I  would like to preface by stating that the customer has been issued 4 refunds for the products that they ordered. The customer has been issued refunds of $94.14 (TonaDerm Cream product cost) for the charge on 05-02-2014, $99.09 (TonaDerm Cream product cost) for the charge on 06-01-2014,...

$99.09 (TonaDerm Cream product cost) for the charge on 07-01-2014, and $14.90 (remaining TonaDerm Cream product cost) for the charge on 07-31-2014, as of 08-18-2014. The customer has previously accepted a settlement refund of $79.46, for the charge on 07-31-2014. Please allow 2- 10 business days for the customer to receive this refund. On 04-18-2014, an order was placed for our TonaDerm skin care cream to try for a 14-day trial period paying only $4.95 for shipping and handling. If a customer feels that 14 days is not enough time to try the product(s) they are urged to contact us via email or phone to obtain an extension. Review: I seen a add for a free trial of smart berry slim and all I had to do was pay a small shipping cost. This company charged me 84.99. I called the company and they said the trial was for 14 days and after that I would be charged the full price. I was misled to believe I was getting a free trial of the product not a free trial of the time I had to decide on using it. the company also said that I was going to get a monthly suply and they would take another $84.99 out of my bank account. This is crazy and I feel that they are scamming people out of their hard earnd money. pluse the product did not work and they said they had a no refund policy. please do something to stop them. thank you

Review: Signed up on line for a risk free sample - hurry only 2 samples left - Facebook alert - Only shipping and handling at $4.95. Marketed as two products work best / clicked second box - order was complete.Received 2 bottles of product. Have used product partially. Product is not the problem. The advert did not mention a 14 day no use trial period. The Advert did not mention the new charge of $98.14 per bottle. The product, according to the fine line, can be returned if you are not satisfied. But.... You can not return it if it has been opened. What? How the heck can you tell if a product works for you unless you were to use it? "an't return unused portion."Called the company. They immediately highlighted the terms and conditions of the order which in this case were not clearly stated. No where was the actual price of the product listed - $98.14/bottle 1oz. , nor the trial limitation of not being able to open and use it befre you have determined whether it works for you or not. The terms on the web page: "sample", "Free", and "risk free", "Rush My Trial", "Start Your Free Trial", "Claim Your Bottle Today", "Where do we send your Free bottle?" are unbelieveably misguiding! On call back, they finally offered 50% rebate if we did not dispute the charges. They also were quick to tell me that if we did dispute, over 90% of those who dispute the charges via their credit card companiies, fail. I suppose that is a stat that is kept somewhere, but for a customer service agent to know that stat, seems rather odd to me. Scam! Just Google-searching the term "Tonaderm" results in a Ripoff reports indicating the same episode I have experienced. The product/company seems to have aliases: Tonaderm, Slim Berry, Berry Slim, USB Health.Different locations included: Norcross, Georgia; Greenville, South Carolina; [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Tonaderm CreamDesired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)I want our $200.00 refunded. But I also want some legal look into the business practices of a company like this.Simply ask this questions: How can you have a "Risk Free Trial" of a cosmetic cream stating (in fine print) that you can return it within the 14 day trail period for a refund, but an not open it/use it?Isn't that fasle advertising? A trial means - trying the product. I was not able to tr

Review: The product, Tonaderm, was advertised as being a FREE sample. I was to receive the Tonaderm Serum and Tonaderm cream. I paid the 4.95 postage on both products. I was never informed that the product was really not "FREE", that indeed I would be charged 98.14 for each little bottle of product. In total I paid 206.18. When I checked my Discover card statement I was charged the 98.14 twice. I have also contacted my Discover card and asked them to look into this transaction which I am refusing.

