Review: Not clear in the ad that you will be charged $98 for each product if you don't cancel within 14 days. Ordered trial of TonaDerm....serum and cream. Just paid shipping of $4.95. Hidden somewhere was something that I agreed to although it was not clear at all. The add claims 14 trial although the 14 days begin on the day you place the order. I ordered on 2/21/14 and received the product on 2/26 or 2/27/14. I was out of town until 3/6/14. On 2/11/14 I noticed two charges of $98.14 on my credit card. I called the company and was told the 14 day trial had expired and that I had agreed to the charges. Nowhere in the orignal add did it show that the prices of the product were $98 each or I would never had ordered nor was it clear that if you didn't cancel within 14 from ordering that you would be charged $98 for each product. I called on 3/11/14 and I canceled so I would not be charged again for the product since it's a recurring charge. I canceld on 3/11/14 which is 14 days from the day I received the product. I complained to them that 14 days should begin when you receive the product. They told me that if I felt I didn't have enough time to try to product I could have called and they would have extended the time. How can you do this if you didn't realize you would be charged almost $200? They know exactly what they are doing and it is very deceptive! I called again on 3/12/14 to make sure they canceled things for both products. They agreed to credit my credit card 35% which is better than nothing but I am still out $130 which I can't really afford. You can be sure I will be watching my credit card to make sure they credit my account and also so they don't charge me again. I read a complaint online that this is another thing they do. This is so wrong. I realize I agreed to the terms but I thought I was agreeing to them charging my credit card for the shipping charges. I suppose there is nothing more that can be done for me but they should not be allowed to advertise the way they do without disclosing all the details.... specifically the full price and about the 14 days beginning when you order.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
Refund the full amount to my credit card because I canceled the product 14 days after I received it.

Review: Tonaderm SBD Health advertises 15 days free trial of their Tonaderm face cream. I used my credit card to pay for S&H $4.95 on January 7th, 2014 while agreeing to their rules to return the trial product if not satisfied. The product arrived on January 23rd, 2014!! I had no time for any trial. The company is counting the start of the "free" trial from from the day they charge the S&H on January 7th, 2014. My credit card was charged for the full price of the cream $98 on January 22nd, 2014. After I contacted the company and ask to cancel the "subscription" I was told to send it back unopened and unused in order to receive the refund. I did open it and used once. IT WAS A TRIAL product. The company refused to accept the return, started offering various discounts and in the end refused to provide me with their mailing address.
There are several complains online since December 2013. Their so called website http://tonadermserum.net/ doesn't allow to take advantage of their free trial anymore!! But the advertisement is popping up unexpectedly on various websites.Desired Settlement: I would like to get full refund of $98 and make sure, SBD Health (Tonaderm) is no longer allowed to advertise online with a misleading information.
Review: They advertise that the product is free you pay for shipping and when you try to return the product because it is not for you. they refuse to give you and address for the return and want to charge you for the product.their by making you pay for a stop payment at the bank. Review: My wife typed out a online survey response and was sent a (supposedly free) food supplement by this company, called Garcinia Cambogia of Wilmington, DE. They are now billing us $84 every week for supplements we don't even want or receive. This company is a bunch of rip-off artists and I think you should investigate them. Their website is garciniacambogiasave.com. They fake people out by getting their debit card number, then they just start charging the card about $84 per week. They are saying its for little bottles of food supplements. It's a racket, and I think you need to check them out. They gouge people's checking accounts for $84 every week for a bottle of supplements that no one wants or even receives.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, I don't want any supplements at all from this company. We have never opened a single bottle of this awful stuff.
Review: This complaint is against [redacted] and Skin A Derm, three companies that have scammed me out of $400. In April, 2014, I responded to an online advertisement for a free trial of an anti-aging cream and serum from [redacted]. During the conversation with a [redacted] representative, I clearly stated multiple times that I was not interested in signing up for the monthly auto payments, and would only be taking advantage of the advertised “Free Trial”. The [redacted] representative did not inform me that I would be charged a monthly fee, nor did he state that I would need to return the “free trial cream and serum”. I was led to believe that I could accept a trial size of the cream and serum for free. I agreed to pay $4.95 in Shipping and Handling fees (by providing a credit card number), but was unprepared for what occurred next. When I received my April credit card bill, I saw two charges that she was not expecting. One charge from Youngify Beauty for $94.14 and a second charge from Skin A Derm for $93.86, the full price for the products [redacted] mailed me. I immediately contacted [redacted] about these charges, however the company pretended to not know about these companies and have stated they do not work with each other. I also contacted Youngify Beauty and Skin A Derm, who also feigned ignorance about [redacted], and could not tell me why or how I had been charged by their companies. As [redacted] is denying working with Youngify Beauty or Skin A Derm, they state they can do nothing about the charges on my credit card. And as I did not order the free trial through Youngify Beauty or Skin A Derm, they deny they have charged my credit card, despite the evidence on my statement. It is obvious that all three companies are working together to scam me. Further, Youngify Beauty and Skin A Derm have charged my credit card again in May for the same amounts. At this point, I have been charged $400 because I believed I would be receiving free trial size beauty products from [redacted]. I have called [redacted] and attempted to cancel the monthly auto payments (which I was led to believe I would not be enrolled in in the first place), but [redacted] refuses to listen and has continued to try selling me additional products.Desired Settlement: Full Refund. Anything less is ridiculous.
