Review: On 21st of November 2014, I took over ownership of an 2014 Nissan Murano. That day started my 20 Non-resident plate since I am a resident of [redacted]. An week later on 29th of November I officially came in to sign the paperwork and agreed to the terms of the loan. Meanwhile, my temporary plate's expiration stayed the same. I addressed my concern with [redacted] in Finance that the plates were going to expire before you have the chance of getting the paperwork out to [redacted]. The weekend passes and on Tuesday the 2nd of December sales manager contacts me asking for a copy of my identification card for the Secretary of State for [redacted]. Now leaving me only 8 days to acquire the plates from [redacted]. As of Friday the 5th of December 2014, I contacted the state of [redacted] SOS and they had confirmed they still had not received the paperwork from Sansone of Nissan. As it stands my temporary plate expires on the 10th of December, in which nothing physically had been done to rectify this situation. The paperwork was not sent out until 08 December. They issued me an extension plate which lasted till the 27th of December. I had to go back again to find out the plates still have not came in. This time they gave me an rental car on 05 January 2015 until the plates arrive. Currently my car is sitting in the dealer parking lot unable to drive until my plates arrive. I asked numerous time to get the information to get the plates while I was in [redacted] from 22 Dec 2014 to 03 Jan 2015. They would not give me the information. Here I am about to make a first payment on my car and I have no plates, not able to drive my car ect...Desired Settlement: Get my plates, stop back peddling and adjust the payment due date to reflect the non-use of the car.

Review: I went to Sansone to lease a car and they took over my lease the never made last payment on my old lease and gave me a car telling me it's s lease with papers work that it's s lease 10 days later they ask me to go in for a DMV form to sign I go and they tell me it's finance papers witch I did not agree on and now I have no car I'm out $2000.00 down payment and they giving me back my old car with no plates on it and insurance . And leaving me with out a car of choice that they won't deliver my car to a different dealership leaving to rake another day off from work to go shop for a car that I need ...Desired Settlement: My time to travel back in goth to nj 3 times and in convinced. E with insurance payments returning my plates to DMV Also leaving me with no car

The Customer's $500.00 deposit charged on her debit card was reversed. In addition, the check initially given to the dealership in the amount of $1,500.00 bounced and was redeposited on October 21st when it cleared. A refund check in the amount of $1,500.00 was mailed directly to the Customer and she is now in receipt of her entire $2,000.00.We are now closing our file.

Review: In September I purchased a used Nissan Versa from Sansone Route 1 Nissan (salesman was [redacted]). This was about the 3rd or 4th car I purchased from them over the years. This was the first time the transaction was not smooth but that was not the worse part. The car we were sold has an after market alarm installed but it was never disclosed to me either verbally, in writing or on the contract. To make matters worse they sold me the extended warranty which is voided because of the after market alarm. Now we are facing thousands of dollars in repairs because the after market alarm was not installed correctly and has caused all kinds of electrically problem to the point where the car is now inoperable.Desired Settlement: I would like Sansone to remove the after market alarm and repair the car to make it operable again and at least a partial refund of the extended warranty price since the warranty in now invalid.

Review: I bought [redacted] Camry 2015 on May 25.

After the quotation was given when signing the deal, business manger said he is adding another $1500 + $1500 ($3000 approximately)

reason being - because I have no citizenship / green card, they would have to include service and extended warranty (insurance) which would cover free service and extended warranty after 3 years. And he said I have no option to say NO and this would have to be included in final amount

Later on I got to know that there is no rule/law to enforce these 2 policies on me and went back &asked them to refund me back that amount ($3000 approximately).

Business Manger of [redacted] agreed and asked me to fill in the form to cancel these policies so that they can refund me in 4 to 8 weeks, which I did within 90 days of my purchase.

I followed-up multiple times -

but business manager said for the first time that he dont look into it these subjects on weekends.

I went on a weekday, but he said anything related to insurance he sees only on Monday and Wednesday.