The serum and cream came to me in small boxes with no invoice or price I would be expected to pay, if I did not return the products within 30 days. I talked to a supervisor at the company today, March 24, 2014 and was told I would only be given a partial refund which I agreed to. I was not at all happy with this outcome and feel I have been duped. This is a scam to mislead people into thinking they can receive "FREE" samples to try and then if they want to purchase the products they can. I agreed to pay the postage but I did not agree to pay 98.14 for a small bottle of serum which did not even have the pump inside and a small jar of cream. I would never spend this exorbitant amount of money for a small bottle of serum and cream.Desired Settlement: I would like for the total amount be deducted from my Discover card, not just a partial amount. This would be the entire amount I paid for the Tonaderm Serum and Tonaderm Cream. Thank you, [redacted]

Review: I have a problem and I hope that you can help. While on Facebook I saw an ad for a free trial sample of Lumisse Skin winkle cream. Customers had to pay $4.95 for shipping. So I got it. The free trial sample arrived. Two weeks later $89.85 came out of my account. I called Lumisse and was assured that my "account" (didn't know I had one) would be canceled and I would get my money back. Now, ten days later, still no refund. I called again and they said I would not get a refund. I am so angry. I "kindly" spoke with customer service and told them what a "wonderful" company they were to "steal" money from me. (Well that may not have been the exact words that I used.) Anyway, ONE HALF OUNCE IS $89.95!!!!!!!! I need my money back. Imagine how much money they are making on this. Please help.

Review: I ordered the trial sample of TonaDerm on-line paying the $4.95 shipping fee.

Automated shipments and billing of 2 shipments I have not been reimbursed for after confirmation of cancellation was received by SBD Health LLC email notification and after the fact that both shipments were returned, marked returned to sender, the day of receipt. The returns were in compliance with the allotted time frame per SBD Health LLC's terms. One return in August and the 2nd in September 2014. SBD Health LLC had no problem with automatic authorizing and billing the money from my account, I now wan them to do the same for the 2 returns, authorize and bill the credits for both transactions back to my account. I have notified SBD Health LLC 3 times for reimbursement remittance details and to date, I have not been credited the amount owed, nor have they made any efforts to respond and resolve. Each transaction was $94.86 x 2 transactions = amount to be reimbursed back to my bank account $188.72.

I want my money back just as quickly as SBD Health LLC (SKINDERM) removed it from my account.

This company has 3 telephone #, which all are recordings and they leave you on hold. No one ever picks up.

Telephone # s called are listed, first one is the one they instructed me to call in an email reply to this claim: [redacted]........all numbers are recordings only, putting you on virtual hold, no one, live, ever picks up to help you.

I received and Email from SBD Health LLC Support to call 855-377-3740 and work with their extremely friendly USA employees, but all I get are recordings for all three telephone numbers.

The recordings also do not list days or hours of operation.Desired Settlement: I want my reimbursement of $188.72 to be direct deposited in my bank account in the same manner as they authorized and billed it against my account.

Total amount owed by SBD Health LLC is $188.72.

Review: I have contacted this company 11 times. I have cancelled by phone, by email and was assured that my card would not be charged again. This company continues to charge my credit card. I am very frustrated and I'm not sure what to do. I work and I cannot afford to keep paying this charge. I cannot afford to take off of work to spend all day on the phone trying to get this under control. Please get these people to stop charging my account and credit my account for the $123.00. Help, please.Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop charging my credit card and refund my account ASAP for the $123.04 they charge me for. I did not receive a product. This service was cancelled in January.

Review: They will not answer my calls. Have sent product back and they still keep sending more with no refund. I do not want any more. Please help.

Review: The website advertise $4.95 trial, but does not make obvious that if you don't send back in 14 days it's $206 and auto re buying.

The website advertise $4.95 trial, but does not make obvious that if you don't send back in 14 days it's $206 and auto re buying. The 14 days is almost over by the time the trial dates are over. It's definite case of deceptive sales marketing!!Desired Settlement: Want the charges reversed and their website/advertising cleaned up to where it's pricing and re order process is clearly understood.

Review: Company was involved in sending a request to complete a survey as if from my bank, and for doing so I would receive a free gift. Then when completing the survey you were in essence agreeing to a continued shipment of their product at a ridiculous price that was deceptively worded to seem you were only paying a small amount for shipping of your free gift.Desired Settlement: When I complained, they only offered 75% refund, so I'm still out $38 for a product I didn't even want.

