Attended a "Presentation" by PPV offering airline tickets and a Mariott stayIt was from a mailed offeer to Fly a US Sirline, signed by Carla Streetman and listing a phone number;; At the meeting site, where couples were gathered, no presenter showed up There was projection equipment and a laptop A Revdex.com business review for SaveOnReservations.com LLC was lying aroundNo reference to PPV was made Is PPV related to SaveOnResorts? We left at 3:45, other guests remained, complaining to one another Why would a company rent a hotel room, leave their id and machines and not show up?

My complaint was that I could NOT get them to do anything for meIf saveonresorts does not want to be associated with [redacted] they need to quit letting them use their names in their sales promotions and on their brochuresAlso, why does saveonresorts have access to my file if they are not in anyway responsible for the service? Dear Revdex.com of San Diego, SaveOnResorts.com, LLC has reached out to member [redacted] regarding Complaint ID# [redacted] Initially, Mr [redacted] attended a sales presentation by Blue Sky Concierge and signed up for a membership with the promise of a free cruise Howard has not received any follow up information from Blue Sky Concierge regarding capability of booking said trip As we do not have access to promissory vouchers via Blue Sky Concierge, we attempted to assist the member with booking and customer service Howard proceeded with booking a free trip to Las Vegas, with additional fees for upgrades, through Blue Sky Concierge Mr [redacted] later informed SaveOnResorts.com that he hadn’t received his due rewards credits for this booking; we had not received any notification of said reservation, as it was not booked with us SaveOnResorts.com representatives assisted Mr [redacted] through the rewards credits process and applied credits for this tripMember is also dissatisfied with the fact that, upon calling the Customer Service line, his call is assigned to the next available representative instead of one of Howard's choosing We informed Howard that members are more than welcome to request a specific Concierge upon connecting with said line, subject to availability Howard has decided to stay a member and has already been assisted with quotes and finalization of booking a future trip to South Carolina: North Myrtle Beach’s Ocean Drive Beach & Golf Resort on June 22nd We will continue to provide any services requested by Mr [redacted] and our members We are confident that we will deliver the level of service that Howard is looking for Please feel free to contact us at (858) 625-with any questions or concerns regarding this matter Thank you, SaveOnResorts.com, LLC

I would tell you to save your money and do not buy into their sales pitchAll it is is a high pressure sales pitchYou can actually get as good as or better deal on your ownIf you are willing to do the researchMy husband and I purchased a supreme membership and then tried to cancel after we finally received our login info and found out what everything was going to cost and how to go about doing everything that we wanted to do for a trip we were going to takeNeedless to say we could not cancel nor did we get anything back on our membership feesSo we used them to book a trip of which I did ALL of the research and finding which plane fares and times etcof which we would needThe overall trip cost was over $14,We received a check back for $I guess that was for my workThey were a pain to deal with and I even had to tell the agent what a cabin was on board a shipIt was pathetic Unfortunately we are out the money and will not deal with them again

SaveOnResorts.com, LLC (SaveOn) is a technology company which was contracted by Signature Escapes, INC.... to provide technology and services for the member’s website, which is accessed at www.signature-escapes.com. SaveOn has no part in any marketing, selling, management or administration of the Signature Escapes Vacation Club. After a search of our database, we see that [redacted] was entered into our system as a member of a Signature Escapes Vacation Club on October 1st, 2013. Due to Signature Escapes failing to pay SaveOn to service Ms. [redacted] ’s account, we interrupted account access to the member’s website on November 21st, 2013. Prior to this, SaveOn provided notification to [redacted] on November 18th, 2013 via the email address on file ( [redacted] @live.com). SaveOn has terminated its agreement with Signature Escapes as of November 15th. My girlfriend and I attended a presentation in Seminole florida at Explori Travel and Now have a Membership that we use at home, and when we travelWe are able to share our member benefits with family members and friends who all now enjoy the savings and we earn reward credits for everything they do using our membership
I wish we would have known about this program sooner, so I could have saved on my past traveling
The certification for the free cruise was just as it said we paid taxes and port charges and are going to cozumel and grand cayman in March