I went on Wednesday he said the forms are submitted and he has no details of it.

Because the refund is still not reflected in my account I called finance department who requested me for date on which the cancellation forms were submitted.

So I went again today (Dec/21/2015) to Sansone showroom in Avenel, requesting for date from the same business manager who submitted my policy cancellation request, he asked me to come tomorrow morning as he cant check them in the evening.

I got to know from finance department that for any delay the amount would be calculated on prorated basis and would be refunded whatever amount that is appropriate on that day.Desired Settlement: I decided to do Revdex.com to get my refund back in FULL because I am not responsible for the sansone business manager not submitting the form to finance department that I signed to him.

I am not sure of the name of that business manager who took lot of my time and days by asking me to visit his showroom multiple times with literally no positive result, however in the business card that he gave me the name is [redacted] I would like to get my money refunded and action be taken against this Business Manager who unnecessarily wasted my time for last 3 or 4 months.

Dear Revdex.com Team , [redacted],

Review: I financed a new Mazda3 with Sansone Auto Mazda on 8/11/14. I did not receive my permanent license plates until 10/ 3/14. After calling the salesperson, [redacted], and the finance manager I dealt with [redacted], several times. I had expired temporary plates for weeks and they only sent me new temporary plates after I wrote a review on Yelp. All the while they also expired before I received my permanent plates and I still had to contact them for the status. They also charge me the incorrect amount of sales tax so I ended up having to pay even more money before they would send them to me....When I traded in my old car, Nissan Maxima 2001, I forgot to take my CD out of the car and [redacted] said, "I will mail it to you when I send your plates" and never sent it. I called and he did not know what I was talking about. Lastly, I received a letter from [redacted]. [redacted] that my license needed to be surrendered because [redacted], took my plates and was going to surrender them for when I got the new car. He claims he did but they were returned in NY the individual has to return them. He claims he did not know that. When I called [redacted], he did not answer the phone. So I hung up and called back, asking to speak a manager this time, [redacted] answered and said "It is the customers responsibility to receive the plates" So I replied with, "Then why did [redacted] take them in the first place". He then put me on hold for over 20 mins and so I hung up had called back again, I was not able to reach a manager so I told the receptionist my ordeal and she was very nice and sympathetic and stayed on the phone with me until a manager was available. I talked to [redacted] and he claimed they were going to overnight my NY Plates to me. I asked to speak to a manager and got [redacted], I asked him why he left me on hold for over 20 minutes he claim to had come back and I was gone but I was on hold so long I hung up. So, not when I receive the tags , I have to take a day off of work and drive 7 hours to wait in line at DMV.Desired Settlement: I think I should my car notes for 3 months (489 x 3months (Sept, Oct, Nov) + the cost of gas $66 and tolls of traveling to and and from Mass to NYC $50 to surrender plates that I thought was done months ago should be paid by Sansone Auto because if I did not make payments for 3 months they would repossessed my car so it is not okay for them not to complete the paperwork and administrative work in 3 months. this has cause me so much inconvenience and time. I believe I deserve to be compensated. Not to mention the money I am losing for taking a day off to fix the mistake they made and would not have contacted me about if I had received the letters from the government.

This matter has been resolved between the parties and a Release is being sent to the Consumer, along with a check in the amount of $1,000.00.

Review: I bought a key replacement warranty for 299 dollars and when I tried to use it I was told, by the warranty company, it was void because the dealership only provided me with one set of keys. The warranty company then sent the check for reimbursement to the dealership and since I have been getting the run around for the repayment. I have been dealing with this issue for months and there has been no progress or effort. This company also sold me a car with body damage without acknowledgment.Desired Settlement: I am hoping to receive the check for the warranty at the minimum.

I wanted to inform you I received the check and everything is solved.

Review: I placed a down payment on a new car. I was told it would be refunded in 2-3 business days. its now been 8 business days and I have yet to receive my refundDesired Settlement: look in to the company and see if this has happened be for.

