called customer service directI was told my order DID NOT ship on the 5th as stated in their email to meI was told on the phone my order shipped on the 7th, still nothing has shown up as of May 19th, so today I had my credit card company charge back the entire amount and SA did not even disputeThis is not a trustworthy company