Since I joined at the end of 2014, I have booked separate vacations and in each instance I found better airline fares, hotel rates and cruise rates on my own through the internet that "Save On" couldn't even match In each case Save On did give me credits to my account equal to 10% of the difference, which they said they didn't have to give me because I was required to purchase the vacation from them at the higher price first, (this is their 110% guarantee which truly amounts to only a 10% rebate on their higher fee); however, I requested a refund of my $2,800+ membership fee (yes $2,it started at $9,000+ and that's how far they dropped it) because what they promised (better rates because they sell their inventory to wholesalers) I found better rates at these exact wholesalers (Priceline and Travelocity) that they promised to beat I have found this business to be a scam After numerous follow-ups to try to get my membership fee reimbursed, they stopped answering my repeated e-mails I can't ever see using this membership so I only hope that everyone who reads my genuine complaint is warned to STAY AWAY FROM SAVE ON RESORTS
Also the free cruise and flight offers to lure you to their presentation are so ludicrous because you have to pay a deposit before they even tell you if your dates are available and if they're not available they book you on the next availability What happens if you're not available when they book it? I don't know but I wouldn't trust these thieves Do yourself a favor and stay away from this presentation and sales pitch because it truly is scam

After a search of our database, we see that *** *** was
entered into our system as a member of a *** *** Vacation Club on January
20th, Since SaveOn only manages the member’s website and has
no control over pricing, contracts, sales, cancellations or refunds of the
member’s contract, she is filing the complaint against the wrong company
Additionally, to address *** *** contention that she received poor service
with reservations assistance, I see that SaveOn had contact with the *** at
least seven times between their entry into the system (1/20/2014) and when this
complaint was filed on 2/1/

We attempted to call Mrs *** today 08/10/at 10:07am PST, unfortunately there was no answer and voice mail box did not allow for SaveOnResorts to leave voice message We wanted to inform Mrs *** that we've reviewed the complaint and have removed her from our automated caller list, in additional we have removed all contact information (phone & email) from the account With regards to the invoices received from Premium Member Services, we have removed Mrs *** name from electronic renewal system She will not receive any additional invoices due to that there's no outstanding payments on the account All of Mrs ***'s requests have been fulfilled as requested If Mrs *** has any further questions or concerns I would encourage her to contact myself at (858)999-ext ***

SaveOnResorts is part of a scam with different parties in several states who direct blame for problems on each other One sends an invitation to a seminar, under multiple names, without naming the other parties so you can’t look them up; the second is a travel club with multiple names which claims to partner with a booking agentThe one name that appears consistently is SaveOnResorts, presented as an integral partner and whose Revdex.com certification is touted but which very insistently denies any responsibility or significant business relation when there are problems We joined the travel club only after hearing several times that 1) they guaranteed in writing a 3-business-day cancellation period and 2) that they would hold depositing our check a day while we transferred funds into the account They deposited the check hours later and we cancelled the membership the next morningWe were told that the days would be up Tuesday afternoon; we have learned that the day of the seminar, mostly Thursday afternoons, is counted as one full dayAll you get is the name of the club; to log on to inspect the membership requires a code which they promise to call you the next dayThe welcome handout they give you actually says 'the next day or so' and they aren't open on the weekendSo if you aren't suspicious and can't get the code on Monday, you've passed the deadline for cancellationThe voucher you're given at the end of the seminar is worthless, requiring $for a free gift Most of the complaints have to do with the poor quality of service and product with SaveOnResorts, which denies any responsibility and deflects it back to the travel club We were able to get our membership fee back because we cancelled within the deadline and had proof of a fax of the cancellationWe also sent a return-receipt certified letter which was never returnedIt took multiple attempts to contact the travel club and we finally received a response only after they were contacted by the state attorney general's office