Review: When I first went to sansone to purchase my vehicle I explained to the salesman what I can afford monthly and as a down payment which was 1,000 down and 250 monthly ,after deciding what car I wanted he spoke to his manager [redacted] and [redacted] stated that 1,000 down will be fine but I will have to pay 475 a month so I agreed to that I signed the document and I was able to leave with the car.....a couple of days later we sat with the finance manager to finalize everything and she asked me for an additional 1,000 down ( which this is 1 of the reasons why I'm writing you) I told her I will have to see with the holidays coming up its hard for me she said ok take your time I understand .....a couple of weeks went by and I received a call from [redacted] stating that there's a lien on the car cause I owe 1,000 I informed him of the confused situation and he said he will speak to the manager I then explained to him that the temporary registration on the vehicle is expired and I haven't recieved a call for my plates yet he said don't worry about it we will pay for the ticket. The follow week I recieved a call to pick up my plates ..when I got there [redacted] tells me I can't take the plates because I owe 1,000 and they will not be responsible for my ticket.....I quoted what he told me on the phone and he spoke to me like I was an it .Desired Settlement: All I want is my plates my ticket paid for and not to have to put an additional 1,000 down.

The additional $1,000.00 deposit was required by the bank in order to finance this transaction. Atthat time the Consumer had the opportunity to read and review all the appropriate transactional documents, and accepted same by executing said documents. In addition, the Consumer is now in receipt of her plates.

Review: I called to buy a car it was over the phone transaction since I am out of state buyer I had a concerned about the title because I had a time frame ( I have to get the title in a certain time with now delay ) after I got a conformation from Mr [redacted] that the title will take up to 10 business days to get it done which was okay with my time frame

I paid a deposit on the 10/11/2013 and completed my payment on the 10/18/2013 I received my paperwork on the 10/28/2013 to sign got it notarized and sent it back in a return envelop on the 10/29/2013 ( it toke them 10 days after they received the full payment to send me the paperwork to get it signed ) and I was waiting for the title for a long time my deadline was the 11/19/2013 ( and I was told during my waiting that I would get the title tomorrow and the next day and in a couple of days ) I called NC DMV on the 11/18/2013 to see if they already process my title and they confirmed that they got the application on the same day I called and it will take a couple of weeks to get it

processed and I asked if I can cancel the process they told me I could I tried to reach my sales rep at the dealer to ask him to do that I was unable to rehash him he was not answering my phone call I tried to contact the title corp office at the dealer and thay would not answer nether I tried to solve the problem in a nice way but they did not cooperate with my at all I bought the car for $10000.00 plus tax and he offered to buy it back for $5500.00

Please I need your help in solving this issue

ThanksDesired Settlement: Getting a full refund since the delay was at their end

Review: I have a 2013 [redacted] Durango that I leased for my wife in August of 2013. Around July of this year the leather wrapping on the top of the steering wheel started to crack and split open away from any seams. I was able to bring the truck for service on September 8th of 2014 and brought this to their attention. When I went back to get the truck, they told me that they took pictures of it and sent it to [redacted] for approval. A few weeks went by and I did not hear from them, so when I called the service rep he told me that [redacted] had denied the claim due to normal wear. When I asked how it was from normal wear being that the truck was only 13 months old with 7,000 miles on it, I was told "I don't know". They gave me a number to call [redacted] and dispute the claim with them. [redacted] told me they did not know why I was calling them being that the warranty people had already denied the claim, the dealer should not have told me to call them. I was advised by[redacted] to see if the dealer would work something out with me. After several attempts of trying to contact the service manager I went there and left a message for him. He did call me that same not but I was unable to answer the phone. I returned his call that night and got no response. I called twice the next day and still did not get an answer. So I still have a truck that is a year old with a steering wheel that is falling apart.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the steering wheel as it is very uncomfortable for my wife to drive now. At best I want a letter from the head of the dealership stating that I am not going to be held liable for the price of the steering wheel at the time of the lease return.