Review: On or about December 21, 2013 I purchased their product, Smart Berry Slim, on-line for a 14-day trial period at a small fee. I received the product December 23, 2013. Prior to the end of the 14 day trial period, (January 2nd, 2014) I returned the unused portion via USPS to:

SBD Health LLC

1521 Concord Pike

Wilmington, DE 19803

On January 5, 2014 my credit card was charged FULL PRICE for product and on January 24th my product return was sent back.

They charged me PRIOR to the end of the 14-day trial period, which obviously cannot start PRIOR to my receiving the product which breeched any contract we had.

Despite multiple requests, they have refused to refund my money.

Here is one of their responses to me...

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, [redacted] with the following response:

Dear [redacted]

Thank you for contacting Customer Care. Your 14 day trial starts the day you order the product not the day you receive it. You had until 1/1/2014 to cancel but did not do so and that resulted in you being billed on 1/2/14. In our Terms and Conditions it explains that in order to return merchandise you must call us for an RMA number. This is how our company links your return to your account to we can credit it properly. As of today we do not have your product back in our fulfillment center. We have done everything we can do over email correspondence so in order to help you further please call us at 1-888-418-0102.

Regards,

Customer Care

I received this on January 24th, the same day the product I sent back to them was returned by them to me...

To show how misleading their policies are, on their website "trysmartberryslim.com" under "Terms and Conditions" they say:

8. Refunds

At Smart Berry Slim we want you to be satisfied with your products. For this reason you may return any Smart Berry Slim products back for a no questions asked refund for any unopened products. As we offer high quality diet products, you will be unable to return any opened or used products. For any unopened products, simply pay shipping and we will process and refund you the purchase price. If you have any questions about our refund policy, contact us at [email protected].

5. Trial

You may receive a trial of Smart Berry Slim by submitting your information along with your payment information. Feel free to try any Smart Berry Slim products for 14 days. If you are unsatisfied with the product you may cancel your order. After your 14 day trial period, you will be billed at the regularly monthly price for any products that you have ordered.

OBVIOUSLY I CANNOT "TRY" THE PRODUCT FOR 14 DAYS UNTIL I RECEIVE IT AND ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN WEBSITE, BACKED BY THEIR ACTIONS, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN 'OPENED' PRODUCT. THESE POLICIES CONTRADICT EACH OTHER.

This entire transaction and your handling of it reeks of a scam.Desired Settlement: This company's policies are grossly misleading and anchored in small print. Their goal is obviously to hold on to the purchase price as long as possible to earn whatever profit they can. Their product does not work; their policies are ambiguous at best and their attitude is "Sorry, you didn't play by OUR rules".

Review: January 19,2013 I ordered 2 products from Tonaderm:Serum and Cream. I returned both products to the company address at [redacted] with the tracking included as per the customer services department within the policy time frame. I received a 70% refund ($69.00)for the cream, but have not yet received the same discount for the serum. The company claims that they have tried 19 times to date to refund my card, but claim there is a technical issue. I do not understand the issue because I have not changed my credit card information. The customer service says that the financial dept will call me in 3-5 business days, but I have not yet received a call since last April. I have called twice per month since last February. The customer service department puts me through to the supervisor. They issue a complaint, and then nothing goes further. I suggested they send me a cheque, but they say they do not issue cheques. I do not know what else to do the resolve this problem. Please help.Thank you.

Review: On line the co TonaDerm advertised a free trial of aging cream and all was had to be paid was the postage Postage of 4.95 was taken from my checking account. A trial jar of each was send to me. On February 10,2014 a total of 98.14 twice was taken from my account..Called to see the reason and I was told that the trial size I had to pay for. I disputed and was told that I accepted the agreement to pay for it I asked for proof of me requesting them to charge my account Respond it was on the signature. Called and ask the address I was told on-line only I called Revdex.com here in St. Louis Mo, and received the information their was going under SBD health. I did not receive anymore product. The question I ask what was 98.14 was taken out of my account twice. So Tonaderm is falling under the SBD which was the one who debit my account. If you could look into this matter I appreciate it Thank YouDesired Settlement: Refund my money

