Santa Clara Auto Sales Reviews (27)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Yes the mechanic refunded my money I have a written statement saying he refunded me.I don't not understand why they have a police lien on the vehicleBut the tow company waited for me and he was not there as he would say! I do not have no idea how much the fees are to release the vehicle I am not giving know more money to this company!

Business states that he has been in contact with the tow company but has not heard back from themThe consumer is the individual who contacted the tow company and therefore she is the one who needs to get the vehicle releasedIf the tow company was not paid they should have not taken the carIf the consumer can contact the tow company and have them tow the vehicle to the shop, business is willing to cover the tow fees incurred (not including storage fees as the business would not be liable for those)If the tow company contacts the business they will be paid in advance to have the vehicle towed to location to be repaired and returned to the customer

Business states that they have contacted the consumer directly regarding these issuesThe business has requested the consumer bring the vehicle to the dealership so the repair issues may be reviewedConsumer stated that she was not in possession of the vehicleConsumer stated that she believes the vehicle was at the shop where it was being looked at by a mechanicOnce the business contacted the mechanic(who was unable to fix the vehicle) he stated that the consumer had the vehicle towed awayBusiness would like to fix the vehicle for the consumer so she can come current on her car paymentsPlease bring the vehicle to the dealership so the business is given the opportunity to resolve the matter

Consumer states: I will meet with the company on MondayThey have had my vehicle the whole timeIf I do not receive the money that was promised I will contact the Revdex.com again

I'm rejecting the claim because I paid the dealership $1,as a down payment for the vehicle he only proceeded to pay the DMV $of that money I was promised work that was supposed to be done to the vehicle which nothing was done I was put in a situation where I had to cover the expenses of the repairs needed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Santa Clara has told me that he can only gave me hundred and I spoke with him on Wednesday and he said he don't have the money

Company states: I did not have the money at the timeI am asking the consumer to come by on Monday

Company states: The consumer contacted us after having the vehicle for a couple of weeksWe told her that this is an older vehicle and was sold as isShe offered for us to buy it back and we gave her a counter off amount but she never responded after thatWe have not heard from her since

Business states that the consumer has missed paymentsThe vehicle had a DMV tags until MayThe transfer of the title has been initiated within the days but is pending completion due to the non-receipt of the titles from ***The vehicle is in the customer's nameThe vehicle is about to be
repossessed If the customer brings her payments up to date by providing business with the $797.67( $x 3), the business is willing to allow her to keep the carBusiness will attempt to have the vehicle title information expedited once full payment is receivedUnfortunately, consumer has no right to the deposit if she chooses not to follow through with her contract and has had the vehicle for months

I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand why I have to pay anything

Business is in possession of the titleThe business has no liability over the current issues caused by the theft of the vehicleAt this point, the business is willing to waive the fees for the tags if consumer brings payments up to date for the last monthsBusiness will give the customer weeks before he proceeds with the repossessionBusiness would like the customer to come the business to make finalize agreement

I am rejecting this response because: I refuse to be financially responsible for fixing a issue that was present at time of purchaseThe issue is with the catalytic converters and on bank one there are two converters which both atleast need inspectionIf I agree to the having one fixed and the wrong one is fixed or both need fixed then im left to pay for his financial responsibilityThe smog test was performed illegally to prevent from the lean owner having to pay for repairsI have proof to back my claimAND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON The lean holder was denied a smog by two shops because of a new law in effect that says the OBD II Diagnostics readyness test must be completeHow ever A printout of the readyness test performed over an hour after the smog was completed at another shop shows my vehicle was not legally ready for smogHad the shop followed the state law my vehicle should not have been smoged on April 25, my check engine light has gone on two days agoMy vehicle is a gross polluterI have retained payment due to the lean holders disregard for solving the problum according to the lawHe also has retained the license plates for which is ilegal to drive a motor vehicle without license platesI have attached proof of the smog readyness failure.I plan to take this to the full extent of the law if it is not tsken care of promptlyI accept only the replacement of one catalytic converter if both catalatic converters are inspected by a shop of my choice as I now can not trust the lean holderI will continue payments on time and catch up on payment hold as soon as this issue is resolvedI will not be taken advantage of

I already told the consumer that she can go pick up the check for $220.00 from the auto repair shop that she originally went to. The check is waiting to be picked up. She also is behind 2 payments, and needs to pay that, or her car will be repossessed. According to our agreement the down payment for...

the 2007 Chrysler Pacifica was $1500, and she only paid $250.00, she still has a balance of $250 for the down payment and owes $244 for her first car payment that was due 09/29/2016. She needs to pay her balance off with us as well, or we will repossess the car. We are willing to help her out as much as we can, but she needs to stay up to date on her payments.