Thank You

Business

Response:

As a gesture of goodwill, the company ordered a new steering wheel for the customer. The dealership has reached out to the consumer on at least three occasions so an appointment can be made to come in and have the steering wheel installed.

Review: Going on 3 months now I purchased a car from this dealership in which I still have not recieved my license plates. My wife and I have called non stop and have gotten nothing but the run around from the people there. Nobody calls you back or if you do get someone on the phone they pass the buck. Nobody knows what were talking about nor does anyone there even try to help. We have to just keep calling back and getting nothing but a headache.Desired Settlement: I would like something to do there job and get me my license plates for my car. I would also like this place to get people who know how to act in a professional manner and actually try to help out customers with the're problems.

Please note the plates were picked up on December 10, 2014.

Review: In March I took my car to be repaired. What took me by surprise was that I had the car for only three years and the part that went bad was a very important part to my car. This car was purchased from Sansone in July 2012. Car was purchased after another one of the cars which I purchased from Sansone, a Hyndai. That car has the shift gear break in 5 places and this car wasn't even involved in an an accident. So no I have had my last two cars have a very important part of it damage and no one can tell me why. Now, my 2011 Town and Country had the fuel pump go bad. They had no explanation. They couldn't tell my why. They had my car for 4 days. In those days I was going back and forth with them and Chrysler. But when I took my car in I was told that it would take at least 9 hours to fix?? Besides the young man who checked in my car, I was the one who kept calling for status. I paid over $800 for the "job" Unfortunately, I want to say about a 2 weeks later (not sure) I had to take my car back because check engine light came on. They had cracked a tank in my car which was in the same area as the fuel pump. After back and forth they picked up the charge because they knew they had damaged it. The charges they implemented for the first job was ridiculous. I did sent them a letter in April which was received by them April 10, 2015. It was sent Certifieid to Dave S. They had overcharged for the part and labor.Desired Settlement: As my letter in April states. I am requesting some of my money back. They part was overcharged by $85. and I don't believe they spent that much time on my car.

Review: Absolute WORST dealership in the country. They Lie like nobody's business. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October of 2015. I found it on the internet and drove over two hours. The price changed once I got there, I had to wait forever when they prepped the car and it was still filthy when they were done (by the way the prep cost $544) There was a window etching charge I was never told about. Five minutes into the ride home I noticed a large chip in the windshield and a dent in the fender that was not there before they prepped the vehicle.

I called my salesman [redacted] who did not answer the phone so I left a message. I continued home figuring I would work it out with him. I questioned the charges when I called him (of course he did not have a good answer) then I told him about the windshield and the dent.

He then told he I would have to drive there to have it repaired. Under protest I did drive it there in November and was dealing with [redacted]. I had a appointment for 1030am and when I arrived he said the windshield repair man was on the way. We waited three hours and still no repair man.

We then asked for a loaner car and went to the Mall for about four

hours. We then returned and the windshield was repaired but the dent was still there. [redacted] stated that they could not get the dent out so he told me to get a estimate and he will send us a check.

We called for several weeks and he would never answer our phone calls so we gave up. Hopefully someone will listen to us and NEVER buy a car there. I contacted the NJ consumer protection and they are looking into it.Desired Settlement: $517 dollars for the dent at the very least

Review: My issue is with Sansome Automall Kia dealership in Avenel NJ they over charged me for the buyout on my 2014 Kia Sorento($28,793.72) when it should have been $26,489.00 leaving a balanced owed to me of $2304.32 and thatsum was recognized by sales manager Osvaldo R on top of promising to pay an early lease termination fee of $485.90 to KIA motor finance on my behalf because I purchased a new Kia Sorento after trading in my other Kia Sorento. Sansone Kia dodged my phone calls I had to show up in person to resolved this issue and after two months there has been no resolution to which I was promised the early lease termination fee would be taken care of by the dealership and the bank where I financed the new Kia Sorento through would be sent a check of $2304.32 on my behalf from Sansone for the mix up and the bank has informed me that they haven't been paid. Also I ended up not getting the deal I agreed to and hand shaked upon due to their sales person asking me in good faith to sign a blank contract which I never should have signed to Mr. R(the sales manager)Amazement. Very unethical business practices and people need to know what's going on here. This has affected my credit score since I'm delinquent on the payment to KIA motor finance for the early lease termination fee as well as the APR which I didn't agree to as well as the finance amount being substantially more then it should be is costing me more money in interest then it would have if things were done correctly.Desired Settlement: I would like a check cut to me for the money owed not to mention the fact that this has affected my credit score needlessly and I'm losing money in interest because of the false APR which I didn't agree to I'm looking to recoupe $5500 in the form of a check.

