inspected. When customer decided to purchase the vehicle, customer refused to sign proper vehicle disclosures, customer became extremely aggravated and demanded an additional discount on the vehicle. We then politely advised customer that if he refused to sign the vehicle disclosures, he would not be able to purchase vehicle. Customer continued to be loud and defensive, in which we politely asked customer to leave the establishment. A few hours later, customer called dealership and demanded to speak to a manager for a complete refund of the amount that was paid to a third party facility for an inspection. Customer was advised that a refund would not occur. Customer then threatened to defame our business through any social media outlet. It appears since customer failed to receive a discount, is now pursing any avenue against all failed attempts. Thank you!

a check in the amount of $248.90 plus $40.00 cash to [redacted] for repairs done to the vehicle she had purchase from these company. Customer was fully satisfied on this matter.
