Technician arrived on time. He listened to what my plumbing issues were. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained it to me. He was very courteous and respectful. When he went out to his van he removed his shoe covers, then put them back on upon entering my home. He had me inspect the completed job. Technician was very polite and informative. Repair was efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with the experience.
Sap came and did restoration work in my home. Sap was great. Technician was patient, he answered my many questions. Did a wonderful job. The most reasonably priced contractor for the job. I would use them again for other home improvement jobs, & will definitely recommend to family and friends and call on them again.
Technician did an outstanding job on our pluming emergency. He explained to us thoroughly the nature of our water heater leak. He did an excellent job with the repair and handling extra questions and concerns. He repaired the problem quickly and professionally.

We have a garbage disposal issue that is not covered with the warranty company & we need to pay out of the pocket to get a new one. We agreed for the payment & Plumber is excellent. Plumber was very presentable and patient in fixing my toilet. It was a complicated job which required a lot of skill and patience. I am extremely happy with the work he did. He arrived on time and managed to fix my toilet. Very smooth and most definitely a service I would recommend & Personally use again myself.
I had a leakage UNDER my slab among other issues in my older home. they came out worked night and day literally digging under the foundation to fix the plumbing then fixed the other issues in my other bathroom, the bath tub pipe had separated from the drain, a toilet part had broken, they just fixed it. they would just see stuff and take care of it. they didn't nickel and dime me either. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
We had a broken wax ring in one of our toilets. Sap did a great job changing the seal and a faulty shut off valve. Happy with the result. The service was great. Good quality service.

We originally serviced this customer on 3/12/2016. We were running late that day due to unexpected issues with our other jobs and had advised the customer of this. He proceeded to complain to [redacted] stating that we promised to service but never showed up. We completed the job on the...
same day as promised, although we were late. He then filed another claim stating that the stoppage which we did clear on 3/12 was never addressed and that we should have done a better job. We tried to explain to the customer that we guarantee all of our work unless it is a stoppage issue. We cannot guarantee that homeowner will not have another stoppage, no one guarantees stoppages on any calls. He refused to schedule an appointment for Monday which was the soonest we had and proceeded to threaten us with lawsuits and to file complaints every where on the internet.
We tried to service him but he refused the schedule, so we had no option but to have the warranty company transfer the call to another company. Customer was verbally abusive to management and staff.
