On Thursday September 27th I had contracted with Sam's limo to provided round trip transportation from my home at *** to *** Center (*** Stadium) for a concert. I had wanted a car that could hold 5 people, 3 kids, two adults. The driver (Muhammad) arrived and refused to drive down the driveway to pick us up; after my girlfriend as him to turn down he driveway. Upon arriving to the concert I asked if we could keep a small bag of snacks and bottles of water in the car since he would be picking us up. He told us we could not; and we couldn't bring them into the concert so I had to throw out all the water and snacks. He also told us he would pick us up were he dropped us off. We walked to the same place he dropped us off, about 1/2 a block and confirmed again with him on the phone. He gave us an address and said it was the same place he dropped us off. The address was over 9 blocks away. It was pouring rain, and we had three young kids, walking down dark blocks, crossing over 4 lane highways. We finally reach him and he admits he lied that he had no intention of picking us up at the same location. We get in the SUV and within 10 minutes he hit a large object in the road and immediately his back driver side tire is flat. He gets out of the car but then proceeds to drive about 5 blocks on the rim. When he finally pulls over I ask him what he is going to do; and he tells us to find a ride home (its about 11:30 PM). He then exits the car. I get an *** to pick us up about 9 minutes later. Our driver gives the *** driver a hard time; and the *** driver rushes us into the car as it is pouring outside. Not once did the driver offer to get us a ride, help move our stuff into the other car, nor provide us with an invoice.
Muhammad MKHi, I am responding to the complaint ID, complaint Requested the round-trip car service to go to the stadium for the concert, and then pick up from the concert after the concert is over,The driver who drove them from home to concert by the stadium is one of the main driver who is working for the company for 8 years very experienced, he explained the client after the concert whoever comes to pick them up will not know the meeting point due to roadblocks by the police, so the best way will be to communicate with the driver they will have the return driver information one hour prior to pick up time, the company managed to arrange the same driver who departed them from home to stadium for concert,so they receive the same driver information one hour prior to there pick up time, they requested to be picked up a half hour after there pickup time, the driver agreed.driver found the best spot possible to park and meet with them and text them the location he can meet due to roadblocks by police which was 2 blocks away from the location we dropped them, she replied ok after 10-minute driver called asked them if they need help they said no they have it on the phone again 10 minute latter driver called wondering where they ware and explained to them how to get the pick up location finally when they made it they ware upset for no reason,so driver open the door for them got them in the car try to explain they refused to listen she was finding the way to dispute service charge on the way the driver had a flat tire he drove on a flat for the couple of hundred yards to pull the car to a safe place, then he got out of the car to check the situation of the tire and call the office to arrange something for her, and then he explained her the situation while he was still on the phone with the office, but she didn't want to wait so she chose to use *** so she called *** and left.in the contract, it clearly said that we are not responsible for the mechanical breakdown still we offered her no charge for return and we also waved the waiting fee requested her to pay for the service from her home to the stadium for a concert, she refused, she seemed very professional for getting free services, Sam's Limo PAA Transport Company To Rely On575 Long Acre Ln Yardley PA samslimopa@***.com http://yardleylimo.com/
