Due to poor customer service with two groups we contracted, we recently confirmed that our records showed we had not followed up with some requestsSince we have brought customer service in house, we are now able to address and respond to unanswered tickets like this oneWe are fixing

We contacted the customer directly and asked that he would open a new ticket with us for his refund request, which he did.We verified that his refund had not been processed and then processed his refund for $on June 10, Customer acknowledged the receipt of his refund and he closed his
ticket on the same day he received his refund

We have had several correspondences since December with Mr [redacted] with regards towards his request for a refund. As you can see per the attached receipt, his funds NEVER went through on order #[redacted] on 2/20/15 (his credit card was declined due to insufficient funds)and therefore a phone was NEVER...

in fact ordered therefore a refund can not be given. We have sent the receipt to Mr [redacted] with a request for proof that funds were deducted and he has yet to provide that information to us. Without an actual order where there are cleared funds for a purchase a refund can not be given nor does an order exist. We have explained this many times to Mr [redacted] and have always responded to any correspondences that he has sent us.

Due to poor customer service with two groups we contracted, we have inherited many unanswered  tickets and problems that were not taken care of by these groups.  We have brought customer service in house  now and we are working on resolving  these issues.   Mr....

[redacted] had indeed opened a ticket on December 2015 that was answered but then it went unanswered for 6 months.  On Sep 7, 2016 he opened another ticket and on the same day we answered him back letting him know that we started the process of his refund and that we would contact him when the refund  process was done, and that he could check back with us. We checked our internal records first before we sent a request to the credit card company to see if there was any charge back so we could clear him  for a refund . This process sometimes takes longer than expected. 3 weeks later, on Sep 23, Friday, the customer asked for an update  on his refund and at the same time filed a claim with Revdex.com, not giving us a chance to respond to his inquiry or to let him know that his refund was ready to be processed which happened today, Sep 26, 2016.   We are disappointed that the customer chose to go through Revdex.com to get his issued resolved instead of waiting for the weekend to receive our response.   We are working on  the communication problem that we have inherited and one of the things that we are working hard on  is giving our customers a prompt response to their inquiries, unless we receive an inquiry late on a Friday or over the weekend.   We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] feels that  Saygus refund process is not adequate.   As stated, his refund has been processed. A refund of $549.00 has been issued to the customer and he should be receiving a refund within 3 to 5 business days through his merchant provider on the credit card that was used to order the phone with.