Business

Response:

Subsequent to the purchase of his vehicle, Mr.[redacted] returned to the dealership and advised that he wanted certainwarranties and/or products canceled, which totaled $4,554.00. At thattime Osvaldo R agreed the termination fee of $485.90 would be waived. However, the dealership needs a copy of the billing statement Kia sent to Mr.[redacted] charging him for the early termination fee before the credit can beprocessed, and they have not received same from Mr. [redacted].The $4,554.00 will be refunded in approximately six weeks which is how long itusually takes to process the paperwork and the monies are then forwarded to theCustomer's financing company to be applied towards his loan.Lastly, the General Sales Manager of the dealership, John P, advised thatthey have NEVER asked a customer to sign a blank contract nor would they expectanyone to do so. We apologize for the delay in refunding the $4,554.00 to Mr. [redacted]'s loan.

Consumer

Response:

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I purchased the car on 6/22 after being contacted by salesperson Sean S(who no longer works at that dealership) on June 4th asking me to consider trading my car in because I quality for some special deal to which even now no special deal was ever talked about nor did I receive any special compensation with the business transaction. We worked out the deal hand shook on it after signing a blank contract(though I was told it wasn't a contract and it was my father sitting with me as my witness--despite anything the dealer says) I didn't get the deal we worked out and shook upon on paper. I got a worse APR on the loan and the reason for this was KIA motor finance doesn't pick up loans over $40K. My loan would have came out well under $40K if things would have been done correctly. The dealership in the response to the complaint said I advised I wanted certain warranties and/or products canceled totally $4,554.00 this is completely untrue. They charged me $28,793.72 for the buyout on my leased 2014 Kia Sorento and in actuality I should have only paid $26,489.00 which is what Sansone Kia paid Kia motor finance and pocketed the rest of that money with was interested which would have been charged to me if I had personally bought the car out but the dealership paid it off and wasn't charged the sales tax I would have been charged. That's $2,304.32 they owe me right there. Now the deal that I shook on but didn't get because of the signing the blank contract was taxes titling fee and document fees was supposed to be included in the price of the vehicle and not extra I was charged extra. Those three items including the early lease termination fee which I's not liable for because 1. They contacted me with a special offer to trade my lease in the first place which is almost predatory and 2. Because I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento and KIA motor finance waives that fee if another KIA is purchased(but they didn't know I bought another KIA because my loan for the new car wasn't with them because I was overcharged by Sansone and they wouldn't pick me back up because the loan was to much) all in all it equaled $2,908.35. Altogether they owe me $5,212.67. Now we discussed and agreed upon this after much debate me and Mr Osvaldo R on 7/30 to which he told me they'll take care of the early lease termination fee and send [redacted] where I have my loan through the balance of what they owe me and that it takes a month to process that money though the lease termination fee would be taken care of IMMEDIATELY. Now three months later there is no resolution and I thought my lease termination fee of $485.90 was being taken care of and it's an outstanding dept in my name which is why my credit score decreased 30 points in that time. I got a 3.99 APR from [redacted] bank which I didn't agree to pay that much with my credit rating being 768(now 741) KIA motor finance would have given me 1.9 or 2.9 which was ADVERTISED on Sansone Kia's website which was a positive selling point for me even going there in the first place. I'm losing money on the finance because of the loan APR I'm paying $639 a month which if the money was calculated correctly from the get go I would have only been paying $500 a month. I'm getting set to refinance my house now because of my decreased credit score I'm going to lose money there as well as refinance the car AND AGAIN lose money there with a higher APR. All because of Sansone Kia's unethical business practices. They should be audited to see if they've done this to other people as well. I was told in person by Osvaldo R that the paper work for my bank to get paid takes a month(in the email to the Revdex.com from him he saying it takes 6 weeks another lie) and call him back in a month I couldn't get him on the phone for 4 days. I contacted the Revdex.com and the Federal Trade Commission as well as Channel Seven on Your Side. Because I had not heard anything from anyone on 8/14/15 I filed a Civil Part lawsuit with the [redacted] County court and I'm waiting to hear back from them currently. Since 2003 I've purchased 5 cars new from various dealerships and have never imagine being taken advantage of like this. The early lease termination bill Osvaldo R was talking about in his email to the Revdex.com was IN HIS HAND!! He never tried to make a copy of it and never once said he needed it NOR called me to say that he needed it because it doesn't have anything on it that pertains to them paying they just want to string me along financially for longer then they already have. I tried to get you on the phone to explain this because I didn't want you to read this entire thing hopefully you did and hopefully at some point I get some sort of satisfaction because at this moment I'm very unhappy with how unmotivated and deceitful Sansone has been during my entire transaction.

