Back in August I canceled my trash service with *** WasteThey constantly missed our road and left me and my neighbor with trash for weeks at a time when they were suppose to come every ThursdayLong story short they were bought out by *** *** ** *** and all of a sudden I am getting a bill for $

I have been with this company since I arrived in TX July When it was under ilesi the service was fantastic Now it is under either Progressive or Waste Connection, the service is less than acceptable An example is that my pick up is on Thursday, it is no uncommon for them to not get the garbage until Fri., now the week of June 11th I received no pick up, no call as to why I emailed twice and finally called on Mon the 18th I was told they would try to pick it up for last week by tomorrow In the mean time my full cans sit in front of the house on the street, now mine you the street is rual and narrow They need to get back to the excellant service they provided before, especially since I found out they are almost double the cost of the other local providers!

We changed our residential garbage service because Progressive (ironic name as you'll soon see) doesn't offer recycling for home pick-upIs that 'progressive'? Alas, I digress!
We confirmed service cancellation and placed our cans out so they could pick them upA week passes...still no pick-up We call again, and were told they had been too busy that week Another week passesCalled again, but no progress madePromises, yesProgress, no Fast forward to a month after service cancelled Now calling every dayAsked for a manager, but was denied any direct contactGiven the name '***', but he was 'in the field'Promised that he would call back Didn't happen Explained to them that my community frowns on leaving garbage cans out by curb on non-collection days The people answering the phones always sounded apologetic and that 'they understood and would get right on getting our cans picked up' Still didn't happen Called again, and this time was promised that "*** would come by with his own pitruck and get the cans himself if nobody got them by the end of the day." Guess what? Didn't happen! No calls from him eitherFinally after about weeks I told them that I'd have to make a complaint with Revdex.com Cans were picked up today It shouldn't ever have come to this Follow through on promisesIf circumstances arise out of your control, call your customers and explain what happenedIt's called basic professionalism

I called this company to have some dumpsters removed as a favor to another company who had left our building and after calling them a few times over 2-week period they asked me to sign a document before they could be removedThe document was not for removal it was a yrextension which I did not catch until laterWhen I called for them to pick up some more dumpsters they had left at another location they referred me to another rep who knew nothing of my discussions about removalThis is when I found out that the first rep had deceived me and what I signed was an extension of service not for dumpster removal I never asked them to extend anything but that I just wanted dumpsters picked up on certain datesNow they want me to pay for yrsof service when I don't even work for that company who had the contract with themThis company has terrible customer service and extremely deceptive business practicesI would never ever use them they are a terrible company to deal with

before I relocated to the KC area I have had WCA for almost yearsNot that I have relocated the WCA business/ customer service is a jokeI have had problems from the first week I transferred my serviceThe very first week they missed my pickupThe second week they only took half of my trash and left the other half sit in my yardNow I come home and am lucky to find my trash cans in my yardlast week I found the lid houses downI had also called about picking up grass clippings and they said as long as I have them in a yard waste bag they will pick them upNow they will still not pick up my grass clipping after I bought the over priced trash bagsAnd to top it off the trash man is now sifting through my trash and only taking what I am guessing he deems actual trash, even though it is in the trash canI came home today and same thingThey left all the bags of trash at my curbWhat am I paying for if you cant even pick up my trash???I have called multiple times during busi

The Waste Connection of Texas has sent me a Final Notice on May/04/on which the Waste Connection stated that *** * *** *** has owed them in amount of $ I have totally disagreed with their calculation
I have only signed one year- contract with Waste Connection of Texas and it is effective on April 03/for service at location *** *** *** ** , in Houston ,TX , cubic yard dumpster , service once per week , base price $plus 14%additional charges ,and the second year , third year will be increased 5%
Although we have contract but the Waste Connection of Texas has always overcharged .Bac *** has sent them the certified letter on January/20/complained about overcharged and cancelled the service
Again on February/15/and August/19/Bac *** has resent two letters on which *** * *** *** has requested a refund check in amount of $ for overcharging from April/through August/

