JUST WANTED TO SAY THEY HAVE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET MY ORDER ON TIME FOR CHRISTMAS !!

Few points on my experience with you company: - Team has not provided a full address for delivery, as they have left out the PO Box # that has been provided in the order formAs a result shipment was returned back to the send as soon as it reached my town - Shipping contractor took over weeks to deliver a small package, which should have take only days as advertised during the payment, for which I have payed 22USD -SA company has held my money for over month now, even though tracking showed from December (weeks ago) that shipment was on the way back and reached their office over weeks ago, however I have not received any money back Shipment Returned to Shipper Wed, December 28, at 11:AM -Company failed to accept its inability to provide services of a good standard and only blamed others and kept holding my money even though the issue occurred as a result of their own mistake(s) -The only positive thing that I can mention, that at least at some point they have replying on my messages, however on the last e-mail I received notification that e-mail is not monitored any more that I shall contact using web chat or telephone