Regards,

Review: I took my truck in to be repaired earlier this Summer (August) to address issues with the front passenger window, the starter, and the engine light. The starter issue was resolved, but the passenger window issue was not (I was told that until the automatic window stops working completely, they would not repair it), nor was the engine light issue resolved.

I have since allowed them to try to address the engine light issue three, going on four times, and it has yet to be resolved. Each time I was promised the repair would be made and that I would have no further problems with the truck, but that has not been the case.

I have been more than fair, being that I have tried to work with them several times, by allowing them to try to make the repair, but the problem still persists.Desired Settlement: I want the repair to finally be made, and I want a refund of any and all insurance charges/surcharges I had to pay.

Review: On November 15, 2014, I purchased a vehicle at Sansone Automall. A 20 day temporary registration was issued and expired on December 4, 2014. My title and registration was supposed to be transferred to [redacted]. The dealer will not return my calls or emails regarding registration information. I sent emails to Sansone of 12/12/2014, 12/15/2014, 12/16/2014 and 1/7/2015. I also called the dealership multiple times and cannot get an answer. I visited the dealership on 12/20/2014 and a salesman by the name of [redacted] said he can assist. Although, Mr. [redacted] assured me everything would be resolved in 10 business days, nothing has happened. As of today the department of motor vehicles in [redacted] has not received any paperwork regarding my car purchase. 1/15/2015 marked 60 days since the purchase of my vehicle. This type of customer service is appalling. I would appreciate any assistance you organization can provide.Desired Settlement: I would like the permanent license plates and registration for my vehicle. As of today, Sansone has not delivered these items as specified in the contractual agreement. dated November 15, 2014.

On January 20, 2015, our motor vehicle clerk submitted all the paperwork to [redacted] that she submitted to [redacted] to see if they can rectify the problem. She is continuing to monitor this situation, however, it looks like the lienholder has to provide us with the correct electronic code.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] directly and they are a subsidiary of BMW. They have an enormous amount of accounts in the state of [redacted] and have an electronic filing code. According to their customer service representative [redacted] the last communication Sansone had with [redacted] was in December and a code was provided. [redacted] is also shocked that it has taken this long for me to receive my registration and plates. I was informed that they will run their own investigation and get back to me with their findings. [redacted] also said if Sansone called the RCC department with an incorrect code, they would've resolved the issue right away. With the lapse in time, it doesn't look like Sansone is putting much emphasis on getting this issue resolved.

