Review: Our project was an outdoor shed 12x16'. The project was started the beginning of November 2013 with a deposit made and costs covered to purchase and prep the door and 2 windows needed for the shed over the winter months. It is now the end of June 2014 and we have no door/windows and have been blown off countless of times for when he will come to finish the work. He says he will come then never shows up and wont answer any calls or texts, he has our money and we have nothing but in completed work and an experience with a horrible way to run a business. I would not want anyone to be treated like this, we have been patient enough and now things have to end poorly.Desired Settlement: The job was $4500, $3500 was given at the start of the job to cover labor to start, material and cost of door/ 2 windows. There is a lot of work that still needs done and there are no windows or door. We laid the pad for the shed prior to contacting Santos for business and all that has been done from him so far has been the shed frame, roof and cutting of the door/windows holes.
