Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It was a scam Never once did I fill out anything with [redacted] regarding my place of residence, my phone number, or my credit card number I have not heard of [redacted] before until I check my bank records You did not even provide me with invoice of the transactions, possibly because it was a scam I would say you have gotten out-of-control with your marketing schemes Taken people money without them knowing about it is illegal Sincerely, [redacted] **

Enclosed you will find both our Terns of Use and Terms of ServiceWhen a member registers these terms must be agreed to at the time of registration I am enclosing a copy or our Terms of Service and Terms of Use that clearly state one Introductory Rebate per member (page of the enclosed) as well as the One membership per household I am sorry the member misunderstood what the "one membership per household" means, but as I outlined in my original response we only extend one membershipIf a member cancels, they still had a membership and are not entitiled to open another one All eligible rebates, and some courtesy rebates have been paid out to this former member Thank you

I write in regards to the above referenced complaint submitted to your office by [redacted] We regret any confusion or inconvenience he experienced when doing business with our company and trust that this letter will address his concerns Our records show that on 6/3/14, after making a purchase on [redacted] m, [redacted] was presented with an offer for a membership to our Freeshipping.com program with his eBay order confirmation As he stated he accepted the offer for the day trial However I can find no record of any emails from [redacted] requesting that the membership be cancelled That is why he was charged I would appreciate it if [redacted] would email me directly at [redacted] letting me know when and to what email address he sent the cancellation requestI would like to find out why we did not receive them [redacted] ’s account has been cancelled and immediately upon receipt of your letter we refunded back to his card the full amount we charged himAgain, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: there are no terms and conditions which I violated by signing up for multiple trial memberships I am entitled to three more $gift cards and a number of shipping rebates, including for my October membership Plus, there is some percent cash back on my purchases I have not received When I was a member, the only restriction on membership was 'one membership per household' That indicates that two people in the same household cannot be members at the same time There was no restriction in terms and conditions on signing up and canceling and then signing up again As mentioned in my previous email, my claims under a trial membership in were accepted and I received a $gift card My claims in August/September under a trial membership were accepted and I received a $gift card These were two different memberships I received no correspondence from [redacted] indicating a problem with my claims or having a new membership I subsequently did three more trial memberships this year after making purchases at [redacted] and *** I was offered the trial memberships after my purchases As I saw it, the trial memberships were gifts for my purchases It was only after the three trial memberships and submitting claims that [redacted] indicated there was a problem with me cancelling and signing up again The correspondence from [redacted] would indicate they were telling me over a period of time not to sign up again They only told me there was a problem regarding multiple sign ups and trial memberships after my final membership and submission of claims Only when I asked about unpaid claims was I told those claims were rejected and that I 'violated' terms and conditions If I was not entitled to additional free trial memberships the terms and conditions should have stated that one free trial membership is allowed per per person per year, per five years, or per lifetime When I was offered to continue my membership as mentioned by [redacted] , it was clear that I would not receive my gift cards and I was told my unpaid [redacted] shipping claims would be rejected As I mentioned in my previous comments, the correspondence and terms from [redacted] clearly indicated that the limit of twelve shipping rebates per company per year per membership would allow more claims under my new membership Otherwise, I would not have made the purchases Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After checking my credit card account, I find that they only credited my account for two month's worth of charges and not the whole year A credit for October and November charges only were refunded I told the girl on the phone that I thought I had called about these charges before to cancel them and I did because I was Not charged the fee in September So they re-started the fees again after I canceled it once This company should really be watched for what they are doing I would like to see proof of my "signing up" for their service, because I remember looking at it but not accepting it Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint Our records show that on 1/5/15, after making a purchase on [redacted] , [redacted] was presented with an offer for a membership to our Freeshipping.com program with his [redacted] *** order confirmation *** [redacted] clicked on the offer and arrived at our registration page, which provided full details about the membership program and how he can try the program at no cost for days The terms on that page explained that if she did not cancel her membership by the end of the trial, his membership would automatically continue and the monthly membership fee would be charged to the credit card account that he provided [redacted] then submitted a claim for the introductory offer of $cash back and was notified that this would be processed in 3-weeksThat claim was approved on 2/5/and a check should go out this week [redacted] ’s account has been cancelled and immediately upon receipt of your letter we refunded back to his card the full amount we charged herAgain, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. It appears that Mr. *** had signed up for two accounts. One was opened on 10/23/11, which he cancelled on 11/22/11. He submitted and was paid the $10 Introductory Premium, and no charges were issued against his account. He... they registered for another 30 day trial membership on 11/21/13, but there is no record of Mr. *** cancelling the second account until 11/16/14. Mr. [redacted] submitted and was paid the Introductory Offer of a $10 [redacted] card on 12/26/13. Since we value and strive to please our customers, as a courtesy, immediately upon receipt of your letter we refunded back to his card all 2014 charges. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

same addressOur terms clearly state that there is only one membership per
household
Additionally a further review of all the accounts show that the
purchases made of appear to be for business or resale purposes as the same
items are being purchases in large quantities
This is to a violation of our terms, as the program is for
personal use only.
A full refund of the membership charges has been made, but the

Our records
show that on December
14, 2014, after making an online purchase, *** *** was
presented with an offer to try *** for a day trial She started, but did not complete the
registration at that time This is where we received her email information
A short time
later she received an email from *** again offering her a trial
membership and outlining all the benefits of the program
Our records
show that she then completed the registration process by providing her full
contact and account information and clicking a button that states “I
agree to the Offer Details and the Terms of Use & Service” just below the offer terms. Shortly thereafter we sent *** *** a
welcome e-mail that included full information on how she can access and enjoy her
program benefits and reiterating the program billing terms and how to cancel
should she not want to continue after her trial period
Again, we regret
any misunderstanding and inconvenience this may have caused *** ***I also
apologize if the call center did not handle her inquiry with the proper respect
and I will be addressing that with them I do see however, that they cancelled her account
and processed a full refund.Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance

*** ***, the Customer Service Supervisor had contacted Ms*** on several occasions, and will do so again today to find out which claims
she feels were not paid and resolve that part of her
complaint
Ms*** was in violation of our Terms of Use that states only
one membership per household, by registering and cancelling additional accounts
Mr., ***, spoke with her on 12/18/ regarding this and rather than cancelling the
last account she opened, he allowed her to continue her membership as a
courtesy At that time a number of
claims were processed and paid
Ms*** should expect another call from Mr*** today
to resolve her issues

7/9/13, Our Terms of Use clearly state that we allow only one membership per
household. We have sent Mr***
several emails asking him to stop signing
up and if he wanted a membership we
would be happy to reinstate one for him, but we received no response
Additionally only one introductory rebate is allowed per
membership and Mr., *** has claimed several of them
Assuming Mr*** misunderstood the terms he agreed to when
he registered I have gone ahead an approved the $*** Introductory offer
gift card, both the $and $shipping rebates and the eligible cash back
of $1.80, from the two account he opened in November and December
Mr*** is not eligible to sign up for any additional
accounts and can contact me directly, if he needs any further information. ***