Review: This is what happened in December of 2013. I owned a Rav 4 that I bought from Sansone and wanted to trade it in. I had two more payments to make on the vehicle. I told the salesman that I still owe two months on the jeep and was told it won't be a problem because they pay for up to three months payments. When we went to finincing we told [redacted] as well. We signed the paperwork and thought that he ended the contract for the Rav 4. In February, I am billed from Toyota for one months payment of $495.00. I called up Sansone Toyota and spoke to [redacted] said and he said I had to pay. I told him I was told it wouldn't be a problem and it was suppose to be closed. He said he would ask another salesmen that helped me. This salesman who helped me with the Rav 4 but now works in the Hyundai Dept of Sansone. [redacted] just helped me get a better deal on my new car. He didn't do the paper work. I didn't hear back from anyone so I thought the problem was resolved. Two weeks ago I get a letter from a Collection Agency that I owe Toyota $650. Toyota never called me. They never sent me any more notices that I owed money. All of a sudden I get a bill from the collection agency. I called [redacted] at Sansone and he said [redacted] was supposeto take care of it. [redacted] said [redacted] is the Financial guy and its up to him to pay and close the account. I told [redacted] from Sansone the Financial Man what doesn't make sense is that I owed two months but I am getting charged one month. You see [redacted] did the paperwork and never had the intention of closing this account with my Rav 4. He wants more money from me that I cannot afford to pay. If I knew this I would have kept the Rav 4 for another month. He is giving me the run a round and its him who should have put an end to my Rav 4 contract and close out the account. He's the banker. He makes the decisions of the money not the salesmen.Desired Settlement: I want the bill dropped from the Collection agency and the case closed

Review: I purchased a lease in August 2013 from Sansone Auto Mall in Avenel. I have had no problems with my vehicle up until this March. I brought it to the dealership and they explained the problem was my Bushings and Struts needed to be replaced. Okay- that's fine bcus it's covered under my lease. They then told me it would take 2-3 weeks for my struts to come in. When the 2-3 weeks passed, I called and left a message because I hadn't heard from them. No call back. I called again the end of the week and complained how nobody called me back or kept me updated about my vehicle. I spoke with Amanda who then told me it's going to be another 4 weeks for my parts to come in and she didn't know why bechase she was just stating what she was told. After 2 weeks, I wrote an email to corporate who then wrote me back saying they got in contact with the manager who said the part was due to come in that day. I didn't hear anything that day, so a week later I called and followed up, I spoke with [redacted] who said my part had been in for a couple days and I asked why no one called me to tell me & he said he didn't know. I dropped my car off yesterday for service & they did not call me to tell me if the car was done or if they needed to keep it over night. I called today to ask what the status was & why they didn't tell me they were keeping it & Peter said he "lost track of time" and forgot to call me. I picked my car up today & noticed there was a crack in my bumper. Peter said he didn't know how it happend because they weren't working on that side. I wanted to speak with the manager and he would NOT speak to me. Instead he said he will "take care of it". I don't want a "fixed" bumper, I want a NEW bumper because when my lease is up, they are going to try to charge me for it. Plus it's a new car I don't want a fixed bumper. And I am out of a car for a week because this place does Not offer rental cars. All this headache and they can't compensate.I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!Desired Settlement: I want BRAND NEW BUMPER and they should have gave me a rental car. I'm screwed out of a car. I want to be out of this lease

Review: What are the chances of me buying two brand new vehicles from this dealership and having to bring both of them back due to mechanical issues?! I shouldn't have purchased a second vehicle from Sansone but I figured there is no way that a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, just purchased on October 29th, would die on the Garden State Parkway, during rush hour! Yes, that's what happened to me this past Friday! One minute I'm doing 60 mph, in the fast lane. The next minute, the truck jerks three times, the engine light comes on and the screen reads "Service Transmission". Simultaneously, the vehicle begins to decelerate despite my efforts to pump the gas so I can keep the vehicle moving to safety! At the same time, all I hear is this grinding noise as if the bottom of the truck is dragging on the ground! I looked in the rear view mirror and all I see are countless vehicles behind me suddenly braking or whizzing past me in the next lane! Thank God I made it to safety!

