Upon inspection, the technician observed a mainline stoppage that was affecting the back part of the home including the Master Bathroom. The toilet needed to be
pulled to clear the stoppage, and reset with a new wax ring. *** *** *** denied coverage. The customer was given a quote for labor/repair, $COD, which the customer accepted. . On 4/17/the Toilet was pulled, stoppage cleared, new wax ring installed and toilet reset. Job was complete.
The $in dispute, is the Homeowner's deductible(service fee)which the warranty company,( *** *** ***) requires us to collect. If the service fee is not collected, we are required to bill *** *** *** directly. The service fee is a standard fee, regardless if the item is covered or not. The Homeowner's should beware of her agreement/policy with her Home Warranty Company(*** *** ***) as they signed the contract with them.
The $reflects the cost of repair/labor incurred by S.A.P. Home Repair ServicesThe $is the Service Fee, required whether work is preformed or not, by the Home Warranty Company. These fees are not directly correlated

Sap was very friendly & plumber did an awesome job. New kitchen faucet installed and fixed the hot water shut off valve, as well as patched the drywall. Will use Sap again for plumbing needs in my house, and recommend Sap to others.
SAP did an awesome job. We needed multiple plumbing repairs and they were pleasant, professional and timely. SAP Staff continues to be customer service oriented. They explain what they are going to do, come supplied with necessary parts and they do nice, clean work. I would recommend SAP to anyone.
I was scheduled for between 8am to 1pm, they said they will put me as first thing in the morning. It was a nice, the plumber went 8am. Great job, very professional. Also took the time to explain what was the problem & what needs to be done, problem fixed. Took a little extra care, as well as being polite, It was like it was his own home! I will definitely be calling SAP again. Thank you.
One star only because you can't give lower. Worst service I have ever had from a service provider. Wife called on a Thursday about a gas leak behind the wall and told them our gas was turned off by the utility company. They couldn't come out until Monday...cold showers not fun. The show up around 2:30PM Monday and say there must have been a misunderstanding. They didn't know the gas was turned off and didn't bring there pressure testing equipment and would be back Tuesday. Why they didn't go get their equipment and come back, I don't know, but they didn't. No show Tuesday by 9:30AM I called them Tuesday and after being put on hold and lost connection, called back. The manager was busy so I told the person that answered I was not happy with their service and she said she would talk to the manager. She called me back and said they were never told the gas was off. She would not let me talk to the manager and after a few words she hung up on me. I called back and a different person answered. I asked to be transferred to the manager and she said she couldn't but would have him call me back. I said I expect a call back immediately. 15 min. no return call. I wouldn't do business with this company if it were the only one in town.
Sap came out to diagnose my water heater. Water heater was leaking & need to replace. I was quoted between $487 for the water heater replacement, explained to me properly what are modifications that's not covered. I agreed & they scheduled me next day first thing in the morning. I have a brand new water heater. Job was done and Completed timely. Thank You Sap Home Repair. I'm happy I will use you next time & recommend your company.