Review: I ordered a Free TonaDerm Anti-aging Moisturizing Cream on or about 5/6/14 and only paid shipping of $4.95. I received the product on 5/14/14 or 5/15/14 and within a few days on 5/20/14 the company charged my credit card account for $94.14. I called the company on 5/20/14 and asked for my money back because I did not order this product. The company stated that I had 14 days from the time I ordered to cancel and had to return the product within that period, without opening the product. In their advertisement the company states that I have a 30 day trial period and then at the bottom of the advertisement they state that I have 14 days, but they do not state whether the trial starts from the date that I ordered the product or from the date that I received the product. I have canceled my credit card and I have tried to stop payment on the charge but my bank stated that since I could not return the product within the 14 days, they cannot stop payment on the 94.14 charge.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of 94.14

Review: Not clear in the ad that you will be charged $98 for each product if you don't cancel within 14 days. Ordered trial of TonaDerm....serum and cream. Just paid shipping of $4.95. Hidden somewhere was something that I agreed to although it was not clear at all. The add claims 14 trial although the 14 days begin on the day you place the order. I ordered on 2/21/14 and received the product on 2/26 or 2/27/14. I was out of town until 3/6/14. On 2/11/14 I noticed two charges of $98.14 on my credit card. I called the company and was told the 14 day trial had expired and that I had agreed to the charges. Nowhere in the orignal add did it show that the prices of the product were $98 each or I would never had ordered nor was it clear that if you didn't cancel within 14 from ordering that you would be charged $98 for each product. I called on 3/11/14 and I canceled so I would not be charged again for the product since it's a recurring charge. I canceld on 3/11/14 which is 14 days from the day I received the product. I complained to them that 14 days should begin when you receive the product. They told me that if I felt I didn't have enough time to try to product I could have called and they would have extended the time. How can you do this if you didn't realize you would be charged almost $200? They know exactly what they are doing and it is very deceptive! I called again on 3/12/14 to make sure they canceled things for both products. They agreed to credit my credit card 35% which is better than nothing but I am still out $130 which I can't really afford. You can be sure I will be watching my credit card to make sure they credit my account and also so they don't charge me again. I read a complaint online that this is another thing they do. This is so wrong. I realize I agreed to the terms but I thought I was agreeing to them charging my credit card for the shipping charges. I suppose there is nothing more that can be done for me but they should not be allowed to advertise the way they do without disclosing all the details.... specifically the full price and about the 14 days beginning when you order.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
Refund the full amount to my credit card because I canceled the product 14 days after I received it.

Review: I would like to report a fraud and awful, abusive customer service from Tonaderm customer service supervisors and manager (John)They have a FREE trial offer on their wedsite and they charged and overdrafted my account without my acknoledment and authorization. They were supposed to charge my account for shipping ($4.95) but they also charged $ 58.88. Ahain I was not aware of this, and did not authorized it.I called their customer service to complain and demand a refund, their reps did listen but when I asked to speak with their supervisors, I had a horrible experience. They treated me like a worm, only because I was trying to explain my point and basycally called me liar because I told them there was a free trial add on their wedsite (the male supervisor told me he couldn't see the word "free" anywhere and I was making that up(so disrespectful). Felt offended, very upsetting. He hung up on me. I called again, spoke with a female supervisor & requested to speak with their supervisor and she said she was the top authority there and I had no rights to speak with another supervisor or a spanish speaking rep. sarcastically she said there was static on the line and she was not able to hear me. I know my rights and of course, asked several times to PLEASE put me on hold &transfer me with her boss, she denied that again and hung up on me. I called again, spoke with he supervisor's supervisor John, and he said he had the power to give a refund but because I was screaming & rude he was going to deny any refunds. He called me liar, offended me, all without even listening to the recordings. Like his co-workers hanged up on me,very unprofessional & rude. I am sure I was not the first customer complainig, I work with custumers too & they cannot ignore a complain because the customer is upset and screaming, specially when they are treating customers like that, with no respect, offending, calling them liars, so sad. They were totally inappropiate and careless. I guess that's their tactic to deny refunds.Product_Or_Service: TONADERM SERUMOrder_Number: N/AAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