This is only part of my issue!

After being towed (I did get the truck to a safe place) to the dealership, I was advised that not only is this mechanical issue likely related to the self-acceleration that the vehicle was doing the previous five days but that it's so common with the new Jeeps that I would more then likely have to wait about 3 weeks for the parts for the transmission! Umm, hello, can someone say 'recall'?

I called Jeep to see if they were knowledgeable of this "common" transmission issue and [redacted], the rep I spoke with, stated they weren't (doesn't surprise me) but that there was nothing Jeep could do until Sansone diagnosed the problem, which would be Monday, as he was told by the service department (mind you, I already had arranged to bring the vehicle in Friday for the self-acceleration problem that I was already experiencing with the vehicle!) Why were they now waiting until Monday to even look at the vehicle? [redacted] told me that I should hear from the service department by Monday - I haven't heard anything!

The next day, I called the VP, [redacted] and was told that him or his assistant would get back to me after their meeting - no phone call!

On Saturday evening, I went in person and spoke with Sales Manager, [redacted], who promised me that he would call me Monday (today)by 10AM - regardless of who else called me - no phone call!

My current situation? A Toyota Corolla for a rental. Since I can't seem to get a phone call when I do things the nice way, maybe someone will contact me now!

I was just about to refer a colleague to Sansone...I wish I would!!!Desired Settlement: I do not want the same vehicle back! I want a different truck! I also want confirmation, in writing, that there is not a widespread of mechanical issues with the new 2015 Jeep Cherokees and if there is, I wish to be placed into a completely different make and model SUV! A few upgrades, for my pain and suffering would be nice!

Business

Response:

The dealership determined that the vehicle needed a transmission, which has been on order with Chrysler. In addition, we contacted Chrysler Customer Care to expedite the transmission and advised them of the Customer's concerns. They told us they would be contacting the Customer to discuss her concerns. We got a loaner car for the customer, however, since it was Christmas, there were few loaner cars to choose from and unfortunately the only one available was a Toyota Corolla. We are waiting for an SUV to become available so we can put the Customer in that. The Customer has now hired an attorney to represent her and we will be working with him to resolve this [redacted]er.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:This is a lie! Sansone Automall had me under the impression that they would work to get me out of the vehicle and put me into another vehicle, they just needed time to get the approval from higher management. At first they blamed the delay of the switch on the holiday season. Then after the new year came in, they started blaming the hold up on each other, within sales, the service department and even Chrysler! I have names of all of the individuals I spoke with, in person and on the phone! I accused Sansone of trying to buy time while the car was being repaired and sure enough as soon as the vehicle was finished, they suddenly had the right phone number to contact me and threatened me to come pick the vehicle up or I would be responsible for the cost of the rental, storage and all other charges and fees! This has been nothing but a nightmare! I will never deal with them after this!!!

Response:

As we indicated in our prior response, the Consumer has retained an attorney and we are therefore precluded from discussing the [redacted]er in this forum.

Review: I bought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee to the service department for an issue with my cars information consoles (dash and center) they black out or freeze. I spoke with service consultant [redacted]. He assured me he would order the part and call me. That was in July. I called him back towards the end of August because he had yet to contact me. He told me the part was in and to come in. I bought the car in but when I got there another service consultant informed me that the part was indeed not there. I spoke with [redacted] that day and asked him why did he have me come down for no reason. He said he was going to check into it and that maybe the guy was looking at the wrong order. This was the end of August, I have not heard from him. I called to speak with the director of the service department to complain about the unprofessional ism. I was told [redacted] was there but not at his desk. I was transferred to his voice mail. I have yet to hear from him. Today I called to have my complaint heard and no one still has gotten back to me. I was told the gentleman in which they wanted me to speak to was with a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my part fixed as soon as possible. I need a loner car and I need at least a few free oil change or some sort compensation for all of this inconvenience.