Horrible serviceOur lawn bags, along with others in our community, sat out in front of my home for weeks and no one could tell my why my lawn bags were not being picked upThen after speaking to management to cancel my YARD WASTE service, they called the county health department and stated I wanted to cancel my TRASH serviceThere is poor communication with this companyThey are more expensive than the company that service our community before and we never had these issuesIt's clear why they have a "F" rating

This company gave me horrible service from start to finishDelayed delivery, wrong dumpster size, delayed pickup, no responses to emails or callsI was also charged extra daily fees because the staff member handling my invoice failed to schedule the pickup of my dumpster after weekI tried to speak with the manager, my invoice contact person, etc., and nobody replied, called, emailed or anythingI finally had to give up and pay the extra charges because nobody at this company was willing to speak with me or handle my complaints about the billingI will definitely never use this company again, and will make sure my friends never use themThe only reason I used them in the first place, was because the city has a contract with them, and won't allow any other company to bring in dumpstersThis forced me to use them and deal with their horrible service

On July I paid my bill for three months because they cut me off for non paymentI paid the amount for three months and asked when they could get back out to pick up my trash? Not until the next week I then told them cancel my account I will go with another serviceA few days later I got my invoice and they had charged me for July's payment and the 1st Tuesday of July was July the 5th so they had not picked up during the month of JulyAfter I don't know how many calls and being hung up on several times they said the check was requested on July 28th And again on August 19th and check was cut on August 26th I never received the check I called them back and they kept telling me it would be days I told them it does not take any post office to mail a check daysThey claim now that they are re-cutting the check at the 1st of October it is now the 19th and as of yesterday they still have not cut the checkIt has been 1/months and I still have not received my checkI was

You sign a contract with them and they can increase the price because of a change in the consumer price index,Disposal,fuel,material,and operations cost,location of the disposal facility,average weight of the container,changes in local,state,or federal rules,increase in taxes,fees or other government charges or other reasons not mentioned?? Are you kidding me?
How about waking up in the wrong side of the bed? I guess thats the "other reasons"

We sold our house in TX and I called IESI to cancel our service effective 10/29/ I was told the process was to pay the current invoice and they would refund what I did not use I give them my address in AR to send me my refund The house closed, the movers came on 10/and we were out as planned on 10/ Since that time I have contacted IESI in Nov, Dec & Jan Each time I am told that they have verified the move but that they only process refunds on certain days and my refund will be issued on the next one of these dates I have spoken to Jenny several times - Marla her supervisor at least twice and Herme at lease once Last week I got a bill for the next days and when I called I was told they would look into it Marla called me back and said she would zero out this bill but didn't say one word about my refund I am through calling these people They were paid on time the entire years I lived at this address!! Our trash service has been cancelled because Waste Connections decided after several years of service that they no longer can drive down our road to pick up trash because of safety issues We live on a dead end road and they drive down and then back out when they pick up our trash They had previously driven down and turned around They did not pick up our trash for two weeks (Aug& Aug27) and I had to make several phone calls The customer service representative would make calls and email to the local office with no response Finally, I got a call (Aug.29) after I asked for a refund of one week of service The operation supervisor contacted me and discussed the problem I told him that there had not been a problem for several years He said he would come pick up the trash on our street (customers) the next day and and talk to his boss about the issue He assured me he would call back the next day (Aug30) He did not Our trash was not picked up on (Sep4) and

I need my garbage picked up before the rats and dogs come I am unable to contact Progressive Waste Solutions by phone or emailProgressive waste has not answered its (281) 331-number in several days, its (888) 734-is not operateable the operator says it cannot connect me, my emails to *** are returned as undeliverable Since I am unable to contact this company by phone or email I am turning to you the Revdex.com to help get Progressive Waste to do its job and pick up my garbage before it becomes a health problem
Since I am writing I will also include they broke my green garbage can and should replace it free of charge since they broke it
